hi i want to unlock the tilt 8900 phone to tmoblie to get the unlock code but
i was trying to upgrade the rom to complete the steps but in the middle it suck and now the only screen comes up is
the red , green , blue
any one have idea how can i unlock n get rid of this?

i am trying to install this rom : Helmi UNI AKU3.5 ROM
First i dont know if is normal,but it is installing really fast,the precentage is going up like 5-6% every 10-15 seconds,and then when it is succesfully finished i reboot the device(take out the battery) and i get nothing on the sceen,it just says "Serial" or if i put the usb cable it says "USB",what should i do?
please help guys, i have tryed to install like 5 different roms,and all it does is shows me that it has successfully updated and then all i see is "USB" on the sceen on the universal. what is happened?is my phone dammaged?

i installed the rom,it successfully upgrades,i do a hard reset,it asks me to press 0 for factory defaults or x to exit,whatever i press it goes back and says "serial" or if i connect the usb it says "USB",the mobile is not booting into the OS.
wow that was so scary,i just got the phone like 5 hours ago!!!it did get unstucked,i think i fixed it,i am haveing problems getting a signal now , lets see whats going to happen now...

Hi all i am new to all this i tried to load a newer rom on my Imate it had an error and froze did a reset and now it only comes to the 3 colour boot screen i have tried a hard reset but no luck and have downloaded the offical rom again i can get into the bootloader screen by pressing camera button and on and connect with the usb the thing is how do I load the rom the Program"RUU program" says u must have a active sync connection and it will not work in the bootloader it says usb in the left conner but active sync will not work is there any other program that doesnt use active sync to load the rom to my phone i have been reading the forum and seen similar problems all with the reply load wizardlove cant find the it all the links are broken or doesnt excest I need to get my phone running asap and if i send it in it will only be returned inn 6weeks they say I am from south africa and the guys here can be a lot of help coz the know nothing so if anybody can help me please it would be great thanks
Which is your device a G3 or G4 ? post the IPL/SPL...? of the phone to determine the version. As far as it gets to bootloaders (tricolor screen) you are safe,its just a bad flash,nothing to worry,you'll soon have it working fine.
Which rom were you trying to upgrade to ? and what exactly were you doing.First, is your phone SIM/CID unlocked,if you were trying to upgrade to a latest wm6 rom,its essential to have the phone CID unlocked
Secondly,while in bootloaders, Activesync doesn't work,you got to have a working OS on the phone to sync with activesync,but when in bootloaders and usb appears in the bottom of the screen,you can flash the rom.

K Jam hangs at blue screen
Hi to all,
I have a K jam more then 1 years old. Now It is giving some probem. There is no display but only light in the screen but I make call and recieve calls!.
First time when problem arised. I pressed 3 battons(2 left side and 1 up side)the screen will became perfect and when I remove the battery & reinserted, the problem arised again. When I asked some 2 to 3 mobile service mens, thay told that there is a problem with OS (By reinstalling the OS it will be repaired). I think probem is with the strip connect motherboard to the LCD, that could be cuted but service mens told no, it is problem with OS.
Where I can get the OS, WM5 is preinstalled in it.
Still it did not open the mobile. Please help me

Hey Guys, so I have done the stupid thing and flashed my samsung blackjack i600v with the update from samsung.com WM6 (think made for the i607). The phone starts up normally displaying the green WM6 screen and goes into the At&t (orignally vodafone) screen, runs across the screen says goodbye and swtiches off. Sometimes if i press buttons and try and make it think i can get to the home screen but then again, it turns off. Any possible ways that I can flash it back or make it work again?
Anything, a program, tools how on earth do you format a mobile phone back to normal.
Any help or direction on this would be greatly appreciated you have no idea.

Can You get into bootloader?
If You can - You need to find a full i600 ROM with Radio part and flash it.

Okay. So what exactly did you do or what exactly happened to your phone?
man did ya try to charge it? maybe the bettray is dead and can ya load the boot screen u know just press the down volume button and reset see if u can see the three colors screen if its then dont worry ... worst thing is just re-flash the rom PM me for extra help buddy

I flashed hardspl 1.40.OliNex and then Diamond_Radio_1.00.25.07 ...everything ok until i tried ruu_diamond_orange_ro_1.37.70.1_radio_signed_diamond_52.33a.25.17_1.00.25.08_ship.
Now it only shows an image with orange and
r: 1.12.25.19
g: 52.60.25.33U
d:1.93.00.00
and nothing else since yesterday... I can get it to bootloader tricolor screen but that's all cause no matter what i try to flash it stops randomly at X% and get error update. The only difference was Radio_1.12.25.19 that seemed to work. Hard reset doesn't work either cause i get the same start image with orange and that's all.

I live in Roumania and bought the phone from someone and i don't know where did he get it from... but when i tried the official htc suport they said that my phone was made for Czech Republic and that's why my ROM update doesn't work...
The answer to second question is that i don't know

I had only the htc logo at start-up and i do have a video camera front facing.

go to this link and scroll down to bottom...

when you go to the bottom of the page, you will be requested to enter ur SERIAL NUMBER which you just found under your battery.
Enter and press submit.
now select the file Windows_Mobile_6.1_East_Europe and start downloading...
let me know if the download has started also

Okay good. So once the download complete you are ready to flash...
This is how to flash...
1. Put ur device in bootloader mode again.
2. Connect the device to ur PC
3. RUN the downloaded file....and press NEXT NEXT NEXT....
Reply back if the flashing process is goind smooth or even if you face any problem...
Then i can finally go and sleep
Hi I have and IMATE PDA2k EVDO and I tried a d-two rom and I now have the device sitting on the 4 color screen every time I reset it. Any idea how I reset it back to defaults so I can load another image onto it, I have the original image. any advice would be appreciated.

Actually I just fixed it.
Anyone know of any WM5,6 or 6.5 roms that work on this phone. The EVDO network is dead here in Australia so I just want to convert it into a PDA.
For the love of God... if you are going to make a thread saying "Hey guys, I broke this, how do I fix it?" Do not EVER update with "I fixed it!" without telling us HOW you fixed it.
I thought it was such simple fix it did not requiere explaination. To enter the bootloader you do the following
Press Power + record (above the volume slider) + softreset at the same time.
This puts it into the load mode so you can reflash.

hi nid help... i followed the instruction on how to upgrade my ppc but it seems that the download link for win 6 does not exist anymore and now im stock in the boot loader i think the screen only shows "serial and below shows v2.07" i cant use my phone anymore i tried to reset it and emove the battery but stil it only shows serial... hope you can help me guys tnx...godbless

Yea so did anyone figure out this whole problem with the white boot loader screen? I'm no where near a programmer or anything but I think my boot loader version is out dated. My HARRIER, not blue angel, is stuck at a white screen that reads Serial(USB when connected to usb of course) and v1.02. I've had a Harrier before this and it had the four color screen for boot loader. Am I on to something here?
Oh btw I already tried to reflash the rom over and over but updater keeps saying it can't connect.
