Any Norwegian rom available yet?

Have been away for a few weeks, and I know the norwegian version is available in stores right now...

I guess noone has dumped it yet. It is 137.x.x.x i've heard. i get my diamond tomorrow, so we'll see

I have a dump of the Norwegian rom. Hopefully I will have the time to reconstruct it and sign it to be used with the regular Hard-SPL as well as the dev edition Hard-SPL tomorrow.
Its 1.37.409.3

That would be exellent! I´m leaving for a 4 week trip to Asia tomorrow night and would like to have the norwegian rom before I go.

A sweet, i am also looking for a Norwegian ROM.

For the norwegian people among us... if the rom is dumped, can someone place the t9(x) dictionary here... or say where i can find it...
This because i come from holland, but live in Norway, and uses both of the dictionaries, now its awfull to type a text message without norwegian t9

Waiting for norwegian as well, thank you for the effort. I have understood that there is no way to install another rom than default without using hard-spl first...? I might choose Elite 2 if that is recommended instead if the hard-spl first case is a fact.
By the way, do I have to dump my original rom first or can that be downloaded somewhere.

Sorry, not managed to rebuild the rom yet... I'm unsure of the language will be kept intact if I choose to use a WWE donor rom - therefor I'm awaiting before I can get this confirmed.
Edit:
You should HARD-SPL your device, but keep your original SPL in case of warrenty-issues.

Yes, you can do that *if* your device CID matches the CID of the Norwegian rom, which btw is HTC__H10.
Quote cmonex: "CID is partially dependent on region but more varied than the base region (i.e. a region can have several CID's).
So you might have to Hard-SPL. I have repacked the Norwegian stock rom and signed it to be used with the regular Hard-SPL.

Any rumours on when the new Swedish rom will be released?

It seems like a lot of countries have received the 1.93 version now in the last couple of days.
I wonder when we can expect to get a version for the Swedish phones. Right now when I log in I cant see anything under device updates.

i just call HCT they say .. file been update or fix something.. so you could try tomorrow ... *they say* .....

Really, did you call HTC Hong Kong? I called HTC Sweden about a week ago and they had no clue.

We are talking about the new official ROM version, version 1.93.XXX.X SVE that will hopefully be released since the new NOR, DK, HK, UK, FR roms have popped upp the latest two days. These updates hsould be available under the HTC-club tab at HTC.com if you have registered a device with the right serialnumber for the country ROM in question.

I talked with HTC Europe (sweden) today... and she said that it would probably be up tomorrow or beginning of next week... According to her, they are releasing the ROM just like the phone... different dates in different countrys ... hope it will be up soon.... cant wait!!

Great news, wohoo!!
Same update features like the rest I assume? Quad-band ...

Bling bling! I feel the need........the need for more speed.
Also waiting for this update, hope they have enabled the type Recognizer so we can use the pen to type words in sms messages etc.
Right now there seems to be no updates at all in the htc e-club, I was about to give them a call because I thought that something was wrong with my registration.
I am logged in to the european site since there are no Swedish e-club, will it be announced there? or are you guys logged in to another e-club site? does it really matter? Just wondering.

Ive got acouple of different units registerd in the htc e-club and there are updates for most of them. Not the diamond though... so if you only have a diamond i would guess everything is in order as long as you can see it in your registerd devices list.

It's not really that hard translating a WWE to swedish... this should work for most of the OS...
Dump the latest available swedish rom, then dump the WWE rom you wish to translate... Replace the 0409 files with the swedish files and packages that you want translated... rebuild the rom and flash... and you'll have an updated ROM in swedish
(föredrar WWE så jag har tyvärr inga planer på att översätta en ROM själv... men efter lite trial and error så är det inte särskilt svårt)

Well, I prefer to stick to an official update since I have my phone through work, warranties and all that...

Where do you find the new ROM:s for other languages?
When I visit htc.com / htc e-club the Diamond Touch is not listed under Device updates or Driver and Applications.

I think you will only see updates that you are eligible for with your registered serial number. That is, if you bought it in sweden, you will have a swedish serial ID and will only get swedish ROM updates. At least thats my understanding of it, if I am wrong please correct me.

Works for me... Strangly with CFLagfix The bencemark almost hits 2.5k

the files have been removed and the file provided by samsung-firmwares.com seems to be corrupted?.. any other hotfile uploads?..

That's language available on Swype. Regardless, you can always change language on Swype by "importing" Swype version from other ROM. It's not that hard to do.

Here's the original Charm T-Mobile ROM and one for Charm without Blur but it's didn't boot when I flashed it to mine using RSDLite 4.5.3 - I had to flash T-Mobile again. Haven't found a way to (nan?) backup the entire ROM.

Hi, does this version works with GSM 900 & 1800 for french orange provider ... ?
Because I got the french version of this update, but it weight ionly 18mo, and i can' t update form the RUTEM_U3_01.14.2 ans so i'm stuck with the bad band freq ...
Any idea to solve this ?

sadly i bricked my flipout by doing the german retail update from the official motorola site. after the update the phone does not start. i only see the motorola sign.
i flashed the firmware from italy on it with rsdlite..it works for me and i changed the key layout.
but i would like to have the german firmware on it.
So...can anyone upload the retail 0.28.9 en.DE firmware as .sbf file??? please help

I hate that.
I read it's because there is no release of the flipout/charm in the dutch region (Belgium, Holland). However the French language (Francais, Belgique) is available in my "locale"? How very stupid... Actually, I would love to manually costumize the menu/settings files on my pc with one of the files of those Android-phones which do have the language-support in locale.
Anyways, I do remember when I had my first Android (T-mobile G1) back in january 2009 when the phone wasn't released on the Dutch-market, I could only choose between a few languages. When they did release it (around march) I got an update on my phone via Wifi and suddenly I could choose "Dutch" (I'm talking about the Android 1.x versions).
So I find this plain stupid because a language file isn't THAT big and it IS available. And downloading/installing additional language files isn't a bad idea at all (hint hint @ Google).

I try it, and it works for me (Samsung wave gt-s8500) not branded.
If anybody is interested to update to bada 1.2 with greek language, do this.
Download firmware S8500XXJL2 from samfirmware.com. flash your phone via multiloader following the guide from samfirmware. But in multiloader for the csc file do not select the file which is included in the firmware you downloaded before, but this one CSC_S8500_Open_Europe_Common_OXCJL1.csc (google for "Topic: CSC_S8500_Open_Europe_Common_OXCJL1.csc " i cannot post links).

why do you want to flush your phone with multiloader and not with kies?

because using Kies allways i get the message that it s not possible to udate. before i had the firmware s8500xxjg5 (vgr).

This is a full OXC firmware with socialhub premium already activated.
The OXC csc is for Spain, Portugal and Greece.

the simulator is using nerly all languages in one firmware maybe someone can make the ultimate package, i can give this person only a hint.

Hm... Just installed. Greek language works great. But I don't seem to find Social hub premium. When I open the IM application, palringo opens.... What should I do to see/get Premium ?
