I am running Aurora v3 at the moment and tried to install v4 but if I use dalvik to SD after installing the ROM it only comes to the white HTC screen. It boots fine if I don't use dalvik to SD.
When I flash the rom I do as follow:
Factory reset
Flash rom
Dalvik to SD
Reboot
Any ideas?
I had no problem with v3 and I am using hboot cm7r2

I'm having the exact same problem. Have tried flashing V4 over V3 as suggested as one of the possible solutions yet with no success.

I successfully loaded the latest Cordroid ROM V4 on HTC One X as far as install goes. However on reboot I get the Sense ring screen which am unable to use before phone reboots.
In a constant boot loop.
Thankfully took a Rom backup prior to install that got me out of trouble.
Anyone else managed to get this to work or is there an error in the Rom or the way I am installing?
Not had issues with previous Roms from Coredroid….
Probably something wrong with your install. Did you wipe dalvik cache, etc.?
Reflash new boot.img.

perform full wipe, clear cache and dalvik cache before installing v4 as it has new kernel and reflash boot image and reinstall ROM again

Because you're trying to get Liquid All-Star V5 and Slim Bean All-Star V5 to work, follow these instructions (use TWRP): 1. Format System 2. Wipe Data/ Factory Reset 3. Wipe cache/dalvik 4. Flash ROM 5. Flash Gapps 6. Reboot
If you follow those instruction you shouldn't have a problem.
Hi,
I have a HTC Desire HD with unlocked bootloader and have been using a rom for some time now.I wanted to try ViperDHD rom,but have problems with aroma installer. When I selected full wipe it started a wipe and immediately it stopped and said that the rom is installed. So I tried to install it with doing wiping manually in CWM,but then I was stuck on ViperDHD logo. Then I tried installing 4EXT recovery menu, but it won't install and just boot to CWM.So I tried to install older CWM and then it actually did a full wipe install in Aroma, but I am still stuck on Viper logo.
What do I do?
Perhaps it's a bad download. Check the md5 / download again.

I have tried downloading more roms that use aroma installer, but every time I tried to install it with full wipe it just does a wipe and then shows its finished.I have no problem with roms that dont use aroma installer.
