i`ve upload new zip.
1.install
before you install it ,you`d better delete /windows/start menu/ folder,but it`s not necessary
put the /windows/ fold in your phone,the import install.reg
2.uninstall:
the icons may not work,please import unist.reg file,then.reboot your phone

the icons are from PPC rom,i dump the rom,originaly they are png format,then i convert them to .ico,because some pixes are translucent,so when they are converted to .ico format,you will find the edge is not so good.
but if you use iphone style square icons on wm,you will find it`s very good
that`s the reason
why are they good in computer?because the some of the icons`s edge are transparent or translucent，xp/vista support 32 translucent,but wm(base on WINCE) dont support

Question: Is it possible to set the same background behind all icons...
Using some kind of mod... That would be nice...

Ok here what i did...
1. Copy the Windows Dir in the first attachment on your Phone
(Don't copy the Start Menu folder if you want your current menu)
2. Start regedit and Import the "Install" into your registry...
3. Restart...
Note... If you like my take on the icons just replace the dll's in the
original post with the ones in my attachment.
Hope this helps man...

Hello,
I wanted to share the HTC Touch HD TF3D 15-Tab update
I made a short video from my HD to show the screens now available.
My "testers" have now given the green light, so I now share with you all.
Please follow the steps carefully, and everything goes well.
The "advanced config 3.3 tool" is just around the TF3D to restore it.
For the order then to make, how you like, is the Diamond TF3D Confic 0.6.7. tool to use.

I really like the concept but here's a quick question for you.
Would it be possible to have 3 different additional tabs. I don't need the calendar or call list or even the Comms tab (useful as it may be).
What would be great is to have 3 additional "Program" tabs that could be renamed and would allow me to add my applications / settings / tools etc. (i.e something approaching the menu panel/s in sbp mobile shell).
What do you think? Would it be possible?

This does not work for me. I've tried it a dozen times. TFL3D just cycles between 'launching' and 'Tap to launch', until I replace the 26948339_manila file and then it's fine again.
Edit: Just did a hard-reset and tried it again, success. I must have some settings or a program that was causing an issue, possibly one of the tweak programs.....
Edit: After reloading all my programs....TFL3D is back to cycling between 'launching' and 'Tap to launch'...
Edit: Ok, after a bit of playing around (and a couple of drinks), it appears that you cannot use Pamas Transparent Slider with 15 tabs, which I guess kinda makes sense now.

i carefully read the pdf instructions and i didn't find the Advanced Configuration Tools 3.3.0.0 .... i have Schaps Advanced Confog Tool 2.1 ..is it fine with this one ???? i also wasn't able to see the AS version installed on my HD, this is the one given on the windows CD with the HD in the Box..... i have downloaded Total Commander .....do you think i can try with these 3 softs or i must have exactly the 3 softs in the 3 versions ......? thanks

i have found the culprit file.. and have made a cab for this.
At present.. no you cannot use transparant with this cab... reason is.. there is one file he has edited..that doesn't play ball with this one..
i'm upto my eyeballs ..but i will try to ammend and fix his cab too...and post it to him.
But this is now not a Zip.. but an installable cab... i needed to have a break from panels for an hour.. my head ws hurting!
I'll attach it for you ddriver here... and you can add it to your first post.

The issue is one file that is in the slider package. It is primarily designed for the Diamond.. and thus is a Diamond file.
Most of it works with the Hd.. but it doesn't make it Perfect for HD!,,,
as for this cab i made... I did it for myself.. and thought i would give it to ddriver for the work he has done to do this.Very well done

I will make a cab that is corrected and Slider for HD.. and transparant would work with 15 tabs... .. and use my own edited HD files..

Done the slider package
It is based on the one by PAMAS
but will work on HD with 15 tabs.
And remember..if you like stuff people do... donate... Stick some coins into Ddrivers/pamas/my kitty... and all is worthwhile.

After reading last Saturday the tweak on the forum pocketpc.ch (thanks ddriver), I made this cab for italian users of my forum.
Already tested and it works perfectly. You must install the cab after you uninstalled all the customizations of the slider and disabled the TFL3D.

I'm also looking for the original flip clock that actually flips too! All ROMs I've tested so far had no flip animation... is it not possible on the X1 or why is that?
go to the diamond section where the themes and stuff are at. find a cab there and use that it will work
tried it but, unfortunately again no flip animation when switching on or when the time changes... i'm out of knowledge because on the tf3d videos on youtube the clock is flipping!

Here you go. This will give you the original black & white flip clock.
Edit: No it won't. It was old files and had no landscape. Keep looking.

My thoughts exactly after changing to itge's latest 6.1 rom.
Here it is
I have attached the zip file containing the flip clock.Copy it into windows directory and overwrite..
PLEASE NOTE!!
I have taken it from the diamond forum.With the original 1c684cd8_manila file the wallpaper resolution WAS not proper for the xperia x1.
However after a little mode 9 editing i fixd it.
BUT
it still is not working properly in landscape mode.
So it works perfect in potriate but the wallpaper is a bit smaller in landscape.
if anyone can help here on how to change the 1c684cd8_manila file to give landscape support it would be great.......

It is not a cab. just zip with the files. I can make a cab if someone really wants it but I had a program for it where the trail period is over.

yes it will work for the panoramic background try all tha .cab files.if they dont work uninstall them.
Since I installed itje's 5.xx rom I have been looking for a way to put a background for all tabs, but evrth I install would mess up something else (the clock), or even worse it would work but in portrait it'd be zoomed in, and after lots of trial and error I finally reached the best combo.....
What I did was that first I installed " Plain HD TF3D " and then " mUn bg4allTabs_stockLike_v1"...
this is nth gr8 but i hope this will help anybody out !!

