EDIT: @gscoop: thank you for these. i was wondering what the belt clip looked like. question though, when you have it in the clip and on your belt/pocket etc. does it feel like you could jump around without losing it?

Same gift at the door for me today, this is one tank of a case, and yes I think jumping around is quite doable without concern, the tab allows screen in or out on the case. I'd be more concerned about the clip than I would the tab letting go. But with otterbox reputation, that shouldn't be to much of a worry.
Seen posts about prices, I did the 5.00 since I signed up for notification, then googled otterbox coupons (tb1010y) and found another 10% plus free shipping. $40 to my door.... one happy outdoorsman.

I ordered mine yesterday on the 15th and havent received confirmation that its shipped. Seems rather slow for a company like this. At least I havent been charged for it yet.

Pretty sure USPS won't leave packages at my front door they never do I always have to sign a paper they leave in my mailbox and then I gotta wait 2 more days for the damn thing.

I ordered my Defender on the 13th and I have the same thing where it says "shipped" and "not shipped" at the same time. However, I haven't received an email with a tracking number yet which concerns me.
P.S., Why the hell does it take SO LONG for retailers (Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc...) to get these things in stock so I can just buy one locally?
** UPDATE - Ok, do have tracking number email - just got it yesterday and somehow missed it. Tried tracking it on USPS and it says:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 16, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. "
Lol, not sure what THAT means. Anyway, apparently some effort has been made to actually ship my product I bought 4 days ago. Whether it is in transit at this point is anyone's guess - at least it's faster than ordering from Hong Kong

they called me today, apparently they are opening at 7:30AM for the phone. which is considerably earlier then the 10AM they told me before, which probably means they have had significantly more preorders then anticipated.
and im numero uno for my 7:30 appointment.
i had chance to look at the case, they had seidio case purple and black and listed at $29, they also had zagg invisible shield.
My store in Miami is opening at 7am. I have a 715 appt. The rep told me they'll only have the BodyGlove case and another item i cant remember now but it was not big deal. No 3rd party cases/docks/screen protectors/etc.
my best buy sucks i preordered the same day they were taking preorders and in my yellow receipt it said pick up in the 5th of june.

i got my invisible shield for my Hero installed at Best Buy, it was worth it, esp for the full body one. They guarantee their work, witch is why i did it.

idk, i watched a bunch of videos of an install of zagg shield and it seems very easy to do and get right, considering you can re-lay it if you need to, unlike the sticky ones.
I would have them do it for $7...
It's annoying as hell imo...
Every Invisible Shield I've had started to come up after a while... what about that? Does BB fix that or say "that's your problem"...
Yup BB says I'll get a free bluetooth (that i wont use) and if I buy the zagg on launch day they install free.

EDIT: Yep, they do. Not called Innocase Surface, but under the name Platinum Series case. Great case!
Not so much of an Evo accessory, but I picked up the Jabra bluetooth speakerphone from BB along with my phone. It does speakerphone and FM transmission. I'm really impressed with that bad boy. The media navigation buttons even worked with Pandora. When you select "FM", it tells you what station to tune to.
It's cool but it's an uncool $99! (seems worth it to so far for anyone without bluetooth already in their car)
So the rubber strip across the bottom of the screen on my commuter case is like stretched out or something. It sticks up and is annoying. I tried to email otterbox support 3 days ago. No response. I just tried to call them and sat on hold waiting for "the next available representative" for over 20 minutes.
Has anyone ever had good luck contacting these people?
I ordered a new defender case 5 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Good cases lousy customer service. Surprising since they charge $50 for a piece of plastic.
I actually just called them again. 30 min on hold till I got to talk to a person. They're sending me a new case. Once I got to talk to the guy, the whole process took like 10 min before I got my confirmation number. I guess we'll see how long it takes to get the replacement.

The only way to contact them is to call , put your phone on speaker , take your dog for a walk and come back and then if your lucky someone is gonna answer your call.

However, we do have to remember that we are trying to call right after a MAJOR release (Defender for the EVO). If their normal CS staff is 50 people and they are 5 times as busy as usual after a new release, you can imagine what was an adequate staff before is stretched thin.
On the other had, if they hire enough staff to handle these heavy times adequately, they will be far overstaffed during normal operations. Temps would be difficult to train.
Try calling nVidia or ATI after a major new release - same problem.
Not saying I like it, but I sorta get it.

I'm still trying to figure out their web page. It says my order has "shipped" and the USPS tracking number says they have been contacted to ship it; however, the Order Detail says "not shipped". So....WTF? This is day 4 and still have no idea if it is shipped.

Now I check my credit card statement online and see NO CHARGE from Otterbox! So WTF? I have a receipt for a charge but there is no charge? It is shipped and not shipped? USPS has been electronically contacted to pick up my order but they haven't picked it up? W...T...F...!?
I have bought many things online but have NEVER encountered this level of complex FU'edness.
You guys are gonna have to call them. my order told me the same things. Just call the number on their homepage, give them the order number and tell them you want a status update

I had the same issue and sent an email. Their reply was some sort of software issue. It was here when I returned from Michigan yesterday, and will be getting returned ASAP. the holster is a piece of junk!

