I have an HP iPAQ 214 in French, but i need it in German. As far as I know this is the best forum for PPC's, so i am looking for help in here:
Does anybody has a German ROM for the iPAQ 214????
It would be also really nice if there was some kind of an manual.
I already have a tool for rewriting the rom, "Wizard service tools"...
Even-though i am a software-engineer i dont know much about ppc's....

I wouldn't look here, but in Artemis upgrade or Artemis Mobile 6... a rom is not an accessoire...
now i did it i have a german rom
it works very well

Done it!!!
Never mind about the wiki.I done the flashing.After I started the Italian RUU I copier the English ROM over the Italian and it worked.My H6340 works good now with Eng rom.

I just finished downloading the WM2003 Upgrade for Ipaq 3850.
But my device is German and I can't flash an English Version on it.
But I read it is possible to flash with an Hex-Editor...
Does someone know how to do this?
