Need help translating roms

hellow 2 all
i wish to start translating roms for our community here, i would start with the tmob aku 3.3 german rom since some people would want it in english and dutch for my dutch board friends over here.
I have the darkforce rom in dutch and since for the universal never a dutch official rom was released i think there must be some guide or somebody who can give me a start on this
Anyone has some experience on this , i dll the lang v2.1 and reshacker and have lots of "hobbytime"
Also my girlfriends speaks german and would help me on a usable translation.

In a ROM you would need to change the *.mui files according the languages
Like "shellres.dll.0407.mui" (0407 for German) to "shellres.dll.0409" (0409 for English)

yes please! There is a Chinese verison, a Russian version, but why in the hell is there NO English version? It doesn't make sense, unless I-mate customized the PDAL's version of the Windows Mobile software with other languages before they made the english version.
There has to be one out there, and you people are awesome enough to find it!

hi I don't know if gps settings are ok:
1.port program 9
2.port hardware none
then when I open tomtom 7 I must setting gps integrated or nmea? and if nmea 2 must put 4800?thanks

can someone please upload the official iMate 8502 arabic wm6.1 rom and I have question, can a 8502 device with a english rom by default can be flash to an arabic rom with out doing a hard spl? thanks in advance.

I just updated my 8502 (Arabic version) with English ROM, it work fine and smooth, seems it don't have any lock between different language version.

hey guys,
is anyone facing problems with the sevice provider after upgrading with the new official ROM for the 9502, i can't connect to Internet because it is telling me that your connection is facing problems also i can't send MMS or connect to 3.5G network.
i didn't have this probelm with the cooked 6.1 ROM earlier, i'm in KSA and the service provider is JAWAL.
please can anybody help me with this?

need a newer xip/sys in german language for my kitchen, has anybody a link for me? I don´t know, how I can translate anyone to german.

Okay, I was made a directory on my 4Share-Account with my german sys.rar and your xip.rar (dumped xip.bin) The link HERE !It´s without any passwords, you can download the sys.rar and upload the translated sys.

you will just need to replace the older sys and xip files in the kitchen with the new ones
no need to do any special changes

It will use ver3.29 radio and a better oemdrivers file.
It is based on PDAL 23001 Chinese ROM,and I will translate some Chinese words to English.
Please wait for one day.
Maybe I will Relese the rom'tools.Only one steps,you can cook you personal rom.
