Hello,
I started to notice one annoying thing recently. After i miss call, display stays on. It is dimmed to the max i think but still - it's on and it drains my battery. I have enabled the pattern lock, so i thought that was the reason of this issue, but after disabling it, issue persists. Does anyone notice the same problem or perhaps can check it and report back? Is there any solution?
I'm on unbranded and not rooted phone.
Thanks in advance!

For some reason, I'm not getting notifications of text messages when my screen is turned off. Neither the actual audio or the vibrating. It's sporadic; sometimes it works just fine. But it's becoming a problem. I have xdaShutdown, but I'd hate to have to use that every time. I haven't even tried it to find if it makes any difference because it's just not a good solution. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? I'm going to go ahead and email HTC, but I don't have much hope for that.
Thanks,
Andrew
Hey all,
I was unable to find this same issue, so if it was posted already sorry, but i am having an odd one. My phone seems to be freezing randomly after phone calls, staying on a black screen. However the led light still blinks, if i have a message or whatever, and the hard keys on the front do light up. It doesn't happen all the time, just some times after a call, and only happens with phone calls, and i need to pop the batt out to get it working.
Any ideas?
Thanks
JC
I do have the overclocktool installed but don't think or know if that would cause it
Do you have oct V1.5? If you do that is the problem there are numerious complaints in that thread about V1.5 locking the phone up during or after calls. It has to do with the dynamic clocking. some people have had luck by turning the dynamic clocking off . It didn't work for me so I went back to V1.4.1. I'm sure the issue will be fixed in the next release.
So I've have been having this issue on and off with my phone I have the Rhod210 US T-mobile Touch Pro2 with the most recent Energy ROM and for a couple months now the screen will randomly change orientation and it will do it constantly even if the phone is closed and on a level area. I also have an issue where this will happen after the screen has been turned off, after a minute with the screen off the back light will come on and the orientation will keep flipping from Horizontal to Landscape over and over again.
I have an overclock set on this phone but I didn't have this issue until weeks after I had my overclock set
Anyone else having this problem? Is my phone broken?
Is there a fix for this that I don't know about?
Thanks in advance guys
Honestly, it sounds like a faulty G-Sensor. Flash a stock ROM and see if the problem persists.
I calibrate the G sensor and it still doesn't make a difference. It seems to just happen randomly and for a few minutes or sometimes a whole night.
You should flash a stock ROM to see whether this is a hardware issue or not. If it happens on a stock ROM with nothing installed, then it is hardware. If it does not happen, then you've got a problem with the software on whichever ROM you're currently using.
I can't be the first one to need this but I can't seem to find it...
You know how the screen remains locked when you get an SMS (at least on my model of rhodium)? I want that to happen to all notifications. And if possible, to calls too.
It is so annoying when one of those happens and the screen remains unlocked, having my phone in my bag or whatever and things start to get "clicked", notifications get dismissed and so on. It happened a lot to me that I got some notification and by the time I got the phone out, it was dismissed and I was navigating the menus. Once I managed to call someone too.
Anyway, suggestions/pointers appreciated. Thanks.
Use Android, problem solved .
Honestly tho, I never figured out how to fix this in WinMo either. Drove me batty.

My solution was to install and use s2u2. It has a setting that will keep the screen off if the proximity sensor is blocked. It will lock for all notifications and it will lock in call as well.
thanks
Took me some time until I got the configurations working to my liking but it finally does what I wanted and a bit more. Will need to see how the battery is affected but only time will tell.
Thanks again.
Hi,
I've been having problems with the vibration on my white LG G3. The phone is less than a week old and I updated to the new firmware almost immediately after setting the phone up. I've only noticed this problem during the last couple of days though. Initially noticed it when swiftkey wouldn't vibrate on keypresses (my vibration duration setting for swiftkey is 60). But then i noticed that vibration on all events seem to have been stopped. Calls and texts don't produce a vibration as well. I checked my settings and vibration is definitely enabled and the vibration strength setting is full, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm running stock unrooted. Hopefully some one can help me figure out what the issue is.
Thanks.
Mine did that too, I just turned the phone on and off and it started working again.
Wow!! Just restated my phone and vibration is back for me too... Thanks happilyaccosted! I can't believe I haven't restarted my phone in a few days

I've been having that problem since I've bought it.
The phone has been rebooted several times. Doesn't work.
I don't even know if it simply doesn't vibrate, or if it's just too weak.
There's a lot of others complaining about the same.
