Hey,
Since today i am the owner of a brand new HTC Desire HD and i like it . What i want to know is if there is a hack to download everything from the htc market place for free. I have searched the forum but couldn't find it.
Is there something online to hack the market place?

Ok Sorry :O

you should not ask anything regarding to piracy here as Androhero said or you will be banned before even starting. if you want something from Android Market then get your credit card and support the apps developers.

I'm not going to preach the morals of piracy but just remember it's normal people making most of the apps, not some faceless mega rich software company.
There's free versions of most of them anyway... or you could support the hard work of the developers and pay the small fee. Most are only about £0.63, which is hardly much. You can barely buy a bar of chocolate for that these days!

Well said, I'm normally the first one to find the price of games, movies etc. stupidly priced these days (and normally wait a good while after they come out so I can buy them at a reasonable price). But the apps are very useful for the cheap price most of them are and I'm very impressed with the Android market!

Android Market

Any one think the android market lay out and set up is **** every time I go on to it its always the same old ****e Top Free Top Paid its all ****e the apps never change, I think they should have a shake up so you can do a search on top rated, higest price, lowest price, most comments, newest apps, oldest apps,multi-player etc just change the way you can search altogether.
Does any one else agree or is it just me?
Give us a vote and comment
+1 for it being crap I installed Appbrain which is better but far from what you describe
Yes its crap. With all the money Google have got, you'd think it would be better.
keep the comments and votes comin in
I agree, I expect much better market.
Yes, it's not that advanced.
Totally agree with you guys.
Most of the stuff on there is crap and there are lots of apps that do the same bloody thing.
aye its not brilliant but its far better than the microsoft market or whatever it was called on my htc touch hd

I agree but MS didn't have anywhere near as many apps that were any good.
The only things that were good on MS's market place were facebook/twitter/SPB shell.
the rest of it was garbage.
although I guess this will eventually change with WP7 and get better when they buy some people to develop apps for it...
+1
I'm all for an open market. But there REALLY needs to be a way to Filter/Dispose of the minefield of Porn Apps and XXX Photo Galleries finding their way on.
I'm all for freedom of choice, but don't need it on every other app
KYI
An overhaul would be nice for sure, it seems weird with such focus on Apps in order to ensure success of the Android platform that there seems to be little focus on the market.
The interface needs a change, some customization options, an most importantly they really need to hurry with the paid market for all countries! We in Denmark and probably a bunch of other countries are still waiting for paid apps.
I know there is brilliant alternatives to the market place, but seeing how many Android activations we see daily, they really need to focus some energy on the market, but I suspect it will have a major overhaul with the come of Gingerbread.
I don't believe Android cannot compete to its full extent with Apple until its marketplace delivers the same quality while differentiating its product by supporting the openness of the market.

I think that they need to charge everyone in their local currency as otherwise people get charged oversees fees by the banks for converting it.

[Q] Soooooo... what are the chances of wm7 coming to our android devices?

The final devices just got announced, devs will probably take a swing at it, AND ive seen some wm7 dumps going around the forum. sooooo... what do you all think? i'd love to have a play with this, just like every other ZOMG-NEW-UI-I-GOTS-TO-HAVE! guy here haha
is there already some work going on?
Zero chance, It would be illegal to do so as the license is sold with the device,
Just for fun?

I don't want it on my phone... WP7 has the ugliest UI I've ever seen. Some animations and transitions looks cool but other than that it just makes wanna throw up!
im more into it for the social interaction, the way facebook integrates and everything, it looked pretty good in all the demos..

Yeah. Stupid laws... It's no different than someone stealing your car.
I suppose if someone wanted to, they could create a customized launcher and a bunch of other apps that looked like wm7, but I fail to see the point.

who cares about wm7?
m$ is afraid about android...
the only thing that i don't understand is why a wm phone and an android phone have the same prices with similar hardware...
when you buy the phone you pay the licence too... android phones must cost less then a wm phone...
or not?

First of all, I believe the phone manufacturers still pay a fee to Google for the GApps.
Secondly, it's all about profit margins - Android is attractive to companies like HTC because they likely make more money per unit than they would if they use WP7.

[APP] Bejeweled 2 at $0.99 grab it before it's back to normal price!

