Right we all know that the launcher that will be coming with this beast of a phone will be Touchwiz 5. For me though i like to have a variety. So putting this thread together to give you guys a variety of Launchers i found on the market. So rather than having to find them all over the place i will keep everything here in one place and will try and find as many as i can and update the thread with any further updates the developers release for the launchers.

This application has been designed to minimize memory usage and be fast: the more memory you have for your applications, the faster they will run. In other words Lightning Launcher has been built from the ground to preserve your phone's resources and keep it smooth.
In spite of its ridiculously small size (less than 60kb!), Lightning Launcher is packed with a fair amount of features and brings to Android a very unique concept: the home screen can be seen as a giant surface on which you are free to put icons, shortcuts or widgets exactly where YOU WANT, and not limited to a 4x4 grid. A contender to Go Launcher could very well be TSF Shell that looks just stunning! Awsome UI and the effects are really cool (if you are in to "bling").
Perhaps it's even worth the 12 euros it cost on Google Play!?!?
The good thing with an Android phone is that you can switch as often as you like. When I was at my "peak" I had 5 launchers installed at the same time and switched between them trying to make up my mind!
But, it's a matter of taste.

I loved Go Launcher and used it exclusively on GB. Since I switched to ICS I've been using Apex. Are you using Go Launcher with ICS? It was great, but seemed to use a lot of rescources. Apex seems lighter, if you will.
I'll be interested to seeing how the new TW is.
Im hoping that TSF Shell will be compatible with the S3 when it launches......it has become my favorite launcher.
I know most of u hate tw coz its stock, but I tried many launchers and the best so far is it, the most fluid experience, the same with the camera app, samsung is doing it right ^_^, just my opinion.
I have found there is no launcher smoother than touchwiz but if i had to change it would be nova prime with my own skins.
The new touchwiz doesn't look half as bad as IOS

same here
I went from Go for BG to Apex for ICS on my sgs2. I found that touchwiz had some advantages but they didn't outweigh the benefits of some of the available launchers. To me one of those is the ability to scroll the bottom row which is something I'm surprised Samsung designers didn't "borrow".

I fell in love with the slide-able dock

I have been using Go Launcher EX since day one with ICS. Perhaps a little bit heavy on resources but "no pain no gain"!
Go Launcher EX + Beautiful Widgets rulez every day of the week!
The tweaking options of Go Launcher is "endless".

I like a lot better the new touchwiz than the old one so i am going to keep it.Apex is the way when i get bore of touch wiz.I also like very much the new 4.0 sense of htc phones..

Rosie on the One X is really good mate..if there was an option to make folders in the app screens that would be even better
I'll continue to use Nova Launcher. I use it on my GSII and am more than happy with it.
