[Q] incredible keeps on rebooting? - Droid Incredible Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a co-worker with Droid incredible and every time she turns the device on, it is stuck at the white HTC screen. Once in awhile, she'll be able to see the lock screen, but then the device will reboot again. I tried going into the recovery by pressing vol. down + power, but when I choose recovery, it gets stuck at the white screen again.
She does not have an insurance on the phone, is there a possible fix to this problem?
Thank you in advance.

Is it rooted or what? What did she or you do before this happened? Try to flash a rom or diff kernel?

Download this file
http://www.fourty.net/~berzerker/stockstuff/PB31IMG_3.26.605.1_RUU.zip
Rename that file PB31IMG.zip, put that on the root of the SD card, boot the phone into bootloader mode by pressing vol - & power. Let the update run its course, and she will go back to a TOTAL stock 2.2.
EDIT: She will lose all her texts, have to re-download all her apps, and set her homescreens up again, but I don't think you have any other option if it keeps getting stuck at the white HTC screen.

If it's stock already or if rooted and the PB31IMG from the above post doesn't work, she simply needs to do a warranty exchange. We are, after all, still within the warranty period.

How would that not work? Its the stock rom, signed. I myself have done this before. Why go exchange it and get a crappy refurb (most likely SLCD )that, more likely than not, has problems? Why not fix the problem and keep the one that she has?
If they didn't want to do that they could go to shipped-roms.com and download the RUU from there and flash it back to stock that way also.

It ain't gonna work if it's a hardware failure, which seems a bit too common with the first run of Incredibles. No software is going to fix a problem with the SoC, which is why I said if the RUU doesn't work, she needs to do a warranty exchange.

The phone is completely stock.
She had to cut the line off and use company phone for about a month or two due to her personal problems. Now she's trying to get back on line with Verizon, but it's keep on rebooting itself so there's noway put it back on again..
Does Verizon/HTC do warranty on the phone even though she's not on the Verizon with the Incredible?

I doubt they do, but you could just put it back on the plan, and take it into a verizon 30mins later. Tell them you hit *228 & #2 to update the prl and your phone rebooted and keeps doing so.

Thanks. If everything fails, I'll just go ahead and do that..

There's another version of recovery that lets you wipe the phone - you can search if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that instead of pwr<->vol down it was pwr<->touchball. There, you'll be able to wipe the phone.
I had a similar problem with a phone that I just sent back for warranty repairs. The upside was I did get past the white splash screen. The downside was a few days later, the phone finally kicked the bucket and wouldn't power at all.

This fixed my issue. I was able to retreive my pictures after everyone else was saying to forget about it including HTC and Verizon.. I think this is a pearl as so many Incredible users have posted the constant reboot issue. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Another rebooting SLCD Incredible
Hi guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that this week, my wife's SLCD Droid Incredible started randomly rebooting. I had her on the Virtuous stock-based ROM and the SLCD ClockworkMod Recovery, and she had a TON of crap apps (pregnancy, game, live wallpaper, etc.)
I was able to back up the phone if I left the back cover off, but everything I did was time/heat sensitive. I wiped the phone and when setting it backup, got the bootloops after downloading only five or six market apps, not running any of them.
Last night I went back to stock (S-ON, Stock November PB31IMG.zip bootloader update). Again, after getting back to complete stock, it locked up after a few market apps were downloaded.
I called Verizon this morning from MY AMOLED Incredible, and they first had me describe the issues in detail (30 minutes), then try and repeat the issue (20 seconds after opening Google maps and starting a navigation session *quick heat*). She transfered me to "Level 2 Support", then he wanted to walk me through resetting to factory defaults on the phone via the SD card and storage settings. I noticed he wanted me to wipe the Internal storage, so I told him I needed to first backup the DCIM folder full of personal pics and videos to my SD card. He waited patiently while I backed them up (20 minutes). When finished, he had me wipe the phone+EMMC. I left the cover off so we could get through the initial setup, the put it back on after setting it up. He had me do *228 option 1, after the phone rebooted he wanted me to try and do "normal tasks" like downloading apps to get the phone to repeat the issue, if possible. I simply opened up Google Maps, started navigation and 1 second later, the phone went into bootloops. He promptly set up an "in-warranty" replacement to be overnighted to my house.
I do not have any monthly insurance on my phones, so I thought it was great deal that Verizon can issue an advance warranty replacement with return shipping, overnight, no less. Most companies would tell a customer to contact HTC directly. I am sure that is what Alltel used to do. I don't think VZW did it because we have corporate discount, I think this is standard service they provide for all their customers.
For any of you having this issue, here's what I recommend:
**If your phone is continually rebooting, pull your battery and let it sit out of the phone so they can cool for at least 20 minutes... Alternatively, you could probably put your battery in the freezer for 10-20 minutes and get a little extra "cold time" out of the phone before it bootloops**
1. Sync your apps with an app service like Appbrain to easily retrieve the list of apps you had.
2. Backup your call history and bookmarks using an app or two from the market. I have used free ones before, they should be easy to find.
3. Back up your Internal Storage and SD card to your computer (and preferably to a backed up location on your PC)
4. Revert to S-ON, and Stock ROM, if you are not already on one.
5. Set up only the basic functions on your phone (don't download any apps), then test that it is a heat issue by simply opening up Google maps and navigating anywhere.
6. Call Verizon and wait PATIENTLY on the phone as they walk you through their hoops. Expect this to take an hour or three. Just do as they say, as they have to make sure you indeed have a defective phone.
7. Profit.
Hope it helps,
jakewill

