I can install other apps except this one. I had it installed up until 1.1 but it started giving me force closes. When I tried reinstalling, I couldn't. Says insufficient space. I know this is not true because I can install others apps.Any ideas?
I appreciate it!

Clear the dalvik cache and the cache from recovery, and try again
Sorry should have mentioned I did that also. Tried again. Same "insufficient storage" error.
And no i have plenty of storage so the error is bogus.
Thanks for all your help.

As above, try booting into recovery, wipe dalvik and cache x3. If that doesn't work, try clearing the apps specific cache. If all else fails, try reflashing ur ROM.

Did you end up fixing the problem? I have the same problem too after i installed LeeDroid's Rom.
I had the same problem, using Gingervillain, I wiped the dalvik cache through recovery mode from bootloader, it fixed the problem for me, not sure why though...
I just flashed from claukins 2.8 to 2.9 and I get download errors in the market. Please help!

Is your Market updated to Googlt Play now? Try following steps earlier in the thread and clear app data

492 error
I updated my market to play version 3.4.7 and cleared data, still getting 492 error. I also tried uninstalling a few apps and reinstalling and it comes up with 492 error again. I cant even update my apps.
boot into cwm recovery
> clear Cache partition
> clear Dalvik partition
> Fix permissions
if you got an error when clearing cache partitions (probably what is causing your 492) then clear cache partition again.
reboot
boot into cwm recovery and do this......
clear Cache partition
clear Dalvik partition
Fix permissions
hello
I have the same issue...
i downloaded angrybirds then play a litle, then tryed to download another app but i got that 492 error.
I searched here on xda and did the clear cache partition , dalvik cahce, After that it worked again.
Now i have the error again, and i noticed that when that error appears on market i can not download from browser either!!!!
is ther any fix for this?
my rom is : [ROM] Nick's Phone V1.2 Based On Oxygen 2.3.2 [19.03.2012]
EDIT:
Î just found this link http://www.technipages.com/android-market-download-unsuccessful-error-fix.html and didi those steps... infact it worked.. i could download 1 item from market and 1 from browser... then the error appeared again... 492 on market and "Download failed" on browser...
I recently installed Runnymede's AIO 6.0.4.1 and on install of facebook's app, I keep getting the process com.facebook.katana has unexpectedly stopped force close. I searched and tried the solutions such as clearing cache and data, however since I recently installed it, there is 0 kB within cache and data. I've also reinstalled it several times all of which came back with the same error.
Anyone know how to fix this?
u could try fixing permissions in recovery if u have that option
Did you try if wiping dalvik-cache + cache in recovery solves it? If not, do it.

Yeah, those were the first things I did. I think I will need to reflash the ROM and hope that will work.
It might be because of ext partitions on SD... Do you have any ?

I do, as I followed the partition instructions when installing the ROM.
So what's you're ext partition size ?
Edit : i think you should try clearing market and facebook caches.

I cleared market's as well with the same problem. I cleared the cache through recovery as I can't select it in the applications menu for facebook. (It says 0 kB as I installed it but could never get it opened).
Well I keep having issues with random apps blno matter what ROM. I get an insuficient (sorry bad at spelling) storage error every time i download specific apps. Sometimes it happens to random installed apps and they just get insta fc until I uninstall and then I can't reinstall. I've heard people saying my a2sd cache might be full but I rarely use app to sd.. is there any other caches I can delete that may fix this? And yes I've wiped everything before each flash besides sd card

The insufficient storage error typically occurs when you have installed a lot of apps and you are out of app sotrage space on your phone. when you are out of space and you try to install a new app it will give you that error.
The instant FC is typically a problem between the app and the rom. If you get random instant FCs you might try using a different rom.
I reccomend using a wipe script like VR Superwipe or SNS Super Wipe before flashing a rom. they are in zip files and you flash them the same way you flash a rom to clear out your phone.

Occasionally, the insufficiant storage error can be caused by the kernel. You could try flashing a different kernel to see if the issue persists.

It's always something different with each kernel. Currently I'm on stock. And it happens with most versions of underworld also.
So I installed this app called "Flash Player Install" link, and it installed Flash for me.
Afterwards, after every 15 seconds or so, the phone would freeze momentarily and then say, "Unfortunately, com.sec.android.app.flashbarservice has stopped." My multi-window has also stopped working.
I've uninstalled the Flash Player Install and the Flash app that it installed, but the problem still persists. The problem goes away if I turn off my Multi-Window feature, but I'd like to continue using it. When I reboot, it doesn't give me the error message unless I try activating multi-window. What should I try now? I want my multi-window back..
Thanks.
Flashbar is your multiwindow app I'd try clearing the cache and data for it. If not try clearing cache and davlik cache in recovery that usually helps
