I tried different firmware on my wave but none of them fulfil me
Europe:
XXJL2 - Bada 1.2, Dolphin 2.2, Eng IME
Asia Pacific:
DXJL3 - Bada 1.2, Dolphin 2.2, Eng+CHS IME(imperfect to type CHT)
Hong Kong:
ZSKA2 - Bada 1.0, Dolphin 2.0, Eng+CHT IME
I don't know if Samsung HK will release bada 1.2
No Bada 1.2 till March2011 and is laggy, they only fix the spoofing of apps
The browser in ZSKA2(Jan2011) is much laggy than DXJEA(May2010)
The speed is unreasonable, they did nothing to enhance it.
What I want is Bada 1.2, Dolphin 2.2, Eng+CHT IME
Is there any method to add IME to XXJL2?
The best way is to download and install IME from appstore like Android/iOS but it is impossible at this moment
Is it possible to extract and import IME from different firmwares

I do understand your problem, you want arabic language support in the phone, so you can read text and email in arabic. I'm looking for it as well, will update here when i found something.

here you go guys I'm using this with TP2 with AT&T and it works like a charm.
its from Microsoft. It will let your device read arabic only not writing. DOES NOT SUPPORT OPERA 10.
Also I attached arabic keyboard so you can right if you want. uncheck all the languages except arabic.

After installing you should change localization to Saudi Arabia to use full features of the arabizer.
Though know it seems this Arabizer has a long way to go before it'll work like a charm.
Then there is 'Paragon Software Group' which have two versions (Full and Lite) of their Arabic Language Support program. Here's their page;

I got Problems with original Opera 9.7 on HD mini, so, there was no possibility to get opera 9.7 (with working pinchIn) and HVGA support.
I took the latest release - 36034 - from the new vodafone rom und build it to a cab.
This is an untouched and not modified version.
For installation it could be necessary to do softreset twice.
If having problems, be sure to have older releases uninstalled.
in bada 2 is it possible to make shp + palringo as IM like bada 1.2 having .. if yes then pl make it

SHP is possible if your provider supports it.
Palringo is and was ALWAYS possible. go to palringo.com or palringo.mobi with your phone's browser and install the unsigned version (Bada 2.0) or the signed version (Bada 1.x).
Then go to "Java" and start Palringo as a normal Java application.

Well, that's just a shortcut, you'd need to change the source-code of SH's IM to achieve that, if it's not possible like that (and it's not, as I have Palringo installed and it's not embedded). Since no one of us got the source...
Where are the language files?
Is the language file is the CSC?
Is it enough to just change the csc and language change?
If I take csc Israeli and installs it on the new version of bada
Is the device supposed to be in Hebrew now?
I changed the CSC and the language has not changed ... I've pre-configeration and nothing happened except that I now can not even choose a language ...

as i know the fonts of the languages are in rc1 file so you can read your language with rc1 but if you want to type with your lang you have to use csc file

I wish the answer was simple - actually the rc1 file is holding the language files
the keyboard the X9 settings and all
and CSC file contains the operator settings and regional settings
we need combination of both .
By the way - do you have PTR or PCL firmware for 1.2 ?

before few month I flashed my phone to bada 2.0 (i have S8530 from pelephone..)
and I saw that the firmware is not hebrew..a
so I made hebrew firmware base on PCL without keyboard
cause we cant upload files to Rc1 file..and to get the keyboard files with Stune for ex.
but you have to understand its doesn't matter the "operator setting" and the "regional setting"
if you have not the files the make the
firmware hebrew you will not have hebrew on your phone
now I have the original PCL version
Because I gave the device to repair and "Pelephone" given me back new device

after looking and looking the net I have found PCL ver or 1.2
i have taken ( I think) all the important files from the Rc1 and transferred them to the new rc1 of bada 2.0 but I cant sign the file with wave remarker to reupload them via multiuploader to the phone
i can sign the pfs file - the csc and shp and i have great custom ver but I coudnt with rc1 file - which is the important file

For language support minimum requirement:
Font in *.ttf (True Type Format)
bada 1.x
System/Font (RC1 file)
bada 2.0
SystemCSC/Font (CSC in compressed part)
Text is in rsr files
SystemCSC\String
Both RC1 and CSC compressed part is hard nearly impossible to Edit now...

You could compare for instance some files, maybe no changes between bada 1.x and bada 2.0 Strings...
I have no problem... my German is supported in every Font and English too...
