Can someone post the dlna.apk? I would like to test it on 2.3.3 for my Captivate. Thanks.

We only have 1 person even attempting at making ROMs for our powerful device, besides an Alpha version of CM7 from Kornyone with like one update in its entirety.... We have a few variations of the stock t-mobile ROM and a virtuous unity beta port that also appears to be abandoned, THAT'S IT!
NOT A KERNEL WITHIN THE LAST 2 months....
And the only guy who developed and helped out in the forums got banned from XDA...
We are in dire need of some developers, i was really just asking anyone who currently develops for this Sensation if they could help shine some light on our situation.. We need a stable OC/UV kernel, and maybe some AOSP (tho that's not looking possible until we get stable CM9..) And a nice sense rom....
If anyone has the know how for a kernel, PLEASE help us out... This phone is quite powerful, just hasn't had its time to shine!
Thanks,
Matt

Because The Sensation was released pretty close to the MT4GS, stealing much of its thunder, and mostly because it runs sense, like the MT4GS... Maybe i guess im just hoping somehow someone will help us out, and this is the closest phone to it.. besides the Mt4G which the developers have so much going on at the moment there is no time for them to help us out.
Hi,
been using dk_zero_cool's bcm RC3.3 (SDEXT) for a few weeks now. It was working quite alright at the beginning but keeps getting worse.
Everything is just slow and keeps crashing. Especially the keyboard when googling with chrome is such a pain in the ass due to the fact that is already searches while u type so that it lags like hell..
Not really sure whether this is the case with all ICS roms, or just my Desire.
So I am looking for a new rom. Will give those 2 a closer look:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1355660 Sanvold ICS
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24542016#post24542016 COS-Bravo-ICS
Any suggestions on which on is more stable to use?
Or should I revert back to GB if I want fast and stable rom?
Just felt that ICS in general is a lot faster than GB but not (well of course because its beta so far) as stable..
Hoping for some discussion here.
regards

Is there any way we could get sensation ROM over to our device. I know its for the S2 but maybe a very talented dev could work on this.

That one is for s2, GSM, 800x480 screen, and completely different guts. Doubt that anyone other than the person who made it would bother to port it to s3, and that guy is from Romania. And, on top of everything, it's ICS, which is a year old hat.
There's no way, man.

I thought they gave up trying to port it to the S3 or at least the CDMA S3
I haven't read anything but it's always possible
Yeah I thought so too (that they gave up), we also haven't heard anything from swampgobbling which was trying to port sense 4.0. It sucks since I was looking forward to sense and seeing swamp port a bunch of things like he did for the epic touch.

this isn't a sense 4 rom it's a touchwiz Rom that was originally on the galaxy s then moved to the SII n my hopes were that someone could spearhead it coming to the SIII. The original dev even though he's not American is a nice guy and always looking to help spread his work. I've spoken with him before his Rom was ported onto the SII.
hey!!
i bought htc desire hd from a chinese seller. the phone is good and came rooted(i really wonder if its new or refurbished).
though i have low signal reception issues now.
Now i am bored with the gingerbread and want to upgrade to ics or jellybean.
so can someone tell me a rom in which everything is working perfectly, i doesnt matter if its ics or JB.
and please tell me how to install it in details as i am a newbie
It seems that Jelly time is a verry stable rom, have not used it myself but it seems that way. And for the how-to, check one of the guides on the desire hd forums. There are plente of them out there.

Just look around and read up. I could just post a link to a Rom and give you a few directions but it will be much more satisfying to find a Rom that fits your specific needs and learn how to flash it yourself. Trust me.
Please hit Thanks if I've been helpful at all.
