restore reg keys : HELP!!!

I'd like to backup and re-use some keys that belongs to some apps, in order to re-import them after a new and fresh install of the app to have all the prefs already prepared.
When I save reg keys on my memory card, it saves (without extension) a WinCE Registration File (*.reg).
The problem is when I try to re-import these keys into the registry because... I CAN'T!
The device doesn't recognize the files and I don't know how to import 'em

[TUTORIAL][CYANOGENMOD7.x][LINK2SD][UPGRADING NIGHTLIES]

I've had success with manually wiping the system only Dalvik files via root explorer but this method is fast and tried and true.
There are many ways to do things but this works.
1/ NANDROID BACKUP TO GET BACK TO WHERE YOU WERE IF YOU HAVE TO
2/ Titanium backup of all apps/data and system data
4/ Backup Titanium backup, ES File Explorer and LINK2SD apk's to SD card (Always have them there anyways!) using ES File Explorer
3/ Full wipe and install of new nightly and gapps
4/ Use CM7 File Explorer to reinstall TB, ES File, and LINK2SD
5/ Run Link2SD and relink SD Ext
6/ Turn on autolinking in settings
7/ Reboot
8/ Full titanium restore (files will auto relink to SD Ext with autolink on)
9/ Mass unlink the files you want on the Internal memory
10/ Redo your widgets on desktop
All your settings including WiFi, Google accounts, apps settings and data, System and Cyanogenmod settings will be retained.
Like I said. Pretty much all you have to redo is widgets.

Can't access internal storage

i restarted my lg g3 d855 which uses 7.1.2 lineage stock to twrp and did a dalvik and a cache wipe.
when i opened up my phone spotify gave me a no storage error, i tried to see what's wrong by using es file explorer pro and and the stock file explorer, both had nothing but an empty sign.
i rebooted to twrp again and it's own file explorer built in under the advanced menu, i was able to see /sdcard and /storage/emulated/0 and files under these partitions such ad Android and downloads.
what should i do? i can't even take screenshots because none of the apps have access to internal storage.
