BIS dissappears

I have wince 2003 a05 installed in my x50v. I can't see any BIS, although it say s 128M ROM in the system information. Someone said this can be solved by changing the language. But I can't find any wince 2003 ROM (nb0 files) available online. Can anyone tell me how to solve my problem and upload required ROMs? Thanks!

To be honest, I have tried two ways two upgrade my x50v from 2k3 A05 to WM5 which is a pre-requirement for WM60:
1) use Dell's upgrade program (failed at the last step, formatting rom 30%)
2) use SD image loader with WM50 A01 Eng ROM files (failed at "erasing storage 30%)
I was just wondering if there is any hardware problem of my ROM. Maybe that's why I can't see the ROM in 2k3 A05 system.
I also tried using language change (Japanese <-> English). But it didn't work. I still can't see ROM in my system.
I even tried writing WM60 ROM directly, but also failed at "erasing storage".
Is there any software that can diagnose the ROM?

who knows from all the playing around you have done that you "muddy" up your device and causes conflicts ...etc ???
I would suggest:
hard reset your device ---That should revert it back to factory settings.
and now you can start FRESH upgrade/downgrade ...etc !!!

It's a used x50v. I got it a couple weeks ago.
As I mentioned, I can't upgrade to WM5. Leave WM6 alone. Thank you though.

Hi all, i got a little big trouble , i recenly upgraded my hp ipaq hx2415 with the latest aku 3.52 by khozura but something has gone wrong ... it doesn't tur on ... i can just reach the pre-bl by removing battery and pressing contacts and itask keys ... when i try to upgrade it tells me unknown language upgrade cannot continue .. i know u would advice me to try the universal bootloader tool .. but the point is that i've just tried it no problem with connecting to my wceusbh port but ... it just opens mtty and the terminal window just stucked wid no operation doing ..... help me i don't know what to do ... i would try to hack the hpruu.exe to avoid language checkin' and go straight to rom upgrade because only hpruu seems to be able performing the upgrade .... i'm lost help me thanks ..............

It is testet with a 16G SDHC card.

i-mate JAMA,

I have 3 i-mate JAMA set in same problem. The problem is when i power on the set it was hang in JAMA logo thats all.I tried to hard reset in different procedures but not success.And i dont have the ROM for this model.
So i need the ROM with procedure.

update wm6.0
1.format your microsd card with FAT 128mb only
2.copy all files to your microsd card
3.remove you SIM card
4.start you JAMA
The phone will be auto update
before finish phone will ask to change language in english or russian...
this update is for russian butt include english too..

can someone please tell me on how much time this upgrade takes? After inserting my memory card, my jama is stuck in blue start screen where it shows "Check Version ..." and I don't think that it's moving further?

first i want to install the WM 6.1 English, but i don't know how i can do it with a .dio file

Howdy, simple instructions....Put your Flash file that you downloaded in root folder of your mSD card then turn off your phone.
Important step: hold down your Mute button and Microphone button together and the push the Power On button....when you see on your display message "SDBoot Loader...." you are good to go for update....just leave then firmware to do the upgrade and voila you have a Clean Boot of whatever ROM you downloaded either 6.1 or 6.5....Enjoy.....
