[Q] Contact picture size problem.

okay so the scene is, whenever i choose a contact picture from gallery, it comes out perfectly, big size (almost takes up half of the screen). but after i save it and return back, i see the picture size is now smaller and goes to the top left corner of the screen.
why wont it keep settings at original intended size?
i have a rooted + bootloader unlocked arc. with modified systemui.apk for 5 button dropdown icons. Nothing else.
Guys does anyone know the solution??? can you redirect us to the solution??

It has something to do with google.
You're using google contacts sync, I supposed.
Google resizes the images of contacts to thumbnail, just like facebook contacts sync.
I just backed up my contacts to sd card, turn off google contact sync and reapplied my contacts' pics. The drawback is I need to back up my contacts once or twice a month and save it to external storage.

[Q] What Happened to Tasks?

Am I a 'tard or what? On my SGSIII I had the option to put a task widget on a home screen to display sync'd tasks. I cannot seem to find that here...am I just not seeing it?
if you click and hold the home button to open recently used apps there is an icon on the lower left side that looks like a pie chart. I too love the task menu so i had to find it
Interesting...but not the tasks I was after. I am looking for the outlook tasks. I sync with exchange, and the tasks are set to sync...just no way to display

I can see them by selecting tasks under select calendars. My problem is that they are not syncing with exchange. So if I enter tasks on my phone, they don't show up on my pc and vice versa...they need to fix this bug.
Yes, you have to manually sync. The Note 1 was the same way. Menu....sync every once in awhile.

Dot Case & Notifications not showing Sms, calendar and mail

The dot case is supposed to display sms, mail and calendar notifications but it doesn't. Do I need to turn something on? I've looked through my phone options and settings but no luck.
