[Q] Manual update for leedroid?

Hi guys,
I'm running leedroid 2.3a and want to update to version d.but when I do then of course all my apps and data are lost.I know that titanium backup can restore apps and a few other things but it won't help when the data is stored on the read only file system.also I have things like the carbon theme and the power bar mod installed which I don't want to reinstall.
Is there a way to modify my current nand backup of my rom so that it had the changes of the newsy leedroid version? Or is there maybe another way of doing it?
Pushing this thread...i know that there is a way of pre-updating roms.please help me :/
If you don't want to flash the theme again you can't update. Apps will stay if you flash without fully wiping.(only cache and dalvik)
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Ahh I see.when I'm back from work I will immediately try.its not a big deal reflashing the theme.
Thank you for your help!
worked gracefully! thank you!
quite an easy solution (as there wasnt a problem in the first place )
i could even successfully reflash the theme, power bar mod and battery circle mod all in one!

[Q] rom maneger?

Hi Guys,
i have a quick question, i installed rom maneger too see and when i tryed to see what roms were available it asked me to install the cwm recovery.
question is:
is it save to install the recovery true rom maneger? have anybody done it on the et4g?
can we use rom maneger at all with our phone?
It has been highly suggested by many well known devs that you should NOT use this app.
The CWM it wants to install is designed for a phone with a recovery partition which our phone does not have.
You will most likely brick your phone and would be better off dropping it in a toilet.
Thanks for the reply guys, i appreciated.

[Q] Need help preparing my phone for sale

Hey everyone,
My note 2 is currently rooted with custom rom and I am ready to sell my phone.
What are the steps I need to take before selling my phone if I want to delete everything
but still want to keep my current custom rom and root? I need to delete
everything internally (how do I accomplish this using TWRP?) . Thanks in advance!

I never use TWRP, but in CWM, I know I must do a full wipe, then I will have a clean ROM again.
No contact, no SMS, no apps, nothing. Only the folders of apps still intact.
And if you have some personal files, you will have to remove manually.
or to make it simple, do a full wipe, and flash the same ROM again
but u still have to remove manually those personal folder.
Cheers.

Need HELP!

Hey guys,
So I was trying to install a custom rom for the HTC One X. But for some reason it didn't want to flash and I've already deleted the old one (clean to install a new rom). Now every time I reboot it will take me back to the recovery menu.
Can someone please help me this?
