I'm running Skyraider Sense 3.3
Anytime in CWM I try to download a lockscreen or addon for Skyraider it downloads and the screen comes up to backup/wipe data. I choose then nothing happens. Superuser already gave permission. Just nothing happens. What should I do?

Try again but with the latest version of ROM Manager.
Try t a full wipe again and also try the "fix permissions" option in ROM Manager to see if that helps.
Flashed this version using Rom Manager and had no probs.
Only time Rom Manager has failed was when I had dozens of things running in the background before reboot. Did no harm but aborted like you.
As a matter of course I kill everything now with Task Killer Pro before I go into Rom Manager. Haven't had a problem since.
It's odd I know because these apps wouldn't be running on the reboot when Rom Manager does its thing, but thats by the by. It's mystical Ninja Technology, but perhaps something running when RM wrote it's script (or whatever it does to make instructions for/on/after reboot) that upset my phone. Make of it what you will.
My phone is rooted, but I'm still getting the error when trying to flash the ClockworkMod Recovery through ROM Manager
'An error occurred while flashing your recovery'
I originally had an older Clockwork Recovery loaded which I think was one of the reasons it had problems. I tried to use the program to flash to RA Recovery 1.7.0.1 and then back to the latest ClockworkMod, but it wont work.
I located the latest ZIP file for the recovery
recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.1-supersonic.zip
I had the RA-evo-v1.7.0.1 recovery loaded, tried to install the Clockwork zip through recovery mode. Originally it loads up fine, but then when I reboot, it reverts back to the RA-evo recovery. I'm still receiving the same error in ROM Manager as it is forcing me to select the option to Flash the Recovery.
Any help would be great. I apologize if this has already been covered in another thread. I found some people that had issues, but not the exact one I am having.

Sounds like to me that Rom manager is not getting superuser permission. Flash Su 2.1.zip or if u are using frozen eclair with jit. U need to flash 2.2 Su.zip. Has happened to me before.

When I go to the Superuser Permissions app, BusyBox and Titanium Backup both are shown, but Rom Manager isn't there. Should it be?
I'm still a newbie, so I'm not familiar with SU 2.1.zip, is that a superuser file to install I would assume?
I haven't had an issue with anything else except Rom Manager which is odd. I'm using the free version currently if that matters at all. I wanted to get this working with the free one first, and then if it goes well I was going to donate and get the full version.

Connect to a wifi and try again. That was an issue
for me the other day.
WiFi did it for me..
The above WiFi comment was right in my instance. I kept getting the error message until I enabled WiFi, then it went thru perfectly.
(Strange though...I don't know why that would affect it?)
Just wanted to add that wifi worked for me too. I don't get it either, but I'm happy.
Glad I found this, wifi worked. Strange
Sounds like a server side issue of some kind for which you would have had no control over.
I am running MIUI 0.11.12 beta, and seem to have trouble with the ROM Manager app (premium license btw). Everytime I try to flash Amon RA recovery and reboot, it get stuck on the "HTC EVO" screen and hangs. I've let it sit 10-20 mins and it stays that way. If I flash ClockworkMod's recovery, I can reboot into recovery and no issues. I've manually installed Amon RA recovery since.
I am also getting issues with trying to Fix Permissions. I continuously get "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!" I've uninstalled, reinstalled the app, wiped and flashed ROMs and get the same exact thing.
Is there a known issue with this app, or is there a fix for this issue? I am not getting any force closes as I just flashed 11.12 up from 11.5, but I'd like to fix whatever the problem is ASAP. Thanks.

As soon as I flashed that new build of miui everything about rom manager got screwed up and has never been the same. None of my previous backups of saved Roms will flash either through rom manager or if I try it manually. All I get if I try it manually is md5sum mismatch. WTF! If anyone from clockwork could at least explain what happened that way I won't do whatever it did. I have a feeling it was the 1.12? I miui build that did it because I never had a problem flashing my backups with older MIUI builds. I think my backups are corrupted. I am running the same version of romance manager as the op and no other older version of romance manager will flash to recovery. I Among range 1.80 won't work either.
Thank you anyone for shedding some light on the subject.

Hey Charles...
Following the MIUI thread, the problem seemed to be the stock kernel. What version are you currently running? I am on 11.9 and I no longer have those issues with the stock kernel.
If you are in an older version and seeing this issues, the fix was to flash another kernel, maybe CM6 snap kernel. That worked for me. How this helps. Don't forget to wipe the caches before flashing.
Swyped from my EVO 4G using XDA App
So I again decided to try the newest miui rom for my incredible, but as with all prior times I've tried this rom, the wifi won't work. Whenever I switch it on, it tries to scan for networks for a bit before giving up, saying "unable to scan for networks" and then turning itself off (the wifi that is).
I tried looking online, and it seems this isn't just a problem with the rom itself, but maybe something else?
I've tried full wiping before installing and everything. Nothing works. Also, the wifi works fine in skyraider sense rom.
I could really use some advice. Is anyone else having this issue with miui rom?

The same problem with HTC Desire.
Other ROMs work fine.
Constantly obtaining IP address or scanning.
Any fix for this upcoming or in the new release?
Try flashing the ROM from ROM Manager with full wipe (data/dalvik/cache) then flashing it again over it, using install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard in Clockworkmod Recovery this time. I had that issue in Myn's Warm TwoPointTwo at first then I did that and it fixed it.
I have the same problem on my Milestone. Every other ROM connects immediately thorough WiFi and every version of MIUI don't
Could You PGleo86 tell me exactly step by step how to do this? Because i think i might doing it wrong. I've installed Rom Manager and it got me Flash Clockworkmod Recovery thorough the OP data transfer. Then i chose 'Install ROM from SD card' and pick OpenRecovery/update/miui_file.zip
Should i install Recovery Clockwork in a different way? Manualy put it on sd card and if yes then how, where. Adding update.zip Instead of Androidiani OpenRecovery 3.3 that i have now.
Sorry for my english.

How it's done:
You have clockworkmod recovery on there already, I assume.
Put your ROM's zip on the sdcard.
Boot into clockworkmod through ROM Manager
Use the option for wiping all caches
Use install zip from sdcard to get to the zip you put on there and install. post back here with results

Boot into clockwork doesn't work After clickin this option, i see for just a second image od recovery but it seems to not load completely and boot again loading MIUI again. So i can't go into manual recovery. Maybe it's because i have still andriodiani recovery on the sdcard.
And what about crashing my phone with this app? Is it save already to use it ?

Is there any app tool to trace processes responsible for WiFi , to find out why there's no connection? Maybe i could paste log for some developers who would understand my Milestone MIUI case.
Update 29.01.
FroyoMod 2.4. - the same thing. Wifi can't connect.
So only GOT 2.2.1 and official 2.1.
I have CM7 final installed and titanium backup doesn't work. Every time I try to open it, it FC. This is freaking lame, it didn't use to do this.
How do I fix it? I do NOT want to re-download every single thing I have backed up.
uninstall and then re-install the app?
I have tried the following:
uninstall and reinstall (multiple times)
fresh wipe and install
fresh wipe, reinstalled CM7, and reinstalled
calk's format all (plus dalvik wipe), reinstalled CM7 and reinstalled.
I'm at my wit's end, I have no clue what else to try. It works on my stock nandroid, my mikfroyo 4.61 nandroid and my misfit's gingerbread with sense beta 3 nandroid.
It also wouldn't work on the OMGB rom or destroyer 2 rom. For some reason, stock Android is pissing it off and it's pissing me off.
I get force close "process has failed". I can't even get to the opening screen. It doesn't go any further than after I give it superuser permissions.
Have you tried a permission fix in ROM Manager or recovery?
Looking at the comments on the market, it looks like the new version they released yesterday isn't compatible with 2.3. Hopefully they'll fix it quickly.
Edit: Pulled the prior version from my phone and attached it. Try it out. (This is just the free version of course. If you have the pro key installed, it should recognize it just fine.)
Bkrodgers ,u saved me dude thanks a lot
