I see that you are new here.
Custom ringtones are only supported after you install the Mango update which will be release soon.
I do NOT suggest you take the unofficial route to get Mango install.

Wait till mango final then the expert manage to explore what can be done with the mango then we can talk about porting android
Great work. I hope this means an HD2 rom is just around the corner.
I have a problem!
Ever since flashing this ROM I can't charge the device!
It's like the phone don't recognize that he is connected to the power port or to the PC.
Did any one have that kind of issues too?
Any suggestions?

i was giving examples, it would be nice to have that option but tbh i just want a different UI other than than metro. brings me back to the old winmo days.
Evernote has just been updated to 4.1 which has brought specific updates to Tablets
Reviews on the play page and androidcentral tell of people having great success on the N7. But not me.

Just downloaded from Google play and it works. My n7 is stock.
Works for me too. They specifically mentioned Nexus 7 in changelog.

Running Evernote 4.1 Build 20 on rooted 4.1.1 (Nexus Root Toolkit v1.5) with no apparent issues.
I ended up installing it on my SGS2. Pulling the apk to sd card. Copying that to PC. then connect N7 to PC and copy apk to N7 and install.
Shouldn't have to go through that hassle...

I own a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and since the 4.2 Android update was available I checked my updates and it doesn't show up where my friend's nexus 4 got it immidiately.
My question is, what's the potentional causes of this, and could updating from the computer solve this (also how do we update from the PC, I am really new to the Android world) ?

Note that if you have the Verizon version there's no official 4.2 available as of yet, head over the development section to grab a 4.2 ROM instead.

If you have the VZW nexus, you won't get it. It has already been pushed out to the other ones.

Also, you could adb sideload your update, if you're fully stock, google it from android police, i believe...

Starting from today, Archos is deploying the KitKat update for the 50c Oxygen. If you don't have the opportunity to download the update from the smartphone or don't want to wait for your turn to get it via OTA, here is a direct link for the KK ROM:

Just copy the file to the flash storage on your 50c and the update process will start automatically. I recommend to backup all your data first though. As I don't have a 50c Oxygen myself, I can't test the file, but it comes directly from Archos, so I don't expect any problems actually.

Music issues

First I was so happy about 4.4 because I want to buy an activity tracker and they do not work with Jelly Bean but since I upgraded my from 4.2.2 I all music creacks in the archos music and the app deezer . Anybody has any idea how to fix?

Hi XDA,
I wanted to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it booted up really quickly and when I got to the setup it allowed me to choose the language and go to the next choice where you can choose you wifi. And then the glitch came... When I wanted to go to the next section of the setup, the lockscreen started to glitch out and I couldn't get to the next section of the setup...
What can I do about it?
Do I need to download a older cm 13? (I downloaded the new one btw)
