I wouldn't look here, but in Artemis upgrade or Artemis Mobile 6... a rom is not an accessoire...
now i did it i have a german rom
it works very well

I can't, it's because I was register my zinc to o2 website, and it found that my device is a chinese version, so that they don't let me to download english rom.

You can find the WM6 ROM here: http://www.mediafire.com/?emlzgjtsvrv (WWE version, I got it from seeo2.com and upload it to the other host for easy downloading.
But be careful when upgrading cross language (like ur case, upgrading to wwe version from chinese version). Pls do ur research of how to upgrading cross language for Zinc.
It's just a warning, sorry I can't help more because I'm a newbie and have no experience of upgrading cross language

when i bought mine here in china i had to downgrade to wm5 for engliish. if aanyone has wm6 for english for this please email me.
you can goto www.clubimate.com and look for support for pdal--rom update,then you can found the english wm6 rom.

I have installed PDAL_WM6_WWE_CellSmith.zip. After sometime my keybord looks transparent and I have to restart it. Now I want to downgrade my windows but I could not find WM5 for my PDA L. Please tell me from where I can download WM5 for my PDAL. I hope you will reply soon.

Better than which Rom ?!
Reading the wiki is a good option, there are some german roms listed. and here's another one, not from xda-developers (another forum).

I personally haven't try this, but in my quest to find a spanish stock rom I found a german WM6 stock rom. http://rapidshare.com/files/.../HTC_S620_GER_1.27.407.1_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe
