nope, you're wrong. all the devices have the license from MS (jasjar, vario even the older one that had the development versions on) so we've already paid for it.
Instead Tomtom is totally different case.

If it is not possible just say so! ( although for this question i get the picture )
There will always be newcomers who will ask questions from members of sites. In some cases they will be the most basic thing (to you) but to us it is a question that is genuine.
If they annoy you, don't respond at all.
Maybe there should be a Sticky folder at the start of each Thread named (questions from newbies) or something along those lines, that the senior members that remember when they were the newbies could respond to those questions, which obviously offend you.
Just my 2 cents.

Until you know your way around, it is HARD to find anything on XDA, I remember when I first came here, It took me a lot of looking to find anything.

Also don't think that just because someone is a senior member, automatically means that they know more and have more experience than a Junior Member.

Sorry guys,Just wanted to know.Here after,I will not post these kinds of threads.
Actually, Wave III has not even properly come out in India. If you are planning to buy this and want android on it. I suggest dump this phone. You have phones like SGS , i9003, SGSII to suit your needs and your budget! Don't be too eager. It is going to come in Indian in the Q2 of 2012...Still lot of time buddy!

Dude, Go to ANY dealer in Bangalore, you wont find Wave 3. It will take time to adjust to the trend. First, a basic FW upgrade has to come out. Don't expect all the Development to take place as soon as the phone is out! It will take a hell lot of time. You can chill on that for now!

I feel that the features ecg and blood pressure are a big scam .. because we are waiting them since few months ago and we didn't see or read any anoucement a release date for those features from samsung

Ok .. i downloaded the mybp lab version 2.0 from apkmirror i installed it on my note 8 .. and after subscription i tried to install it on my gwa2 .. i got a message that it's not availble in my country .. i tried after a solution that i got on the internet .. take off my smicard.. use a vpn.. but the same result always and the same damne message
ECG devices is surely considered as medical equipments that need approval and certification of your government to be used, like where I live too, so all we can do is wait for Samsung to get it.

I don't know how it was locked by Samsung ; maybe that the hardware is actually here, but no firmware to use it, or deactivated.
Some countries should not be as strict as others in term of categorizing those kind of equipments, nor got the same legal issue; but I agree it's a shame.
