how can i tranform the parts i got from dumping my old software into a flashable rom .. beein tryin for a long time and didnt manage anything .. could anyone plz help me .. maybe i could upload my Raw files for someone to make the rom .. they are for Vodafone Romania ...
I would really be grateful if someone could get me outta this self induced problem .. i need that rom in case i will need to use the warranty on the phone.

Well i know surface kitchen, you could download it. Take your .raw files into "BaseRom".. Then run the !Begin.bat and then you choose "2" ?..
After it's done, you just press !cook.bat .. Good luck.
already did that.. doesnt work .. it seems maybe either the ruu im placing in the folder isnt ok .. or maybe its because after i press cook i get a send / dont send message from one of the exes ... dunno .. the thing is the end result is nothing..

i used mirage to upload image to my samsung shg-i780, but now its bricked and stuck in the setup up touch screen mode.
i now realise that i have put a CDMA image on a GSM phone.
Can anyone help with a different image for GSM phone?

u can re flash it... go to bootloader.. mine got stuck on the bootloader once and its flying now...
try diffrent roms.. its not dead... if you need more help please msg me..

hello ... i flash my phone, he got stuck at 13% , after that the phone is stuck at loading windows page, i tried anothers roms but nothing, pls can u help me ? i think i need a official rom or something like that... pls help me
I've read all posts on the issue because it seems to be a common one , here's the story, I received this phone from a friend already bricked , what happens wen I try turnin it on it just stuck in booting
I can't hard reset
I can't flash, I either get invalid vendor I'd or model Id. Or curropt file ,
I already kno its not cid unlocked and apparently no form of unlocking was done to it ,
But in its current state what can be done , because I've tried everything already within my knowledge
One other issue is I don't kno what is the stock rom for it so I can't flash without getting invalid vendor I'd , it unbranded and just says htc ,

all i can think of is download the htc ROM (in the official roms sticky)since its an unbranded phone and hold camera while powering on and flash. sorry I cant be much help in this area, just and idea I dont know if you tried it yet.
I did try all htc roms and it says invalid vendor I'd or incorrect model

i have the same problem when flash to energy rom, it just stucks at booting screen and i cant do nothing about it, i cant connect to usb, what should i do ???

Did you CID unlocked your device before? If so, try an original rom from the sticky posted in the first page.

but its offficial now i tried all the roms there
none works
Then CID unlock it now. . .That's the problem for why you cant use any other ROMs.

there is still no way to cid it because i cant in the stock rom for it
it keeps telling me invalid vendor id or model id

My recommendation is that you contact your carrier and see if they can flash it to an original rom. HTC also can provide you a solution and hopefuly they can give you the original rom of your excalibur.

It's not a dead case, if you can get it to bootloader your S621 is not dead try again to flash in different PC's and see what happens. See this thread it may be helpful http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=534725 because it definitely gives you hope.
Try this:
* Shut Down the device
* hold down the camera button located to the right of the space bar for like 10 seconds,
* while still holding it down plug the USB in and you should see the menu come up with three colors.
* This is where you load your original ROM and can connect with ur PC .......
* perform Install the OLD ROM (After Installation page seems to be stuckon T-Mobile Logo but give it 1-2 Minuts and it will switch to Cold Boot Device configuration)
* make sure @ll is ok : then Reboot
* Install the Updated one from NRG
Hi, I have problem with rhod300 and latest rom 2.10.502.4. It is at&t phone and I cant hardspl it. I red many times official hardspl topic, but seem to not work on this latest rom.
I can sync with pc fine. I use europa sim card and internet dont work. If I run hardspl it gives me always server error. If I put manulaly sspl to phone and run it, it freeze, no black screen.Then I try manual hardspl flash ant it freeze with 0% flash. I use win7 64-bit, seems no problem with driver, because original rom can flash normaly. Have anyone unlock rhod300? Ist possible to flash downgrade original at&t rom ant try it again? Plese help.

hard spl automatic and manual dont work.No idea to unlock. Automatic mode stuck after pay donate message and dont go to bootloader. Manual method freeze with running sspl-manual.SO_HSPL.exe reboot device, but nothing flash. But original rom flash work fine. I need to flash another rom .Can I modify custom nbh with original ID and move it to original tree and flash it?

I found original shiped rom with spl 0.87. Dowgrade and now can I flash.
Good, I'm trying to install a rom, but the phone is not flashing, it emits an error when NAND WRITE! In odin, someone knows if this error can be solved take it to where a technician told me that the motherboard was bad .. how much can be true? Do you think that I can have repairs?