Yes, ultimate works well. Very bling bling.
Tried it and looks nice but stops the new style HTC start menu from working!

on a personal note though my experience taught me that bg4all tabs slows down tf3d....so the best idea would be to learn making your own manila bg,,,or post the bg you want to have here and i'll see what i can do (specify your rom)!!

Thank u! But when I install two *.cab above, all background ok. But when I klich in start menu it don't work ( I used start menu of Touch-IT v7)).
restart your device....you will get the normal "old" start menu
For Touch-It V7.0 USERS:
install only mUn bg4allTabs_stockLike_v1.cab
its works fine by me!!!
And my general advice ramains ....LEARN TO MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND WITH MANILA EDITORS !!!
really i can't emphasize how better this is ....much much faster !!!

When I unstall (remove) mUn bg4allTabs_stockLike_v1.cab. I can use start menu (new menu - as basic 7.1 Room). But when I click to messages tab in touchflo3d, I can't opent my messages and, then touchflo3d have some error. restart touchflo3d or dont open.

About the messages tab, it has nothing to do with this cab. You can find the fix on itje's Touch-IT v7 thread on page 40.
does anybody know where itje got his background in the 5er series of his touch-it rom? Want this floral background back

i have a feeling that if we learn how to use this, many amazing skins can be made for our excaliburs.
I have downloaded it...initially tried to use it to make a preliminary of my Horizon Skin (which i hope to release soon). I found that it isn't (for me atleast) worth the effort.
Maybe I am just a super-noob with it, but I found it confusing and hard to actually design panels. It didn't work by the basis of centering the main panel or putting the active panel at the top...it was more like the screen was all active panels and I would have to scroll to each one. I found it annoying, but that is my take.
If someone can figure out how to efficiently use this program, then i saw more power to them, and maybe i will try this program again.
A few notes:
-Always exit correctly, sometimes it gives an error the next time starting
-Be sure to put your Bronzeres.dll in the WINDOWS folder there (it'll add some images)
-You can replace the default background
-I think putting the cmhomeres.dll and cmhomeres.dll.0409.mui (or whatever the second is) adds some text too.

i had the same issue with all the active panels, but what i did was i deactivated all the panels and just started with changing around the clock panel, so that helped.
i guess im more noob than you lol, but where is the cmhomeres.dll things? and how do you use them with the program because all i did was import a .cpr file.

Hey... when I get home I will send you the files. . . they are located in the windows folder on your phone. The file contains system text, I don't know just how much if does... but it is worth putting in.... I hope to release the Horizon theme and others soon!!!

I believe on the tools menu it has all the options "import registry" and "set background"....besides that, it reads the DLL files AUTOMATICALLY...

i downloaded the CMhomeres you attached, but when i go to import the registry
it asks for files called .rgu or .reg, what are those?
I want CHome for 6.1 kavana rom, please give me a link

It actually does we just didn't name it that, but WM6.5 has suddenly become CHome and will be the reason how much users will know it as that.
Original Config - CHome Configurator for WM6.1: Version 1.1.0.5 FINAL (UPDATED - 2008/07/11)
CHome Refresh another tool we used to make the homescreen refresh.
But anyway the only way to get it is to flash 6.1 or 6.5 not available as .cab.......

On your phone go to the start menu then to Accessories, and then click RESCO REGISTRY (that is where it is on my phone). Get to the point where you see only HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and HKEY_CURRENT_USER or something like that...it is the highest you can go. Select all of those and select "export registry" (DONT FORGET TO SELECT ALL OF THEM). I kno the program doesn't use all of it, but it is safer that way (in my opinion)

Hmm...haha, I never got that far (didn't have the patience)
I would suppose there is a way on the FILE menu to save the CPR. Do so, then copy the CPR file to the Windows Folder on your folder.
Two notes:
1-The CPR file MUST be named (in this case for simplicity) titanium_320x240.cpr
2-BACKUP YOUR OLD ONE THAT IS ALREADY THERE!!!YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE THAT ONE!

I was wondering if there is a ROM out there that offers a tweak that allows the Zoom bar to be used to scroll thru lists like the old TP1. So it will save time with File explore and other apps. Thanks, and i am sorry if i posted this in the wrong place.
Also if there is anyother tweaks for the Zoom bar

I use this in my kitchen and it works perfect for that function.
Can this be done in a cab?
I don't know how to make cab's so if someone could do this I would really apperceiate it.

+1 would love to have this as a cab!!
The zip contains a reg file only, simply import it with any reg tool, the scrolling function works.

Which rom are you using... if the chef is using a smarttouch.dll from another phone ext like leo it will not work... if you open opera or IE it should allow you to zoom in using the phone zoom bar.. the registry containes allot of entries so it should support allot of different applications....
edit: may need a reboot to take effect.

im using fusion rom v5.1 and zoom already works on opera,
will it work on scrolling through contacts on beejive im ?
Ive just started using this tweak and its pretty nice, but im wondering if its possible to reverse the setting. I would rather sliding to the right mean scrolling upward (up dpad) than what it is now. Also take into account that when i expose the keyboard and attempt to to slide to scroll up, i actually have to slide down to scroll up!

Am I missing something, I installed the cab and restarted the phone. Nothing. Soft reset, still nothing. Do I then have to enable something? Using a TP2 on Verizon. Is this GSM only?

Really the only app I'd need for this is MICROSOFT READER so I can slide right to turn a page and slide left to go back.
I see the reg hacks, but am unsure what to use for ClassName for Reader..

on my tmobile tp2 flashed to 6.5 European rom...
Works somewhat on stock sprint rom only a few apps actually work but hey I like thanks
