How can I lock slide feature on touch pro 2 - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

I'm working in WM project. I want to disable slide feature in the phone. This mean, when user slide out the keyboard the screen will not rotate.
I think we can use registry value but I don't know which key.
Every body know how to do this, pls help me

Screen rotation

Hello,
I would like to ask you a question, please....
I always set the screen horizontal to use TomTom (far far better for texts and easiest use with the roll). Do you know any way to automatic change the screen orientation when enter/quit TomTom? (macro?), TomTom have this feature?
Thanks in advance,
PS. This PDA is great!
I know of a nice way to set a hardbutton to screen rotation. You can use a program called ae button plus that has great features for adding a lot of functionality to your buttons (for instance opening your wifi by double-tapping one of your hard buttons). I used this to set the ok button so that with a long press it rotates my screen. Check it out at http://ae.inc.ru/index.php
Hope this helped

XDA IIs Keyboard

Hi all, how can you DISABLE the slide out keyboard on a IIs - through registry?
Through the registry....
Sliding keyboard is very mechanical issue....Use some glue or chewing gum
Why do you need to disable the keyboard? the only issue I recall with the BA's keyboard is with TomTom software and entering a postcode, no on screen keyboard is presented and using the slide out one is a pain. Simple upgrade the TomTom to the later standard (5,21 or 6) and your on screen keyboard will work - Mike
XDA II s keyboard lock
Thanks Mike, my work has a requirement to lock these things down and disable certain functions, I can't find anywhere a registry key that will knock this out, any clues?

Screen Rotation - left and right rotation possible???

Hi guys
Upgraded from my trusty TYTNII a few days ago and am loving my TP2 - it's awesome!
I have the G Config program installed to allow me to choose which programs I can allow the G-Sensor to rotate.
My question is this though, is it possible to auto rotate the screen the opposite way as well? i.e. turn the device to the right (upside-down if you had the keyboard open)
I use TomTom in my car and the way I have the cradle / power connector set up makes it only really possible if I can rotate the screen left instead of right. Up to now I'd been manually doing this using the SBP Pocket Plus 4 Close Button options and allowing the Rotate Screen Right and Rotate Screen Left manual options.
Any idea's? I've changed the option in Shaps Advanced Config that should allow rotation in both directions but it don't seem to work!
Cheers
Gyrator2 will do that.

Hi Fraser - I've looked at Gyrator 2 and I don't like it to be honest - I'm hoping there's some easy registry tweak that can be made...?
Cheers though

on screen qwerty keyboard...

ppl who have the tilt 2 or touch pro 2.... how is the on screen keyboard? is it big enough to type on? ppl were saying that the pure's keyboard was too small to type on. so what is ur feedback on the on screen keyboard...
Having had the phone for about a week now, its pretty easy to do a quick message.
responds very well to fingerpresses, i rarely mis a key stroke...
really? thats awesome. thanks for ur input! another thing... do u have to have the keyboard out to have it on landscape or does the accelerometer kick in when u turn it?? i would love to have that feature to use it on landscape without pulling out the keyboard...

To echo the above the on-screen keyboard is pretty nice and easy to use. I miss having a ctrl key, but that's my only gripe. As for the landscape, I think it depends on what ROM & Manilla version you're using, but you can easily install a little app called Gyrator that does it for you.
Use Gyrator 2 to enable g sensor for rotation in all apps of your choosing. You can also enable it in TF3D.

[Q] Touch Zoom on lock screen legally blind could use some help.

Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to enable magnification gestures or as LG is calling it "touch zoom" on the lock screen. For anyone who does not know what this feature is, it is a screen magnifier built into android that can be enabled from the accessibility menu. It lets the user triple tap with one finger to zoom the screen in on any app on the phone, for example if you needed to see what the app icon text is on the home screen you would triple tap and hold and the screen would zoom in and fallow your finger as you move it around the screen. On my nexus 7 and gs4 this worked on the lock screen, unfortunately it seems LG has disabled this feature on their lock screen. My first thought was knock on was causing the problem so I enabled the verizon hidden menu and disabled it unfortunately this did not help. I am rooted and am willing to try any suggestions. My only other thought would be to get in contact with the dev of g3 tweakbox because he seems to know a lot about the LG's implantation of android.
thanks in advance!

It works if you have a slide lock screen, but that's not very useful :/
