Will probably pick one up. The cool thing about ordering from Hong Kong is usually it takes so long you forgot you ordered it...and when the package arrives, its like christmas
Probably hasn't been long enough for anyone to get these, but they look great. They look to be a good alternative to the ruggedized back cover from Moto. It looks to me like this might work with the docks if the the sleeve is taken out, kind of like with the Moto covers. Anyone care to confirm or speculate with me?

Has anyone received this yet? Can we see some photos?
I received mine today, although cannot take pictures since I need something other than my Atrix to do that. But, it fits in car dock with the small plate on the dock removed. It is a tight fit but it fits and the clamp closes, unlike the Incipio case. Just because of that this instantly became my favorite case.

I bought one of these for my MyTouch3G last year, and thought it was the BEST case I've ever had for a phone. I'm desperately wanting one for my MT4G, but haven't found one anywhere online yet. Anyone know where we can get these? I bought mine on eBay for $4.99 and free shipping from Hong Kong, and I got it in less than 2 weeks.

I agree, those are the best cases I've used. Had one for my original MyTouch and loved it. Hopefully they will get in gear and make them for the 4G now.
That's like the TPU cases others have mentioned, and been on the lookout for on eBay.
I like how they're flexible, but not plain silicon, and maintain the profile of the phone as much as possible.
I gotta pick up something pretty soon. I'd consider just a Phantom Skinz, but with a 3 year old who loves Angry Birds running around the house I need something that offers some drop protection.

i had been looking for these aswell. i bought one for my curve last yr from this guy. clicked this post in hopes to find that you had found them lol. i sent the seller an email asking about these for the 4g. ill check back in if/when he responds
How well does that case absorb a shock if the phone is dropped? I really like how its molded really well to the body-lines of the phone and doesnt look thick. Let us know asap when you do find out if they sell them yet! Thanks!

it does pretty good Thumper. when i had it on my bb i had no issued with it when i dropped it. and i dropped it all the time.

That's awesome news about him getting these cases in the next 1-2 weeks. I'm on my second T-Mo case, and I really haven't been too thrilled with them. Way too much money IMO for cases like these, and I'm considering returning/exchanging my newest one (soft rubber sleeve with white plastic backing) because the rubber attracts WAY TOO much dust.

There's Epik cases on eBay for the HTC HD7, didn't that come out the same day or about the same timeframe as our MT4G? If so, why hasn't there been an Epik case made yet for our phone?
i have no clue, but on a side note tmble has these type of cases at their stores. im tempted to get 2 of them. they have a sale going on 2accessories will land u 20% off and 3 will get u 30% off, but their 20 a peice....
T-Mobile does not carry the Epik branded cases at their stores. They don't have any cases that even come close to the Epik brand.

they arent 'epik' cases BUT they are TPU cases, which is exactly what the epik cases are. they have them for several phones including the mytouch 4g. if i go back ill take a pic and show you. if it werent for the price difference i would have gotten it. but yeah im pretty sure a youtube search would confirm it.

Are these the bendable gel cases they had for the MT3G? It doesn't really specify that anywhere on his auctions, and the pictures make it look more like a hard plastic or hard gel/plastic case.

Seller shipped a few hours after I made the purchase, so I had tracking. It came in 3 days from NY to Ohio.
It may say refurbished, but mine looks brand new. It came in the OEM packaging and all.
Its a great buy for anyone that needs one. IMHO, Id rather pay $9 for a quality case that will last over a no-name brand for $4.
Volume buttons are easy to push with the case on, has a nice "clicky" feel. The power button is a little difficult to press as others have reported, but it's not as bad as some say. I got used to it

I have a case just like the one in the link, which i HATED to use. It fit my SGS2 like it was supposed to, it just was to much pressure turning my phone on and off. Like i really had to use a lot of force just to turn my phone on.

I had the same result. Fitment and look was really good. But it was a pain in the a$$ to use the volume and power buttons.

I just received my case, but it is not totally new. I saw some noticeable stretches and a dirty make on the case.

Same here, I've had one of the D30 hardback cases for about 3 months and it's cracking near the power and volume buttons.
I just ordered mine in black. Can't wait for it to come. I used to use the casemate version on my old blackberry. I loved it. Excited to find that same style again.

I have been thinking that It's a good idea to have a card slot in your phone case, but i'm not a big fan of tpu cases. I really wanted to get Samsung flip case, but SGP Folio looks cool with a card slot.. I wish Speck release a candyshell card like the iPhone one.

Same here. I just ordered a wireless charging pad/adapter and want wireless charging over a case. I have a Moko case on my 2012 Nexus 7 and its great. Very well made.

Wireless charging is capable of working with a phone/tablet that is 5mm off of the pad. That is the requirements for the qi standard. I would say most likely that with a case on it will still work. It does on my GS4 with an Otterbox Commuter case on it. Just a heads up.

Yeah I'm much more of a fan of the corner clip style. I can imagine it being a little annoying moving icons from one screen to another by edge dragging.

The bumper is great. It fits well, and the two-tone red/black gives my black Moto X a cool look.

I bought the $7 Amazon one too. :laugh: But it ships from someone in the US, so it's worth it to pay a few dollars extra to get it early. Especially this time of year, stuff overseas can take extra longer.

I'm curious to hear if that Amazon one still has the problem with actuating the buttons on it's own like the reviews say or if they sorted it out. Could you post what you think of it once it arrives?