Ditto I have always had a pleasant outcome talking to the phone reps. Remember they are just doing their job and they are probably doing this exact same long process all day..
Wish I could say the store reps we're just as good but it's pretty hit and miss.

Broke within 2 hours?

Ok, so my brand new EVO was working fine. Power save came on, and turned the screen off. I hit the power button, and you could see the backlight light up, but nothing would come on the screen.
My soution was to remove the battery, then reinsert it.
Now it just gets stuck at the white EVO screen!
Does anyone have anything that can help me with this?
Try keeping the battery out for like 5-10 minutes then put it back in. If that doesn't fix it, might have to do a Hard Reset or bring it back to the store for a new one.
Tried to hard reset, but nothing happens. It stays stuck at that screen.
Hard Reset meaning a full wipe of the phone. I think it's Vol button and Power button at same time. And then choose hard reset or something of that nature. Yeah Vol Down and Power
http://www.knowyourcell.com/htc/htc.../463924/how_to_hard_reset_the_htc_evo_4g.html
Yep, that's the procedure I went through to hard reset.
Like I said though, that didn't fix it.
Bring it back to the store then man or keep the battery out for a few minutes (if you haven't tried that yet) or possibly take SD card out?
When I take the SD card out, it comes up with some new "artwork" on the boot screen that leads me to believe it either can't be booted without this card, or ****'s just broke.. IDK.
It's like a phone with a red X on it?
That's probably not the best description, but it's close.
Ok, so this time taking the SD card out worked. It booted.
I would suggest try to bring it back asap before they run out but maybe someone else has gone through this before and help you. Sorry bro, keep us updated though
EDIT: Nice! Thought that might be it. They were having SD card errors which is why the OTA is being sent out. Glad it worked out for you
Nothing to be sorry over.
My personal opinion at this point is that the SD card got knocked loose, and wasn't seated correctly.
That seems like a horrible design. How are you supposed to see if the pins are aligned correctly?
I mean it should just slide in, but maybe it doesn't fit the tolerance every time.. IDK.
Again, to recap what I did to fix it.
I removed the SD card, reset it to factory default, and it booted.
After that, I put the SD card back in, and all is still well.
Thanks for your help xda-dev forum!
Ok, nevermind. It's still broke.
Seems like when power save comes on something gets hosed.
I'm half afraid to do the OTA update, as I want to root this thing.
Ok, I'm about 90% sure the problem is with the SD card being seated correctly.
Every time I put the card in, the phone freezes within a few minutes.
If I have no card inserted, it runs without a problem.
This is the problem the OTA fixes, you can take it back to the store and see if they will swap it but I'd be willing to bet they tell you to apply the OTA.
I did the OTA, and am still having this problem.
Took it to the store tonight, they agreed to replace it, however their systems were down, because of a storm. So I will be waiting until tomorrow i guess.

