I know. there's already a Desire forum but there's also a huge community out there that has the CDMA version of this phone, and by this I mean all over the world.
I'm from PR and here Open Mobile works with this phone.
Please hear this Request XDA

Mods, please make an Infuse 4G forum. This phone comes out tomorrow and most phones get forums months in advance.
Thanks

Will there be no dev support for this phone? It's already been rooted apparently with the super one click.

Hey guys,
I bought a black htc One v without branding and i was asking myself wich Version it is?
Is there a way to find it out?
Sent from my HTC One V using xda app-developers app
first off, who is your carrier? that can tell you whether its cdma or gsm.
second, the little door on the bottom back chin of the phone where you put your sdcard in, is there a sim card in there? that will be a sure tell.
please let us know.
I come from Germany (sorry for my bad english at this point) and my carrier is congstar (prepaid). But i bought the phone in a local media store without simlock. And yes, there is a normal SIM card in there beside the microSD card slot.

Hard to pass up but would one be able to unlock root and use with cspire ? My gf needs a device at cspire and I don't need two .....you'd have to live in ms to understand but cspire is really strong here I.e. I could sell her on the phone but not the sprint service....

I have moved to an optimus g today. Vx was awesome for a mid range smartphone and probably the only android phone I ever used so close to stock rom for so long. It's been a nice ride and thank you to all the devs involved, specially jmz.
