Hi guys, I understand all the roms were taken off this site but I need some help.
I bought the HTC excalibur today and it has a test rom on it. as a result I cannot use wifi as it says driver is not found. Where can I find the latest htc excalibur rom.

your device may not have the hardware. The test ROM on my device had no problems with WiFi but some devices have been sold without the hardware and the firmware that has the WiFi drivers makes no difference.
Just a possibility...

bgniko, you're are AWESOME! I must have spent in excess of 4 hours looking around the Internet for different ROMs to use with my T-Mobile Dash, and you really helped me out. Thanks!
P.S. If you happen to find the Dopod C720W ROM (looking for it for the Traditional Chinese support), please let me know. It's not available on Dopod Taiwan's member only site... yet.

No, I have instaled the HTC_TyTN_NLD_3.54.254.2_102_6275_1.47.00.10_108 version. It's the Dutch version......

Tha E-mail from HTC club letting you know that the new RM is available is by 10 hours too late. I am already running the ROM

I was just poking around the HTC europe site looking for the BBconnect v4 for the dash, and i happened to run across this.

Think you could upload the rom to rapidshare or something, since my Dash isn't HTC branded I can't register and get the download.

Good and fast rom, but i have one problem after remapping the keybord.
He didn't reconize the "z" in searching contacts.
Is there a solution ?

New Htc Super Rom, At Light Speed! Awesome!
This new HTC Super ROM is the Nuke of all Dash/Excalibur ROM's at light speed and 53 MB plus in the main memory, a very strong radio, awesome dude.......!

were u able to download an update? what do you mean by "works now"?

I have been running it since about 6PM and haven't run into the proxy error that I had with the Rogers ROM, yet...

Try flashing it to t-mobile wm6 then use Excalibur USPL- CID BYPASS, afterward just flash it like any other rom. Thats how I did mine and I have the same error as yours.

I've been running it all day. It's a bit quicker but nothing major.

Is this quicker than the Rogers ROM? Any reason to upgrade to this?

Does the ROM support SDHC cards?
Any early verdict on better or worse than the Rogers Rom?

I'm german, so I want to use a ROM in german language.
Is the ROM mentioned in this thread suitable for me ?
I think it says ..Brightpoint_US.. in the filename, so it's for the US only ?
I do not have access to the HTC support area since my device is non-HTC branded. Maybe someone can upload a german version of the 1.33 ROM if available ?

There is only the English and French language in this rom.

Official North American Version of 2.03 ROM?

Is there such a thing? I currently have a Rogers Touch Diamond running 1.93 WWE (what does this mean? world wide edition?) with HSPL installed and would like to flash an official HTC 2.03 ROM (NA version)...but I cant find it, can someone please help? I tried looking through the ROM roll-up threads (which one is it?) and even tried entering my serial on HTC U.S website to no avail.

if you want to run an official ROM the only hope you have is the WWE from HTC. Good luck waiting for Rogers to issue a new version

i dont think there is a "north american" version, the official 2.03 will be fine

Which one should I download? There's so many official 2.03s...(ITA, NOR, FRA and etc)...which one is the English one? All the ones I listed are European languages...i don't see one called ENG anywhere.

any WWE will do it... i currently have cloudy's 1.1a, so far so good! and i have a DIAM110 wich is the north american version

Cavalier HTC ROM

Does anyone have the actual HTC Cavalier ROM? The HTC ROM? NOT the Dopod ROM. I need the signed HTC RUU_Signed.nbh file to do some debugging and to unbrick my Cav. WM5 or WM6 is ok. Please post a link or upload it! Thanks!

And this pages says "The serial number you’ve provided appears to be invalid. Please try again.". Because the download link is for the Dopod, I think.
I asked HTC for a download link for WM6 a few weeks ago, but HTC said they couldn't provide a download link for me.

Looks like HTC doesn't offer a ROM for their HTC branded devices anymore. Maybe if you call them and your phone is still under warranty!?
Anywho, I managed to unbrick my phone by SuperCID using a Goldcard created by QMAT software. I will post a new thread all about unbricking shortly.
