[Q] Live mail Push - Droid Incredible Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

is there anyway to get Live mail to be pushed to the dinc? I know they announced support for hotmail a while back and I assume that extends to Live, but I have just not been able to get it to work.

BB Connect and Calendar entries

Is there a way to accept calendar invites when they come through BB email onto my Dash and have them automatically go onto the calendar in the Dash? I found something in the Calendar settings but it only allows me to select Outlook email.
TIA.
were you able to activate BBC on your dash? when i try i get an error message. also i have no e-mail settings,, "unavailable"... services-- only provisioning, and my two mail accts. do you have the browser, im, and what ever else????
I am not sure if you did this yet or maybe you have it working by now, but in order to get the BB emails from, lets say T-Mobile, you have to add a BB plan. Then you have to go to T-Mobile web site, change your phone to a BB8100, go to set up BB email and set it up with an email account to push. Then after a while, for me it was 3-4 hours, go back to the email setup and there should be a notification that a device with your BB PIN# wants to receive mail. Click yes. It should start working.
Pre-requisites:
T_Mobile ROM does not support this working. You must upgrade to the new HTC ROM posted here.
You need to make sure you ave the LATEST BBConnect installed on your phone. Earlier ones did not work for me.

Push Hotmail - Windows Live

I know I'm years behind time but I've only just found out about Windows Live that enables you to get push email with your Hotmail account. However, my supplier (Orange in the UK) have removed the app from my phone and it seems that the download is no longer available. Can anyone point me in the direction of the download, or suggest any other (free) ways that I can get push email with Hotmail?

Push email

So I have a TP2 on Telus, and like the "Olden days" with my moto Q I have to use telus mail for push email...
the problem with telus mail is it was written for wm5 and it crashes every once in a while.
is there another solution that I could use for push email?
Thanks
there is always a paid solution.
I spent weeks trying to use configure and use Z-Push on my Linux box, I managed to get my Gmail to push to the phone but it wasn't perfect and I could not for the life of me configure my server to relay via SMTP to gmail despite many attempts and "almost" cracking it. I gave up in the end. lol
Neo.magic, that is why I'm now setting up my own exchange server, I may need a few people to help out with monthly plans for like $5.
If you are interested let me know.
So many choices
There are many options:
The best for you would probably be Seven Beta (download the version for the HTC Touch P3450 it works perfectly)
It allows push email with the most common email providers (yahoo, gmail, etc)
There are other options as well though:
2. Windows Live = Push email if you have a Live mail account or Hotmail account. Just go to your windows live settings and under 'sync schedule' select 'as items arrive'
3. Google Sync. It uses exchange & activesync fro push Gmail. It can even sync your contacts.
One of those 3 options must work for you.
Let me know. All work great for me.
Google synch is the way forward, they support email now so job done.

setting email to receive live incoming messages.

Hello I recently upgraded to the official tmobile us 6.5 rom. Before with the 6.1WM stock rom, I used to get email live like it was a text message. Now I only get it when I hit send/recieve. Any know what I need to do to get this to work this way again?
I've tried turning direct push on and off in settings but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I have two email accounts setup, (Hotmail and exchange/work email).
Any help is very much appreciated. TIA
Start windows live, go to menu, sync schedule, as item arrives..
hope it helps

[Q] Email not working properly?

My other android phones seems to be working fine when I add my school's email to it. But on E4GT, it doesn't seem to want to add it to it. I'm trying to use Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
