i've the trinity anb through htc's site i upgrade rom of my ppc.
the version i have now is this:
rom 1.23.408.02
radio 1.38.00.11
this is the last?
where i can find the last version?

that's not the latest..
HTC should have a Windows Mobile 6 Rom upgrade for you (depending where you live). You can also find that ROM in the ROM and Cab collections sticky in this forum. Or you can find newer builds of WM6 which are unofficial made by the cooks here.

maybe they think is not broken..so they don't need to fix it yet
i hope that 2.0 rom will make a lot of changes, espacially in speed.
I am hoping that HTC put in a time machine into the diamond so then we can all go into the future and download the amazing splenderific v10 rom with builtin kitchen sink!

I don't understand this. 1.93 has been available for weeks and various regional versions have been incorporated into many different cooked ROMS. What is the source of this post as it does sound like old news to me..

No, this is the same 1.93 ROM that's been out for weeks. I'm afraid it's nothing new.

The new Diamond Rom 2.00.421.1 Radio Signed Diamond 52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23Test is my all time favorite, TomTom is awesome with no lag on this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=456905, only shame is memory leak otherwise the best Diamond ROM to date, hence most cooks now using it.

Looks like PDAViet has got the core OS (1.96.710.5) and released a ROM with it http://pdaviet.net/showthread.php?t=38081
Downloading now to test, if any good I will post rapidshare link.
PDAViet also has another ROM http://pdaviet.net/showthread.php?t=40374 with a OS 1.97.172.4s although I am not sure about the cook Sonblack, but his release has the same radio as the new Diamond Rom 2.00.421.1 Radio Signed Diamond 52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23Test.
Will try to post feedback on both ROM's after testing.

Thanks for the info; It seems that Telstra Branded Diamond are not allowed to download the ROM. Just wondering if any one is willing to share his Optus serial number so I can download it.

I was wondering if there is any newer ROM update after the official 1.93? The 1.93 ROM has been available for many months now and it seems that there should be something newer and hopefully better. Please post a reply if you are aware of anything, thanks.
ROM updates....
v1.93 is the latest official release from HTC. Some mobile operators have released newer versions (vodafone UK, for example v1.97). HTC have a new one on the way, but no official release date yet, or details of which version it will be... we will all wait with baited breath!
Hi i have just purchased a hero after many years within various winmo forums on this site and all i can say so far is im impressed.
At the moment im with a hero on the 3 uk network with the latest firmware avail from them (1.5). The question i have is what is the latest wwe firmware for this device as 1.5 seems a bit old from what i have read, especially if 2.00 is knocking about.
I have read the forums and looked about but im findeing it hard to find out what the latest official rom from htc is.
please help.

Hi Donna,
The latest 'Official' ROM is 1.5 cupcake, theres various carrier versions out but all use Android 1.5 as a base.
The 2.0 ROM's dont 'Officially' exist but the chef's here on XDA have cooked up some 2.0/1 roms, i've yet to try any of them at the moment as they all have missing features / issues.
