EXCADIAG.nbh?

Anyone have or know where to find the excadiag.nbh file? This is the diagnostic image for the excalibur. I was wanting to do so testing with it as in the service manual.

Found something in Artemis forums, but the excadiag.nbh was not in the archive only the artediag.nbh.
Found service manuals for alot of htc phones online, but haven't found the files yet.

Checkout the Artemis thread on this, the file is from HTC SimLock utility to LOCK phones and generate unlock codes. Just search for excadiag to find the thread.

Very interesting thread
If you want I can produce a flashable version of my USPL. You will then not have issues with security level, vendor/model and signature checking. You can rename arte diag to excadiag and h*ck away

Is this different from the excalibur USPL you already made? I have tested it and it works great (Flashed HTC WM6 WWE Rom, SD Flashed TMO WM5 Rom, and back to TMO WM6 Rom without a hitch). Would this pose a risk flashing artemis utility to excalibur device (such as the VOX USPL that some used on Excaliburs and are having issues with)?

It's the same USPL minus a patch which will automatically load it in bootloader mode (RUU). So it behaves like a normal SPL 1.11 except it doesn't check signatures and model/vendor id and the security level is 0.
I don't think the diag util will cause great danger. It's basically a front-end to the diagnostics which reside in SPL. However, I may be wrong and of course do not accept any responsibility for trouble with your device. If it is present on your memstick and if you enter bootloader mode it will be automatically executed. With an original SPL it will not be loaded, but with the USPL it is very well possible that it is found and executed

Help!!! transform Version

Now I hava a C730 with HK Version,but I want to transform the simplify Chinese version.I download the SG Rom from FTP,but when I update this software,show error INVALID VENDER ID.so I need to help how to do unlock the C730.

why don't you go to the HTC HK site... register your phone and download the rom for your phone.. this way you don't have to wait to have it CID unlocked.

yes ,I can logon on the HK site,but this is only download the HK rom,but I want to transform Version to SG Rom,so need to unlock this mobile.

Now,The problem of most is SuperCID,if unlock CID,but any ROMs don't flash!!
Hope superior can unlock CID or SSPL!

There are three Dopod HK ROMS on FTP alreasy and also there is a search button that you must use and also there is Wiki that you must read before you post a question.

Thanks for reply, I'm already using the latest ROM on FTP but still have SIM card recognize problem when using the phone in China, anyone have the same problem?

I Need the *Official* AT&T 8525 WM6 ROM

Hey,
I have read a bunch of posts and wiki'd the tools I'll need to upgrade my AT&T 8525 from WM5 to WM6, however I'm having a hard time finding the stock, official rom from AT&T.
I found this download off the HTC site:

I'm not sure if this one is comming straight from AT&T or HTC, however if you guys don't think it will matter or do any harm to my device, I'll just follow the directions there and ActiveSync the whole thing clean and clear.
If anyone does know of a download directly off of an official AT&T site, that would work fine as well.

Could someone please dowload for me the RUU_Diamond_HTC_GER_1.93.407.1
rom from the htc site and put it on the rapidshare? I was not able to start the download from any of 3 FTP servers available on HTC.

Look at software updates on e-HTC club. There is an update for German Diamond:
RUU_Diamond_HTC_GER_1.93.407.1_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.29.25.12_1.00.25.05_Ship.exe
But all download link don't work.
Also see New German ROM.

did You notice that the TouchFlo in this ROM has another transition? Now the pages are aperaring instead of scrolling. Is it possible to change it back? Or is it possible to make them slide into the screen?

HTC website says that they have a new ROM based on 2/27/09. Every time I try to download it, the site gives me an error with my SN. Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device. Well, I have an UNLOCKED UNBRANDED US3G HTC diamond DIAM110. They have to get their acts together. Or I am loosing it.

Hey, I'm in the same boat. I contacted HTC about that, and the response I got was that the update was for the Euro/Asian Diamond, not the US 3g model. I thought it was a stock HTC phone, but was told that our phone was distributed by Brightpoint, and that HTC would only release a rom update, if ever, when Brightpoint requested one. Oh and when I asked for some contact info for Brightpoint, I was told they (HTC) didn't have any and to google them.

The guy who can make this happen is at brightpoint north america headquarters. His name is sean mulroy.