Whenever I do the update and restart it get's stuck in a continuous loop. I already returned the phone and they replaced it but when I did it again it did the exact same thing. I just learned and didn't install the update again :/
I don't know what I'm going to do now seems like it's stuck. If I update I don't get the latest fixes but if I do it messes up my phone and it restarts over and over again uncontrollably... bleh
Just got my replacement phone.
It seems to function properly so far.

It might be worth doing the update in the store or having them just perform the update so they can go through all the hassle and you just get the result. It's what they get paid to do.
This time they did the update in the store before even giving me the phone.
I think they were just super swamped yesterday, and the early people didn't get updated phones.
The store guy told me I was the sixth return, but they sold "over a lot" of units.
I rooted my phone, now I want to reset it to factory default
I hold down the vol and power on, I get the white screen When I want to go in to recovery, it reboots and hangs with a pic of phone and red w/ xclamation over it
it there any other way to hard reset???

It's a damn common problem on Desire. Also i have the same problem. When the phone try to connect to 3G network go in crash. Also i tried more times full wipe, hard reset, RUU. Nothing. The issue is HARDWARE. The only way is the substition og the phone (or of the motherboard).
Good Luck
Same for mine. Sent to HTC for repair

Thanks Guys, That's what I thought but didn't like to put it through my mind,
One me thing: Do I need to raise a query on htc website? And of course unroot the phone to stock

Of course. Make a hard reset to unroot, send to HTC assistance and write a EMail to HTC customer care with detailed issue of your phone

Yup, same here. I've allready sent my device for repair and now waiting for new device. It's hardware issue.
Regards, X.
My desire kept restarting whilst using open desire and dj Droid Rom. Since I've switched back to official 2.1 stock Rom not rooted my phones not rebooted once. So I'm not sure if its always a hardware related thing. Hmmm

Probably you have bootloader 0.80
Try with stock ROM 1.21.XXXXXX
It's was ok for me
My Desire would soft-reset at least once daily on the stock 2.1 ROM. Switching to Cyanogen has fixed that. Which I was surprised to find.

THANK YOU!
I think someone should put this info into the sticky topic, there is nothing to mention that you need this specific ruu to unroot 0.0 bootloader...
I will test the phone now to see if the reboots are still in th case...
Could anyone who send their phone away tell me how long would take to get the phne fix in uk? can they provide a replacement or up to us to bother?
Ta
I've noticed that mine will reboot constantly after I flash a new ROM.
However, I don't think it's the flashing that is the issue. See after a wipe and flash I usually sign into Google to get sync my contacts and calendar.
Since 2.2 the phone tries to automatically download apps from the market.
If I'm using HSPA (3G) to download while the phone is plugged in and charging I will 100% of the time get constant reboots until I physically remove the battery.
Even then, if I remove the charger and try the phone will keep rebooting. I usually end up having to charge the battery while the phone is off then remove the charger. It will then usually work with no issue or random reboots.
I've tested this when I'm using Wi-Fi - Never a reboot issue.
Also tested using extensive 3G (soon after flash) without charger plugged in. Phone will sometimes (maybe 25% of the time) go into a boot loop with each reboot occurring within a few minutes of each startup.
It's no secret that the phone gets hot when using 3G to download a lot of data. For some reason this is compounded after each flash.
I use syspanel to monitor battery temps and in the situations described above where the phone starts constantly rebooting the temps are around 36c - 38c. I'm not exactly sure because it reboots before I can get accurate temp.
I question syspanel accuracy because it feels bloody hot! Temps are normally usually around 22 - 27c and it feels cool to the touch. Hard to believe 10c can make that much difference.
Could this be a hardware design, like how CPUs will throttle once a certain temp is reached to prevent damage? Or maybe thermal paste (is that even used in phones?) not properly applied to some component on the PCB.
Perhaps others can comment on their battery temps. Sounds like that's the issue if maps and navigation (data + battery intensive) cause reboots.
Also, as mentioned by someone else I can't remember (sorry to the poster) after I update or restore Launcher Pro my battery drain becomes ridiculous (I've lost 100% in 4 hrs). Quick reboot after update or restore solves the drain.
Now the phone is running stock rom and radio,
Tried google maps today, and it only last for about 2 min before reboot, when the phone is in normal usage like calls and texts I never had a reboot,
Must be a overheating components, like you said thermal paste or something.
Tonite i will give them a phone and the courier to pick it up.
Do you think guys is worth to mention about mainboard? that will need to be replace or just mention overheating issues and constant reboots?
Do they provide a replacement unit for the time being?
Thanks all

