How did you do this? You can change the color of the buttons? I'm on the "Light sersor levels screen" in CM6.1.2 but different values don't do much. 0 under "buttons" turns them off like xjackofall said, but a different color would be nice.

Any fix?

As I look at my keyboard, I see that my hard keyboard has a silent icon on the spacebar in the top corner. Does this mean that it is a silent icon? If so, how do I use it?

Unlock your phone, slide out the keyboard out and hold the space bar. It would put your phone in silent/vibrate and press/hold the space bar again to return back to the volume level. This somehow doesn't work if the phone is locked or in the music player.

TouchWiz, sorry. (was just reading an article on TouchFLO, typed the wrong thing)
When using certain music apps (poweramp, stock sound player..) the vibration on the phone freaks out and just buzzes and pulses. I can't figure out what is causing it.
Please tell us some more information about the phone so we can help you.
For example, what ROM or Samsung touchwiz software are you on? Are you rooted?

I would try uninstalling all those music apps and then do some detective work and install each app one by one to see which app it is. Report back what you find out.

Right on right on.
Also.... it's not so obvious...but long pressing on that menu item/switch brings up a blacklist/whitelist to choose which apps will be affected by auto-haptic though I don't use it myself.
so first post and naturally cant put it where it makes sense .. so.. just flashed the new wicked rom v7 and wondered if I was missing something with the lack of a "clear" button to get rid of notifications on the drop down menu. is it just me and a reinstall should fix it?? figured Id ask cause most of the comments about people finding quirks (in the development section of forum) seem to revolve around user error and to reflash. Thanks in advance
It's at the top right by the shortcut to settings when you pull down the notification bar. That's what the nexus notification thing means in the change log, I think.

You're welcome. I only ran v7 for a few minutes cuz I prefer holding menu to search (v6) instead of kill the current app (and I don't know how to mod that myself), but the new icon worked as it's supposed to for me.

First make sure you have the led turned on...its in the settings. Light flow will work but you have to disable talkback (its an Android problem not an LG issue) question.. does your led light up when you turn the phone on? ..when your phone is off turn it on if it lights up all the colors then its working if not then maybe a hardware issue.

Working for me. Did you enable it in accessibility settings and enable notifications for the individual apps you want notifications for (via Lightflow)?
I didn't try it with your AOSP Messaging app, yet. I wasn't even getting status bar notifications, though.

You need to actually go in to the main settings, General, apps, select talkback, force stop, and then disable it (you may need to uninstall updates first). I had the same problem a little while ago. Does it only say the letters using the LG keyboard? Mine didn't do it for other keyboards.
Also, if you use tasker at all, it can successfully control the led colors. If you want to play with it, you can assign different colors for specific notifications. I haven't done so yet for the ogp, but I made an app for the lgog (only one color for that led though). Also, if you look up something called "buttonled" by germainz here on xda, he has made a tasker profile and app that might work for you too.

I did a factory reset and went in and disabled talk back. Led works now with lightflow. Only thing that bothers me is when I test the new color, it'll blink new color then a different color then back to assigned color. That normal for this phone? Thanks for the help by the way.
