I'm looking for a custom kernel for CM7, which supports GPU+ mod or anything whach can improve graphics performance. I browsed many forums, but without any effect... I'd be grateful if someone helped me.

CM7 is only missing the new adreno 205 gpu lib, but still able to use the somewhat outdated adreno 200 lib, so 3D support is not a probs.. Using cm7, and playing modern combat 2 without any glitches so far.. Throw any heavy 3d games on the desire hd, and i'm sure, even the old adreno 200 lib can handle nonetheless..
Other roms, u can try android revo hd, even includes gpu+ patch from snq, already tried, and i'm amaze that 3d is very smooth compared to stock htc..

I haven't changed the kernel, cause i heard the cyanogenmod kernel is one of the best to wildfire.

try disabling animations between the screen, it helps a lot. Also, I'm releasing my 3rd rom, and the first was one of the fastests roms

I overclocked mine untill 730MHz. I can overclock till 768MHz, but I got less mflops at this setting that with 730MHz. Using jokerdroid ROM
I was checking out the Salsa Slide and SS21 ROMs and noticed that in Data there is a JIT folder. I was wondering, what is the purpose of this? I do know a little about JIT, my question is based around my understanding that it is already built into GingerBread. If that is the case, why is it included here?
I did try to search around about it, and most results are kind of old and most answers say that it is already enabled. (even saw one that mentioned disabling it to improve performance in some games.)
Anyone out there??
Really am curious why JIT was added to SalsaSlide the way it was, and if it helps here, would it benefit other GB ROMs in the same way?

Just started looking for a custom kernel for my HOX and noticed that it is quite difficult to chose what kernel to use because there functions are not explained very clear. Also I started search on Google on how well the kernels work compared to each other, but i did not find anything.
So my request is that somebody who is good on this, explain what is the different kernels specialty and what you should chose and why!
I think more people than me could really have help of this!