That's exactly the issue I had - could replicate a reboot within minutes of Google Maps use. I also believe this to be a heat/paste issue, as the unit got incredibly hot (on one occasion almost too hot to pick up).
Mine was replaced as being faulty (with Virgin in the UK) after I recited several forums and a google search to the operative. You might be able to get this with Three if you push for it but Virgin are the only ones I know of actually replacing the handsets (FYI thier callcentre staff seem to know thier stuff).
I will miss my desire Courier will pick it up tomorrow and God knows how long it will take to get it fixed!!
Customer Service was excellent so far, the guy even said that this is actually quite a common issue with Desire( too much power inside such a small device)
Hopefully I'll get a new motherboard!
Thanks guys for all your help! Now is the time to start up OLD grandpa Sony Ericcson for the time being...
Reboot with GPS and Charging
Hi
I have send my desire for repair, because it reboots every time i use navigation and charging at same time. Navigation alone dosn't reboot.
I tried to reinstall, but HTC would let me have the file to try to rewrite the ROM.
I try to times to clear the phone several times, but now i just wait to see if they will find the problem or just rewrite the ROM.

HTC One X Update Gone Bad. HELP

Hi there, this is my first post, i didnt want it to be like this but i have come to you in desperation.
I was excited about 4 hours ago to realise my phone was getting an update saying it was going to imporve battery life etc..
Well i let it do its thing while it was downloading, i went to check after an hour or so and it said the software had been corrupted or something along those lines, either way it had to start the download again.
It was about bed time when this happened so i chucked it on the charger, fell asleep, woke up and it was doing something on a kind of screen i had never seen before, black screen, obviously showing that it is processing the update(i was a little tired from waking up) i think i remember taking its time maybe longer than it should have been.
I went back to sleep woke up about an hour ago from now and checked my phone and the screen would not turn on, i think the charger cable had fallen out from the phone because it is loose and does that some times.
So i placed the cord back in and it didnt seem to respond with the red led coming up for a while then all of a sudden it worked for some reason, but was flashing. i suspected this was because the battery had been sucked dry. So after a while the led stopped flashing and i pressed the power button, sure enough it powers up straight away to the HTC - quietly brilliant screen. And thats that, end of story. It's stuck on that screen WTF?
I have been through forums like these interested in changing ROMs and so on but it all seems so complicated i never even bothered, so obviously i am a noob, but i dont think there is any reason for this to happen other than sh*t luck.
Can anyone help us out?
Your better off sending for repair unless you want to start unlocking the bootloader etc.
Reboot your phone in bootloader ( press PowerButton + Volume down at the same time) you will get to a screen with various lines, look factory reset, navigate that menu with your volume keys. Hit factory reset you should get . See if it fixes it.

Thanks for your help, unfortunately, the factory reset didnt work.
What happened when i first did it, the update screen came up like the first time but still ended up freezing on the quietly brilliant screen.
I'd be willing to unlock the bootloader, i really dont want to send the phone away for a third time. Why didnt i get the Galaxy S3!?!?!
I hate to ask, can u point me to the right thread to do that, there seems to be a few but they seem to have different purposes.
Thanks again.

If you wait a day or so, the RUU will be released for your region now that the OTA has been released.
You'll be able to fully reload your phone - this is all HTC do when you send it for repairs and you can do it in a lot less time.
At the moment, HTC may even reload the 2.17 software so you may still have the problem again when trying to load the OTA.
Thanks all for your interest.
I spoke with customer support and they told me exactly what i already had done, factory reset through hboot.
After that was a no go, he told me i have to send it back to the point of sale, so they can flash the software?
Where can i find this ruu once it has been released?
I'm pretty sure the updates all say to not have the phone plugged in when updating.

