[Q] Camera issue with EVO

[Q] I'm having a camera issue with my EVO. When I run the camera app the view screen has distorted coloration. I is not ROM specific.
Any advice or suggestions?

Last week my camera had like a distorted orange glow using cm7,
I flashed a diffrrent rom and all is well.
I know you said not out want rom specific, just make sure the roms you tried dont have the same kernal
Swyped from a galaxy far far away......

The same kernel? I have cm6.1.2 a3, the previous rom was Calkulin. How do you know if the kernels are different?

Are you on HW Version 0004? If so you might want to check if your kernel is doing it. You can check which kernel you are on by going to Menu > Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Kernel Version

My HW is 003. The kernel is a cm kernel.

You don't have one of the "effects" on do you.. like sepia, negative...etc not sure what they all are?

Data not being Interrupted by phone calls.

I know some of u may call me crazy but I'm not receiving any of my phone calls while I'm downloading. Aren't downloads supposed to interrupt data usage?

It should. give us more details about your phone, rom etc.

Depends. If on 3g then yes. If on 4g or wifi then u can still be on a call

Sounds like ddtm is enabled. To disable go to dialer, type ##3282# hit edit, and type ur msl code, then go to advanced and make sure DDTM is set to disable. U can get ur msl from sprint, and the ## codes only work on sense roms.

If your on stock rom go to settings then call and make sure ddtm is not checked

I think that the description is quite self explanatory "send calls to voicemail during an active data connection"

Changed network mode in MIUI - no service!

Anyone know how to restore service after changing the network mode? I changed it back to default and my phone is still out of service. ?

Hi I edited these settings in advanced epst settings. I think I slowed my 3g down. Can anyone on a sense Rom post what the original rtsp/http setting r? Dial ##3282#...hit view...hit advanced...should b at the bottom. Thanks in advance!

Here ya go http://dinc.does-it.net/Mods/Incredible_EPST_Settings.zip, or you could just dial *228 and select option 1 and have it reprogramed ota.

Ok calling *228 didn't fix it. I didn't realize that there where different epst. I flashed ur Rom TOB n the epst was different than the one I used to change the setting initially. On ur Rom I don't c rtsp/http setting at all. I used buisness gingersense 3.0 n dialed ##3282# which brings up a different epst. Never used it on a stock rom, never dialed ##778# call to get into either. I guess getting the settings I need wasn't as easy as I first thought. One would have to flash buisness gingersense or a Rom with the updated or ported epst....

[Q] Wifi & Bluetooth on boot

I have been having problem with Wifi & Bluetooth connection after reboot, if my wifi was on, after reboot my wifi/ would not connect to the connection again, unless i toggle it off and on....same thing with bluetooth, happen to both AOKP M1 and latest Task both with KT kernel. I am not sure what i'm doing wrong, anyone can help?

Odd. Noo issues for me at all. If anything my BT headset connects before my phone fully boots.
