help with ROM upgrade and problems with SIM

Hi i have a Diamond that i bought in Russia and now i want it in Swedish.
So i downloaded a swedish ROM: DIAM1.37.413.3SVE
And i have the Unsign-Hard-SPL-Diamond-Oilnex 1.40
So when i have installed the SPL, And the Swedish ROM, Everythings OK, Runs like normall BUT when i put a SIM Card inside the Diamond it wont work, Cant call, The Touch screen will not work right, Its freezing and booting the device... Why? Do i need some "Radio" or whats it called?
Im very new about this som please help me and explain good-easy how to do step by step
When i start the Diamond it says;
R 1.00.25.03
G 52.26a.25.09
D 1.37.00.00
If that says anything?

Hi i'm not an expert, but it's not right that when you start the Diamond it says "1.37.00.00" when in fact you have installed ROM "1.37.413.3SVE".
I would suggest try flashing the hard SPL again, then flash the new ROM again. (and use with the signed version of Hard SPL this time for safety against bricking).

Now i tryed the Signed 1.30 Oilnex SPL. And then flashed again with the Swedish ROM.
When i flashed with the Swedish ROM it says that i have 1.30 Oilnex in the display.
But when i start the diamond it still says 1.37.00.00 is that right?
Still it wont work with SIM inside...

That is not really a problem. On my phone, which works perfectly well, I also only see the major number release (i.e. 1.37.00.00). I don't think that's a symptom of why your phone is not working. You should try to find the cause elsewhere, but I also do not know where you should start.

Yes because the phone is working with russian ROM, But not when i install the Swedish... hmm...
Any clues=?

I've bricked htc touch elf

Helle everyone! First of all, sorry for my bad english! However some days ago i read that htc have done a wm upgrade for my phone (6.1) i didn't know that it wasn't for gsm version.. when i did thet upgrade i had on the phone the onyx rom and the cid unlocked, with this upgrade the spl came back to the original but the original rom doesn't start the installation. so i have the spl 2.26.0000 and the onyx rom that doesn't start and when i turn on my phone it remain in the display of 3 colors of upgrade.. what i can do now?? i have the warranty cause i bought the on july.. plese help me, how can explain them this fact? i'm in yours hand..

I´m sure you´ll solve your problem. If already do it, try to reflash with another ROM

Yes i solve problem, finally i manage using Spaghetti Rom and all Rom utilty for USpl this baby, if someone have same my problem tell me i post complete rom whit uspl.

Are you using Vista? If yes, then try downloading in a computer with Windows XP?

yeh,i have same problem.did spl as well but dose not update rom and tells invalid.whats to do plz help.

I have o2 xda diamond -but when i see the device setting it's say (htc touch diamond p3700) with ID DIAM300

i was flash my phone with hard -spL-1.37 olinex and i cant flash any rom
then i flash hard-spL-1.39 olinex .hard-spl-1.40 olinex -development verision .
When i inter boot loader it's hard-spl40 olinex
but i cant flash any rom it's error invaild id trying a lot rom wm6.1
nothing work it's closed at 1% then i see the error
then i trying flashing the rom by storege method but's not work too....
i no know what's the wrong ???

make manual usbflashing threecollor settings and use normal ruu for flash.Maybe im more time use for ole htc diamond because show me message low battery but battery is full 70-80 % and im use usbsettings <threecolor menu> and flash

Hi, I also have an o2 xda ignito...Download the attached file, and extract "SSPL_Manual" onto your phone and run it, the screen will go blank...now just flash with hard spl olinex 1.93 unsigned by running "DiamonCustomRUU" and then flash the rom of your choice.

help for htc arte p 3300

Hello seniors i m new to this forum .i have a htc p3300 arte100 when i power on its stuck on htc logo n shows
ipl 3.07.001
spl 3.07.000
gsm 02.69.90
os 3.7.0.0.
And when i perform hard reset it shows format is failed.
So i rquest all seniors to pls help me toresolve this prob as i m new to htc software

Hi and welcome to xda-developers.
It looks like the rom on the device is bad. Read up on how to flash a custom rom and try one of the latest custom roms. It might fix it.