[Q] Stuck in boot/power button issues

Hey guys,
I need some help ASAP!!!
Problem:
1) My phone for the past few days has been giving me issues with the power button. I looked up references on how to fix here on XDA. I took the phone apart & the button just seemed to be stuck. I cleaned the phone & pulled out the tab lightly (hoping it would fix the issue) yesterday, which seemed to work. Today phone started cycling again & got stuck in the boot loader. I have removed battery several times but it does not load up.
2) Im running CM10.1 from a EL19 Kernal which i have been using for almost 4 months. At this time I dont have my external memory card (had to remove it to run a program for my wifes phone) so i dont have any of my backups to restore.
3) But i need my phone like now!!! I use my phone for work & i cant be without it all day.
Please help

OK. If you have that from which I suffered a few weeks ago, the behavior extends to the recovery menu. Type in my moniker and the words "power button insanity." You'll find it.
You should try to return to stock, as you may not be remaining on CM. You're braver than I, since you accessed the hardware button.
If you can get into the bootloader, try a one-click stock restore.
Regardless, just go to a Sprint store in Miami that has a tech on staff that knows what they are doing (ie, not a complete rulebook quoter). Rely on Google reviews to identify the right store. Some of this is psychological, just remain calm, hie yourself over to the tech, and ask him or her to slap the software fix that Samsung recently (early summer 2013) made available for this exact problem. Tell him or her that you're willing to give it a shot prior to sending off and waiting for a replacement phone.
Note: If you ask about this soi-disant fix over the phone, they'll likely deny its existence. But it works, and I haven't had a problem since.
I got back to my rooted jellyverse after the patch. With CM, you are not going to be so lucky. Hope your backed up.
Good luck.

Good luck.

Well I finally got it fixed. I rebooted it by returning the phone back to Gingerbread stock full restore "rooted" with a one click. Then I flashed the EL29 directboot one click - Thanks Rwilco12 - & reinstalled Cyanogenmod. It took me all of about 10-15 minutes since i already had the software saved on my computer. I lost all my data on my phone but im glad i had everything that i needed saved to my external SD.

Outstanding news, sir. This is what we like to hear. I'd recommend backing everything up after the hard labor of getting things back the way you like it, especially since you use this as a primary business device. Titanium Backup is my go-to for call logs, sms and contacts. With cloud sync hooks, you should be able to reinject everything back where you left off.

G4 Bootloop

Hi Guys,
i am really confused and a little bit angry. The Following happened to me today:
My Phone (Unrooted, Locked BL) was behaving weird this morning.
It just randomly crashed and wouldn't boot up.
Eventually i got it to boot once or twice, but still it crashed, shut down and Bootloop.
A Reqular Factory Reset did nothing. now i'm trying to install the Regular KDZ-File for the H815, but things are just not working as expected.
Has anyone else had this problem before?
Is it normal that the LG Flash Tool is on 1% for over 5 Minutes and nothing changes on the Phone screen?
I want to know what has broken my phone so bad, cause this time, I just used it the way it was supposed to be used, no hard drops, no rooting, no changing of software in any means.
First LG Phone and it broke with no warning and no explenation. I'm a little disappointed right now.

Same
The same happened to mine. Are you able to get to download mode by powering off your phone and plugging it into your computer? Im able to flash stock ROMs but nothing helps. The phone reboots by itself at random times and makes it into the operating system a few times but is never usable.

Hey,
yes i can get into download mode.
I am able to flash files, but the phone wont boot up anymore.
I just want to save my data, but i guess i wont be able to do so.
So i have to get to the store and get a new g4
Luckily i made a backup of my two weeks ago, so not much will be lost.
I also send an email to the LG customer Service, will post their reply here too.
I am really disappointed by LG at this point, i usually had motorola phones and they didn't have random errors like this one.
I switched to LG, cause G4 sounded awesome, but this error is making me sad.
I am really thinking that i won't buy another LG Product, which is making me sad too, cause usually most things made by them are great.

//==============First Request by me:======================
Hello dear LG-Service Team,
i just bought the premium product LG-G4.
Since some days, the Phone is beginning to hang and reboot, resulting in a bootloop.
Sometimes the phone boots, than optimizing Android for about 30 minutes (100+ Apps installed). After this happened, i kann use it again, but not fully.
To shortcut eventual questions:
The Phone is in factory State, no Custom Rom installed. The bootloader is locked and the Phone has not been rooted.
The mistake seems to come from your firmware.
I am really disappointed, because i paid a lot of money and no have a product which is barely usable.
I switched to LG because of the G4 and i don't want to regret this decision.
Kind regards
<<Esok>>

Email and response, translated by me, so there might be some mistakes...
I don't like the response, it feels like not being taken seriously.
Well, nevertheless, i will go to the retailer and will see what happens.
I will keep you updated.
What do you think of this response?

