You might have installed a cab that doesn't allow you to uninstall the software. You have many options to fix this. Some may work perfectly, others not so much, depends on the situation.
Option one is to install WinCE Cab Manager on your PC. Open the .cab file you installed (vulcan dialer) and change the properties of this file (Cabinet > Properties). The first screen should give you an check box option to allow the user to uninstall this app. Check the box, save, reinstall on your phone, then uninstall from the programs list. Also, make sure you are using the same .cab file you originally used, or it may make things worse.
Option two is to find the default XPERIA X1 dialer somewhere in the forum and install over vulcan dialer.. But I don't know how well that would work.
Last option is to hard-reset, if all else fails.

Hey,
I downloaded snake from http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ to try on my HD. But I doesnt work correctly so i wanted do deinstall it. But its not in the deinstall list, and its added an ugly entry to my start menu thats unremovable too. When i got to start - settings - menu and i deselect it there I get a message: cannot move that item.
What to do to get this stupid ass app of the HD?
still need help with this please
did you try removing it via ActiveSync?
no, how can i remove a program trough activesync? I only use that to sync my contacts and calendar data with my computer.
Connect the phone via ActiveSync, then as soon as Microsoft ActiveSync comes up, go to Tools > Add/Remove Programs.
ok, I see now, i tried but no it doesnt show up in the list. Very strange, if you want you can try it, just install snake from the link provided in the first post. But warning, youll probably have the same problem.
just remove it from the windows file in the start folder.
it'll be on the phone but you won't see it to bug you.
Que.exe
Cannot open'Que'. A critical component is either missing or cannot start because program memory is unavailable. Tap Start > Settings > System Tab > Task Manager, stop programs that did not automatically stop, and try again.

I have installed Garmin .20 WM into my Blackstone. Unfortunately, when I tried to open the application, I received the following error message. Can anyone help me?
In addition, I can't find any running programs in Task Manager.
Thank you.
Nevermind, I was thinking about SD and not installed software. Sorry.
What do you guys use to uninstall programs the won't uninstall thru rmove programs - it says unable to uninstall completely and it asks if you want to remove it from the list. I answered yes but it is still there. I tries installing the program again and then uninstall - same result. Is there a reg edit to get rid of it?
i had this same problem a few times. what worked for me was doing the uninstall option and when it says ..."remove from list" i hit no. I go bak into file explorer and install the same cab that you just tried to delete and you will get the same message and it will ask "delete previous version" it will then say "failed to uninstall would you like to install anyways" select yes for both of these options and then soft reset.
~hope this helps

This works for me sometimes. I also use SKTools which has a remove installed programs option and it works to if you have that.
How's it going. I have a rooted fire tv on latest prerooted firmware. I have an application called tinyCam monitor pro. This application worked previously, however, I think that I relocated it to my flash drive on the fire tv via Link2SD, and then maybe changed where the drive was mounted. I'm only taking a guess at what happened, as now when I attempt to run the program I get,"Cannot Open App - The installed version of tinyCam Monitor PRO for IP Cam cannot be opened. Please check for an available update on your library." I also can't uninstall it. It doesn't show up under "Manage all applications" to uninstall, nor anywhere else I can think of looking. When I try to hit the uninstall button under the main Apps heading from the Home screen, the uninstall button disappears when I click it, and nothing happens. There is no trace in Link2SD either. I contacted the dev of the app and they told me to make sure I have the latest firmware. So, I was wondering if anyone had any actual ideas why this would occur and how I could fix it? Thanks for your time.

If you cant uninstall it than maybe you can just delete the file from system, side load ES file apk and install it. I had a similar problem with SuperSU which i wasn't able to Launch it or uninstall it so i deleted the file and side load SuperSU again OR you can try to uninstall using one of the adbfire utility tools.
Becareful what you delete!!!
Thank you
I am trying to figure out a way to uninstall or reinstall a system app that's broken. In my case the OneDrive app didn't open anymore, and updating it or install a new OS build didn't help. I realize that a hard reset would probably solve the problem but that's very time consuming compared to be able to just uninstall OneDrive and install it again.
I have tried using the winappdeploycmd.exe but the OneDrive package can not be uninstalled "on a per-user basis".
My phone is bootloader unlocked so I connected it in mass storage mode and deleted the corresponding folders in C:\Data\Winapps but the OneDrive package is still listed as installed byt winappdeploycmd and in Store on the phone.
Any ideas what folder or files I have to delete to make the app completely uninstalled?
Install InteropTools(and dependency) > Go to "Applications" > Package List > Tap and hold > uninstall.
Or deploy a dummy ondrive.

Deploying dummy will not help but re-provisioning easily solves problem.
So, put here the provision file.

You need to use the Beta 1.9 pre-releases to have the uninstall option. Don't use the beta 1.8.1 for this.
