Here's the original Charm T-Mobile ROM and one for Charm without Blur but it's didn't boot when I flashed it to mine using RSDLite 4.5.3 - I had to flash T-Mobile again. Haven't found a way to (nan?) backup the entire ROM.

Hi, does this version works with GSM 900 & 1800 for french orange provider ... ?
Because I got the french version of this update, but it weight ionly 18mo, and i can' t update form the RUTEM_U3_01.14.2 ans so i'm stuck with the bad band freq ...
Any idea to solve this ?

sadly i bricked my flipout by doing the german retail update from the official motorola site. after the update the phone does not start. i only see the motorola sign.
i flashed the firmware from italy on it with rsdlite..it works for me and i changed the key layout.
but i would like to have the german firmware on it.
So...can anyone upload the retail 0.28.9 en.DE firmware as .sbf file??? please help

I hate that.
I read it's because there is no release of the flipout/charm in the dutch region (Belgium, Holland). However the French language (Francais, Belgique) is available in my "locale"? How very stupid... Actually, I would love to manually costumize the menu/settings files on my pc with one of the files of those Android-phones which do have the language-support in locale.
Anyways, I do remember when I had my first Android (T-mobile G1) back in january 2009 when the phone wasn't released on the Dutch-market, I could only choose between a few languages. When they did release it (around march) I got an update on my phone via Wifi and suddenly I could choose "Dutch" (I'm talking about the Android 1.x versions).
So I find this plain stupid because a language file isn't THAT big and it IS available. And downloading/installing additional language files isn't a bad idea at all (hint hint @ Google).

Looking at the this topic suggests that the OS version is same build, so therefore no bug fixes.
T-Mobile NL also releases 1.72.190

i tried this and failed. i hooked my phone up to my laptop, it was connected to active sync, i unzipped the file to my desktop and ran the rom util. it was in chinese or something but knew what to tick and where to click. unlike other updates, this one did not even reboot my device and then fail (like when i try to update using the HTC update for unlocked/unbranded phones). it just came up with some error that i could not make out because of the language. number "[22]" was all i could read.
for info, my phone is completely standard (no hardspl or what ever) from orange. it is one without the orange branding in the software, just the orange logo on the back cover of the phone.
This is not a WWE Rom - it is Orange branded and has all their customisations (Orange Manilla) etc - but it's a Polish rom - this is apparent when you unzip it - it says PL in the folder description. Maybe the desription needs to be tweaked by Cutty.

The zip file is called Ruu_Diamond_HTC_WWE_Orange_1.93.69.1_Ship.zip
The contents of the zip file is a folder called Ruu_Diamond_Signed_Orange_PL_1.93.69.1_Ship
The folder doesn't say WWE anywhere. Only the zip file does, so it looks like the zip file may have been named incorrectly.
Edited to add: Dutty has now corrected this, and the zip file has now been renamed to Ruu_Diamond_HTC_PL_Orange_1.93.69.1_Ship.zip

sorry but i didn test the rom (the name of the file is RUU_Victor_TMO_DE_1.37.111.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship.exe i think its from tmobile) but i found a reason for my problem ...

the answer for your question : just take the RUU_signed.nbh file from the 1.37.111.3 file that i wrote. that should be work fine...

hi,
the rom that i made doesnt works fine because auto run install only the germany software and not the austrian tmobile software... that mean you have no austrian web n walk link, no wisepilot (just a navigate software) but i now make a new rom... when you want to test it when iam ready give me a message - iam just happy with my aztor v7 and i dont want to reflash now - just for looking whether it works - that waste only my time

you can try my cooked german ROM based on the new shipped HTC ROM with all german Vodafone settings from latest official ROM.

The opera cab wont help you because there are many settings in the provxml
in Operator package.

can anybody confirm following behaviour:
for a city added by weatherdatabase editor no data can be downloaded anymore... the city code is the right one, all is set up properly as in other roms before... but it don't work no longer in this rom (for me ) (the citys on stock were found and downloaded correctly)
