I haven't used my Copilot since re-installing it after upgrading to 2.2. Today there was an update which I applied and opened Copilot to set up. I chose English and then chose the eng-Gbr voice option. It downloaded to the end and then displayed the message "Error Downloading Files". Anyone else have this problem?
I have tried uninstall reinstall with deleting of the Copilot directory on the SD card but no joy.

Purchased MS Voice Command V1.5 ran the install told it to install to default location it installs to my SD Card, removed it ran install again when it asked to install to defualt location I told it no and then selected Main Memory it installed to SD Card again (verified with File Explorer and watching the screen) any ideas??????

Hi, if you sent Active sync to install to default location it should load to Main Memory, but it may install the voice command to sd card via the installation process due to file size.
One other question, I would love to be able to purchase a copy of this, but the problem is that it is only sold in America. I have tried to purchase via HandtoGo but when I give my credit card it does'nt allow me to go any further as I am in Australia. What are the chances of posting a copy on the ftp?

Did you try installing it without the SD card in the Device?
Finally figured it out, had to uninstall from the XDA IIs soft reset, uninstall from my laptop reboot then re-install and everything worked as it should. Wierd though since it was a new install from the beginning.

Has anybody succeded in installing Tomtom 5 om BlueAngel with WM5? I was trying the proposed solution from another post where you should put the .cab files on an SD-card and then installing them from there. The result I get is that the the installation of the first cab file was unsuccessfull, nothing else.
I'm wondering if there is any other (working) way of installing the program, and getting it running with the maps.
Any ideas?
I think that TomTom has to provide an update to support WM5.
This should not be a "WM5 on BA" Problem.
I installed it by copying the files to the sdcard and running then from there, once its running, after the initial setup, I choose a map, then it just exits.

I got this problem aswell,
I put the cabs onto my SD card and ran them, they all install fine, then upon running TTN5.1 it goes through the wizard then after i select the voice it bombs out.

I don't no if anyone has had this problem, but i recently updated to Black Edition 1.2 and its been working perfectly, then i downloaded the Windows Live Mobile Beta messenger from the XDA Mirror and installed it, it installed successfully and i was using it over the weekend. I go to use it last night and i go to programs and go to run it and it comes up with a little error box but the box had no text so i just clicked ok. Tried again... same thing... soft reset the pda then tried again... same thing, so i went to settings uninstaled it and soft reset the device again and when windows had loaded i went to my memory card and clicked the cab file again, it opened started installing and had moved across 1 bar then said "Installation of WMXL Windows Live! Mobile.CAB was unsuccessful".... tired clearing all my settings and it did the same, i tried re downloading it did the same, i tried moving to the main memory and installing and it did the same thing... anyone have any ideas?

I just purchased an o2 XDA Orbit with the free Copilot software. I installed it from the mini sd card and all seemed ok. I entered the product key and activation code which all went well.
Then I proceeded to setup the options but under 'Set Language' there is not language to choose and no voice either. I tap 'Next' anyway and choose Mile as my 'Map Units', tap next and I cannot get pasted the warning screen that mentions 'exercising caution whilst using the product'. I have re-installed and searched the Internet all day and cannot find anything. I'm bored and tired.
Does any have a solution or experienced this problem? I guesing it's something to the with paths pointing to the wrong location but I'm not sure.

Never used my free CPL software just got Tomtom straight away.
Try reinstalling it maybe ? there are 3 CDs with it so do you have to add the voices via a cable PC connection ?
the screen exerciseing caution is a us requirement so is put in all versions you should be able to tap an ok or next button an then you should be able us the application

I have recently installed CPL7 with no problems having uninstalled CPL6, this ran with no problems aswell. I have a 2GB Micro SD card, so I copied all the folders/files from the install card directly to the 2GB card, then once inserted into the phone, the phone found the install and installed CPL7. All the folders/files from the install card remain on the card now. Did you install from the card then remove the card(don't know if this is important or not)?

Some time ago I installed "Kenteken Informatie" (from Rajen_Joris) through Market Place. I think I used the grzegorz10 rom at that time, but i'm not really sure.
After that I flashed to the maryone rom and tried again to install "Kenteken Informatie" from Market Place (from the My Applications list). But now the installer fails without a usefull message (only 'install failed').
And if I search on Market Place, I can't find the program anymore, although it's still in "My Applications" as purchased.
Does anybody have a cab installer (or just the nessecary files) for this program or perhaps a way to be able to install it again from Market Place?

I have the same problem. The application shows up, but installation fails. I have a "Kenteken Informatie" and "Kenteken Informatie (1)" in my installed programs list. I can't remove either one, nor can i remove them from the list. They are not registered in the registry, nor can i find anything on the file system.
Anybody got any clue where the registration of these widgets is stored and how i can re-install it?