Just giving you guys a heads up, the kickstand for the Defender Series is completely terrible. Mine cracked on the 2nd day.

I ordered 2 of them (1 orange, 1 black) back on August 20th when they were on sale at Amazon for a penny apiece plus $3.98 shipping. They were supposed to ship yesterday. Yesterday I received a ship confirm email with tracking number. At around 2:30am this morning, I received an email saying my order was to be refunded and the item was out of stock. I checked the tracking number provided in the first email and it appeared to be bogus. I emailed the seller back asking what the deal was and they stated:
"Your order was processed prior to knowledge of the out of stock issue, which is why you received a confirmation email. Please disregard the confirmation details as we cannot fulfill your purchase at this time."
Seems suspect to me. Just wanted to see if anyone else ordered these and actually has them on the way.
Just a few warning they take a long time to ship order mine on Friday came one week later on Saturday and about the case it is really stiff. It's so stiff it can barely go to the lowest stance position and be careful of the inner bottom left clip because it clamps on hard. It nearly tore the back of my Nexus 7

When I ordered mine it was 1 cent and 3.99 shipping. I stop using mine when I notice it clamp on tightly on the inner bottom corner which is stupid because you have to take it off to use the stance.

I read posts saying things like ATT has them, but I think they just mean if you order online and wait a week for delivery? I want to see this thing in person before I hand over my money. I ordered mine from AT&T. I definitely recommend buying the metal band, though if you decide on buying the leather band, it's equally as good. Just walk into a store and order it!

Yea AT&T and I think Verizon are supposed to have them too eventually probably not till after next week though. In my area even leather band motos are still sold out everywhere so online might be your best bet depending on the availability in your area.

So they are definitely coming soon to best buy, I went today to look at the regular leather band version on the display kiosk, and they already had the labels up for the silver steel one for $299. He said they havent actually come in yet, and probably will Friday. The guy who told me that was wearing a leather one, and I'm pretty sure last time they said Thursday is when they get deliveries, so I'll have to call in every day to make sure.

I got an email from Moto the second they had it available on their site (Nov 6th or something), and bought one. Received it 2 days ago. The metal band is soooo much nicer than the leather IMO. I had to take a to a jeweler to size it, and apparently the links are the hardest to remove that he had ever come across.
What was the difficulty with the metal band? Were the screws too tight?

Seems like you probably waited too late. Much like the original shipments those who ordered early got them within a week or two. But if you waited a few days to order suddenly you got bumped to a month. This is why I'm just waiting for them at BB now since I know if I get a 14 day wait with Motorola they'll be on the shelves by tomorrow at BB
OK, my new Moto 360 with the metal OEM band was just delivered.
It is now charging. First impressions of the band is it's OK. I have a lot of conventional TV brand watches like Renatos and Invictas and this band feels much lighter and of lesser quality. But then again most of my watches are big and have a 26MM band. SO the bigger bad size may make them feel of a higher quality.
Most watches are shipped with all of the links already installed and you then take them off to re-size them. When I put it on it and secures the clasp it was too tight. At first I was afraid they sent me the 18MM band but those are not even available yet. I did a quick search through the box and did not see any extra links. A better search and I found them in a small cardboard envelope. I was worried that was the size. I think it is another 4 links and I will work on getting re-sized tonight. I bought a watch kit with all the tools and I usually re-size my own watches. We will see how difficult this one is to do.

Hey Ordered like a 20.00 kit from Amazon.
But I just spent the last 15-20 min to get the pins out and no luck. So I will be trying to find a jeweler this week. I think the pins are to small for my PIN tool. I do not want to mess it up so hopefully they will have the right tools for the job. Another thing is my other bands have arrows to tell you the way the pin goes in this bad has no marks.
I Played with it a bit and is pretty awesome. I use a Vera Home Automation controller with an app called Imperihome and it works via voice right from the watch how cool is that.

I have seen a lot of reviews on here regarding slickwraps. First of all I purchased my goods thinking I will get this within 7-10 days since it's coming from the us and I'm from the UK. 10th day goes past and no delivery I messaged the support team and they told me that it's on its way despite the tracking not moves for 7 days. Regardless I waited then the tracking finally changes to in the UK so I wait for my delivery and still nothing. So I check the tracking and it shows that the parcel was delivered at 3 am so I inform Slickwraps and they told me to wait another day. So I wait 3 because I couldn't be bothered going back and forth about a 10 quid plastic wrap. Finally today I come home and find a customs charge (not Slickwraps fault) however I have ordered skins from Dbrand and have never ran into this issue. I believe on my package it states that the parcel value is higher than what I paid for. So I message and of course Slickwraps comes back real defensive.
Paying 24 quid for a piece of plastic that sticks to my phone is crazy first of all. Also I do expect some sort of help from Slickwraps to see what they can do for me. I haven't just paid for the plastic I have paid for the Support of your company..well that's what I thought.
Anyways just wanted to tell you guys in the UK. Apologies for the people who are offended after hearing this I know slickwraps have a lot of fanboys however I am not one of them.
