So today i unpinned from my Home Screen about 30 tiles because i just wanted to clear things up! I got tired with pressing the tile/unpin, and again the same method all over!
So my Idea (Starting a Project basically) is to unpin the tiles with easy!
1) Keep pressing the tile you want to unpin
2) The Unpin icon shows up on every Tile.
Here is a picture for you to understand!

Tell me your thoughts! Imo this is simple; but is it simple to program it????
App freak 30 Tiles. That sort of ruins the concept of clean
Yeah i know i am an app freak! LOL!
So....anyone on this project can help me out or...???
Im not sure is there a need for it or a way to do it yet.
Most people would have around 15 tiles max to keep the list short with the apps they need the most.
Might be out of luck there
48 Tiles here
Including Artist tiles (double size) as spacers.
I personally wouldn't need this functionality, but good luck.

Wow and they call me a tile freak! LOL! I already started the project with a friend of mine! It's not simple but wish us good luck!
I like the idea personally. I mean, it at least makes sense.

Hello,
what do you think about a re-order of the devices in the forenlist? the newer htc devices are all at the end of the list and we have to scroll a lot? Maybe ist is possible to reorder it to the top of the list?
Rgds
MyPass
I agree...better yet have user be able to decide which phones/devices appear when they are logged on.
This has been asked several times before...
First devies goes up and newer goes down, imagine changing the way it has been for years!
No way!, I like it just like it is now
Just my opinion,
While most people think reordering is a good idea. However I'm used to where everything is so please don't move it or you'll make me mad, along with a lot of other "ole timers."
This has been posted before.
And believe me guys...you donĀ“t want to see JimmyMcGee or any other "ole timer" mad

If you really want the page re-ordered (and you use Firefox), you can hide the stuff you don't want with a plug-in called GreaseMonkey. It does take a small amount of scripting on your part- but, hey, why should the admins do all the work?
Greasemonkey basically runs scripts on pages as they load, which makes it possible to customize the way you see (and interact) with other people's websites.
If you're too lazy to do that, CTRL+F will save you a bit of scrolling.
I found "Make it 3D" on the market. Looks pretty neat but the 3D images you create requires the blue/red glasses.
Now just wondering, is there an app where it'll show you the left image and then the right image really quickly to create the 3D effect? I think seeing the left/right image really quickly should create a 3D effect without glasses or a parallax screen.
Kinda like this:

would be nice if there was an app like you said
Try camera 3D by siulun, free in market. It has the 'vibrating 3D' mode like the picture of the dinosaur-but it's very hard to make it work. The angles have to be exactly right, I got annoyed and deleted it lol.
The easiest glasses free 3d could be done simply by tracking peoples heads with frontfacing camera and adjusting the image based on your heads positioning. It wouldn't give anyone headaches and it would work from all angles.
Thanks! ThaiM,
I've settled with 3DSteroid and Camera3D. Love those 2 apps!

Camera3D

I hope developers keep expanding on these types of apps.
Like many of you, I love my S3. One thing I HATE is the multitasking implementation. Holding the home button for 2 seconds is tedious and slows down the experience of a blazing fast phone
I have managed to overcome the problem and thought I'd share it in case this issue was frustrating others too. Essentially, it allows you to tap the bottom right hand corner of the screen to bring the multitasking bar up. This can easily be done with one hand, and I find makes using the phone a lot faster
Steps:
- Download GMD GestureControl (there is also a free version, although I am not sure if this will 100% work on that)
- Swipe right to 'custom gestures'
- Set up like this

Hey all!
I would like to make mention of an unbelievable launcher from Chris Lacy called Action Launcher. It is like the TouchWiz vertical drawer on steroids. The drawer slides out from the left, with an alphabetical list like how TouchWiz can be configured. It has many groundbreaking features that I have never seen in other launchers and it's very easy/clean/minimalist. For those who don't like tons of homescreens but still like to use widgets, you can doubletap or swipe an app that has a widget, and it will just simply popup until you press elsewhere. (Similar to Overlays only automatic, less customization, and not persistent.) You can even do this from inside folders on your bottom bar. I've took some screenshots of my setup to show it's awesome functionality. Note: This launcher puts focus on ingenuity over raw amount of customization. It is not a replacement for you customization junkies, sorry; however, I've found I simply don't want to customize much anymore - it's all there! I hope some of you find something you like in this.

It is pretty cool, but its not free and I haven't seen a lite version. I just downloaded a pirated version to check it out. Many cool ideas, but they didn't work very well. I can't spend money on a work in progress.
I want to get rid of the huge space when fully extending the notification panel, so when I pull it all the way down, the brightness bar is around the center of the screen, does anyone know a way to do this, with or without root.

Try using Galaxy Goodlock family of apps,
Quickstar. See if it can hide it for you...
Try notifications settings, try searching for "clock" in settings.
Quickstar hides the clock on my homescreen page, they may have added more options for Android 11/12.
On my N10+'s Android 9/10...
I will try that. Thank you.

Click to collapse
That looks horrible. Is that Android 12?
13 will likely be worse.
On 9/10 it uses the space much better...
This was modified using Quickstar for the custom colors.
If you want to quickly access brightness control you can use One Handed Operation plus, Quicktools to do so.
Sadly there was no option for this, it seems to be essentially color type changes you can make
