Even if you didn't want to install a custom rom you could root, install CWM recovery and use UOT kitchen to create the NEXUS S theme.I believe that it will theme stock roms now.
But to be honest root and install a custom rom and turn you phone into a super phone

Many thanks, been away and couldn't see them for looking!
Sorry for coming up with such an old post.
- Is that still, today, the last RUU from HTC?
- If yes, are they 100% working methods to get root and S-OFF after flashing this?
- Will flashing this erase my recovery (CWM 5)?
Thanks!

You got a P930, use Hereric's.

I would advise you to use the p936 kdz instead of the su640 one. Most everything will work, but you will more than likely have camera problems.
I got it unbricked and running liquid nitro v6 works great thanks for all the help. Hereric's unbrick works best.