Finally the best version of Bejeweled 2 is here for Android, this is a musts have game that needs to be in any of my phones
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.eamobile.bejeweled2_na_wf
Is there any difference with Jewels that's free on the market? Trying to see why it'd be worth buying it.
Also, they both seem a little to slow, especially compared to Zoo Keeper which is one of my favorite game on the DS.
there was a time i played bejeweled all the time. but i don't think i've even started it (or the free version jewels that i've installed) during the last 6m

no, i tried all the free ones, and there is none that can compare to Bejeweled, it's simply the most addictive of them all, and the music, i love the music it's so relaxing when you are in a slow moving bank line up or in the subway waiting for the train to arrive

Don't see anything wrong with this. There's a discount at the moment, might as well share the information with the others.
Agreed, if something GOOD is cheap, share it. Just don't flood the forum with it.
Anyway, it's not showing on the market, not even the 1st one.

exactly, back in Xmas time
Sims3
Need for Speed
Tetris
Soccer 2010
and some other ones were also at 99 cents
look at their prices now they are between $4 to $7
it's in no way an Advert, it's just letting others that are interested in this game to grab it for a buck
personally i wouldn't pay for anything that cost more than a $1 unless it's a really really worth software app like GPS program or Office Suite for the phone

Tetris is still the same original game, but they changed the original music with some funky techno version of the old music
i prefer the original music of the original Tetris

Sideloading a game sounds like the game is being pirated. There is no supported method to buy a game then sideload it in the WP7 marketplace.
The only way that this is possably legal is if the OP paid for the game, then sideloaded it but, even then it's questionable.
As I am wondering how this works, it's stil a questionable in a legal aspect, so I will not continue the discussion.
Personally, this promotes piracy (with the DFT rom you can still get achivements off downloaded Xbox live games) and this thread should be closed...if not deleted.

+1. Honestly, I can't comprehend why people - running a round with a device worth a couple of a hundred dollars - refuse to pay 2 or 3 dollars for a game or app. That's just weak.

And that makes it okay? Gtfoh, these developers bust their asses to deliver great products to us, and some of you guys believe the world should be free. It must be nice envisioning a communist society, some of you even live in one. But, considering I'm not a communist or socialist, I think the arguments to support piracy on this forum are ridiculous. I really hope those new encryption updates by Microsoft stop this BS and ban anybody's gamertag who used a stolen game.

no it's not ok but if microsoft would add a better payment system there were more app/game buyers on the Windows Phone Marketplace or how do you think ?

In fact, the payment system records what games you have bought all through. Once you would like to install it again (on same Live account), they will ask you if you would like to installed it again now as you have already paid for that.
I haven't met the double payment for the same app so far.
Even pressing "buy" still doesn't mean you have already bought and paid, instead they will ask you if you really want to pay as there is no refund for it. You may have a try.

That still is not an excuse to pirate. Most banks offer pre-paid creditcard options for this type of stuff.
Now days if you open any checking account (at least in the US) you expect to get a debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo on it.
As I 100% agree with you, everyone thought, Xbox live=Xbox points before WP7 came out. I would like the option myself but, it should not make you pirate.
If you can afford the collection of phones that you have had or have, I am sure you can afford a $2-5 game or app here and there. If you can not, sell your smart phone and go buy a fip phone. You should not be here in the first place.

Look up Virtual/Disposable credit cards, they can be very useful even if you do have a credit card because you can get them for one time uses.

Titanium reverts to donate version

I upgraded my Titanium Backup to the Pro version paying the $5.95 (actually $1.00 + CHF 5.25). it was instantly upgraded, and I got the email (+smses from my bank). Yesterday on its own it has reverted back to the donate version. Also,if I remember correctly there was a second Titanium app which is also now missing. I am on Android 2.3.3 on my Dinc 2.
I download the pro version from 4share.apk
Finally fixed. Titanium staff (Joel) were most helpful. Finally, removed and reinstalled Titanium Backup and the problem was fixed. Reinstalling the Key file did not help. Apparently, if you are using the same Google account then i. you can reload the key and ii.you can run it on multiple phones. They key is personal to you.

I seldom use those forbidden sites to acquire fully functioning software products only to make sure that it WILL perform properly on my aged PC.
If it works and I like it, I actually purchase the software and re install the proper version on my PC.
If it does not work or I don't care for it I remove it.
Piracy for the sole purpose of trying to get something for free that is offered for usually a modest amount, is wrong plain and simple.
It IS nice of you to offer help to people that are stuck trying to make use of the software that they DID pay for.
Usually there is a Read Me file within the file or on the site stating that if you like the product, then you should pay for it.
And now that you know, If you like the product and it works as it should, you should either pay for it or uninstall it.
The site you quoted probably doesn't pay ANY add revenue to the developer of the product.
I know it was a hassle to get my purchase validated also, but I kept at it and feel good about having done this.
