Use ROM manager to fix permissions.

Then I would do a full wipe (cache/dalvik/data/system/boot) and reinstall. That should def fix it.
You can back up apps with Titanium and launcher settings with ADW (or whatever launcher you use) and your setup afterward should be minimal.

I've tried everything. I even went back to stock. No root. I get rc2 installed. Working fine. Then a few hours in. Ill hop on the browser n randomly get a FC. Then every app starts to FC. Restarting does not help. I dunno what else to try. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Have u tried to run rom manager and "fix permissions " ? This fixes it every time for me. If rom manager fc 's then uninstall it and reninstall then fix permissions. Hope this helps.

but after restore through titanium then rebooted but i got a force to close after reboot
ive tried everything this is driving me crazy
i was wondering if anyone else is having the problem
help me please or i guess im ma go back to CM7
What did you restore from Titanium Backup? If you restored "system data" thats probably the problem. You should only restore "apps + data". Even this can cause some issues with a few apps.
Also, you should run a fix permissions in ROM manager and do a reboot, that can help.
Thank you buddy.

Anyone else having market issues? When I try to install, uninstall, update, it force closes. The download will complete, but in the install process it force closes.
go to apps in settings and then manage and then find market. When u find market, clear data. Then reboot phone and that should fix it!
Didn't work. Still force closing.
Tried restoring a nandroid of my system before I flashed a CRT + BAT mod, but still got the errors.

Fixed!
Had to uninstall the market updates, reopen the market, and let it update itself.

That happened to me before, I tried pretty much everything to fix it.
The only thing that worked was when I flashed a new ROM.

I'm running MikG 2.61 and have the stock kernel and also have the r3wired theme installed as well. I've had this rom running for a week now with no problems until today. Whenever I turn my screen on and unlock the phone, I get a force close message that says "The application HTC Weather Wallpaper has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Also when I go to settings/personalize/widget/htc widget I get a message that says "The application rosie utility has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." And I can't pick out an HTC widget cause it won't open, it force closes. I've tried fixing permissions through Amon Ra recovery and it's still happening. Anyone know a fix to this so I don't have to reflash the rom and start over? Thanks

Ooohh yeah I didn't even think of that but yeah I did delete some apps with titanium that came with the rom. I remember when I did that I got a couple force closes while the apps were being removed and I didn't think anything about it because it was mostly the same apps I always remove after I flash a new rom, like Peep, Stock market widgets(not the Android Market), Twitter widget, and I think another one. I never got those force closes on any other rom while deleting those but I guess I should have just froze them first and seen if I had problems.
But yeah that's probably what the force closes are coming from so I'll do a dirty flash and should get them back.
Thanks guys.

I decided to wipe everything and flash the rom and on a clean install it got no force closes. I didn't uninstall any applications either. Later I flashed the theme and I got force closes just like earlier so I guess the theme is where my troubles are coming from. Weird.

Does it happen on WiFi as well? Try going to settings> apps find the market and clear cache and data for the market. Reboot and try again. That fixes most market problems. If that doesn't do it, use titanium backup to uninstall market updater. (Make backup first) then go back to settings > apps and uninstall updates, reboot and try again. Uninstalling market updater will keep the market from trying to auto update if its a particular version you are having trouble with.

Sometimes a simple battery pull does the trick, it basically does a soft reset. A lot simpler and would try that first.