That response is terrible lol. I called in and they said they do not support my phone because it is an international version. So there was nothing they could do for me.
I have a similiar issue, but mine was due to a OTA update, and I didn't know about the download mode until now.
Thanks.
Any tips when I can get into the download mode? I just wanna recover my personal data (images, and texts)? Flashing STOCK image would preserve the personal data right?
While your phone is off, plug it into your computer while holding volume up. If you are using LG flash tool to flash a .KDZ firmware file, you will come across an option that says Normal flash or CSE Flash. Normal flash will not wipe data, while CSE Flash will. I have flashed stock images and it didn't work. Hopefully it works for you though.

+1 I'm in same boat and exact same issue with my H815. I love the device but this is unacceptable.
I'm having the same problem, it just happened to me all of a sudden and now I can't even get to the boot animation. I've been able to get into recovery 2 or 3 times but usually it just restarts before it even gets there. I recently updated to the newest xposed framework (though I've restarted just fine a few times after I installed it), did anyone else here do the same?
When I get home from work I'm going to keep attempting to fix it, I've flashed my current TOT but it failed after rebooting. I don't know if I'm having the same problem as everyone else but I'll update if I can find a solution.
same issue here on the at&t 810. Starting about 3 days ago I started getting random reboots + bootloops. Sometimes it would boot to the LG logo and stick, sometimes to the AT&T logo and stick, sometimes to the OS and freeze after the lock screen appeared. I can get into the OS and use it for awhile, then it will restart and it all begins again. 2 factory resets so far and no dice. I am rooted on 10e but have a warranty device on the way which undoubtedly will be on a higher firmware and will likely miss out on the potential coming bootloader unlock. At this point I am probably going to sell on craigslist and get a 6p. The phone is great when it works and I love the size, the looks, and the screen, but the lag and these reboots are unacceptable.
Just a short update by me:
I gave it to the retailer, they said it would take about 10 Days.
I hope this stuff won't happen again or this was the last time i am buying a LG Product.
I think i would have been better off by sending it directly to LG but nevertheless, maybe giving it to the retailer will make my warranty stay longer
I will keep you updated, including firmware Version the phone has after sending it in and so on.
All of the sudden my phone today just froze leaving me with a black background and no animations, the phone is very hot if I try to use it on that moment. Even when I reboot the phone stays very very slow and says system it's no responding.
What can I do? Even when a Reboot it some times works normal then suddenly does it again.

Sounds like a heat problem in your case.
What happens if you pull out the battery, wait 10 minutes to let the phone get cold and than reboot?
Well, no luck on my end. I could only even get into recovery one out of every 50 times or so that I tried, and when I managed to I wasn't able to sideload any system software because it wouldn't initialize the driver (my computer recognized the phone just fine, except the ADB portion). Clearing the data did nothing either. Luckily I'm on Sprint and the phone's being recalled anyway, so I just walked in and they swapped it no questions asked. At least after flashing a TOT and clearing the data they shouldn't have an easy way to tell I was rooted or anything.

Thanks for replying, I completely restored phone today and was a success. No more black background.
same random rebooting issue here as well. and I just bought this phone brand new from a 3rd party :/
Update: I seem to have gotten past the problems after updating to 10n. Now running stock debloated 10n rom with no reboot issues (so far)
Update 2: Had 1 - 2 cycle bootloop on 10n

I don't see how you giving your phone to your retailer will extend your warranty. That makes absolutely no sense, since your warranty begins from your date of purchase.
My phone also ended up with the bootloop and having to exchange with a new unit. I'm on the TMO Variant H811.

Actually German Law is a little bit different.
Regular warranty is not what i meant in my post, i meant the "Gewährleistung" its an additional kind of warranty given out by the retailer.
There are some cases in which this "Gewährleistung", which usually lasts for about 2 Years is made longer. Mostly this happens when the retailer would have to send in a product for the third time, they basically give out a new one, which will be treated like a NEW device. So new Warranty, new "Gewährleistung".
I hope this somehow made sense
Today i got my phone back.
They repaired it.
Everything is like it was before, so i am pretty sure they didn't change it.
Firmware Version is 10d.
The Phone is working so far.
Will keep you updated if anything changes.
