Hi there.
I've installed LeeDrOid GB v3.0.3, but i was unable to flash Kalagas theme on it.
I flash it using recovery version 3.0.2.8
Did a wipe cache and dalvik cache too as mentioned by kalagas

Any idea where went wrong?

I have the Lowrider theme right now and was just planning on wiping Cache and Dalvik cache and then just flashing a new theme over it....would this be okay? Also, if I wanted to return to the stock theme on Myns 2.2 RLS 3 then would I just reflash the ROM? Thanks.
Anyone sure if this okay or not?
I dunno, nandroid and try it. The worst that could happen is you'll get a boot loop. I flash the original ROM to remove the theme then flash the new theme over that.
I have flashed a theme over a theme several times without problems, to get rid of a theme just reflash original rom. I have never had to wipe but if you have problems than of course wipe
I am running Aurora v3 at the moment and tried to install v4 but if I use dalvik to SD after installing the ROM it only comes to the white HTC screen. It boots fine if I don't use dalvik to SD.
When I flash the rom I do as follow:
Factory reset
Flash rom
Dalvik to SD
Reboot
Any ideas?
I had no problem with v3 and I am using hboot cm7r2

I'm having the exact same problem. Have tried flashing V4 over V3 as suggested as one of the possible solutions yet with no success.
sry but.. what is Dalvik for?

Hello,
After getting into recovery I do wipe the /cache partition before flashing a new rom.
I use the HTC Desire HD and I've tried both Cyanogenmod 7.0.3 and Beatmod 6.2 and none of them get through the splash screen. They just load on the splash screen repeatedly.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I do only wipe the /cache partionen before flashing. NO other partition. I do also get into the Clockwork Mod Recovery.
I did the Revolutionary Rom to work after flashing it, still don't know why the others don't work.
If you are going to a different based rom you have to do a full wipe. That includes data, system, cache, and dalvik
It works now.
Thanks!
I've tried to install rom 3 different times but it keeps getting stuck on the boot logo for 15 min +. Can anyone help?
What recovery are you using? if using CWM remember to use tdj cache wipe after flashing the rom
Same issue different rom

Click to collapse
Thats because you are using the stock recovery and on CM roms you need to use tdj super wipe cache after you flash the rom...
this is the instructions I use everytime I flash a rom
wipe factory reset 3 times
wipe cache 3 times
wipe dalvic
flash tdj super wipe
flash rom
flash gapps (if im flashing any aosp roms)
flash tdj cache wipe
reboot
Hi
I upgraded my hboot to 3.1 so i could enjoy the InsertCoin jelly bean sense ROM, but now I want to go back to the cyanogen 10 stock jelly beam ROM and I'm having no luck. Is there something special i have to do to get it working with hboot 1.31? Is it even possible? It just restarts itself during the animation boot sequence at the start.
I have done a factory reset and wiped all the caches and formated /system before updating the ROM.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

If you have hboot 1.31/1.33 already , just download the boot.img and the ROM . Flash the boot.img then , do a full wipe ( cache , dalvik cache , factory and format system ) then flash the ROM and you're good to go .
You have to use another boot.img, not the one in the rom. It's posted in the bottom of the op in tbalden's thread for official cm10. Gps doesn't work with that though.
