Did there have someone can advice where i can find the original TF3D flip clock by attached image?
Hello!
I'm also looking for the original flip clock that actually flips too! All ROMs I've tested so far had no flip animation... is it not possible on the X1 or why is that?
go to the diamond section where the themes and stuff are at. find a cab there and use that it will work
tried it but, unfortunately again no flip animation when switching on or when the time changes... i'm out of knowledge because on the tf3d videos on youtube the clock is flipping!

Here you go. This will give you the original black & white flip clock.
Edit: No it won't. It was old files and had no landscape. Keep looking.

My thoughts exactly after changing to itge's latest 6.1 rom.
Here it is
I have attached the zip file containing the flip clock.Copy it into windows directory and overwrite..
PLEASE NOTE!!
I have taken it from the diamond forum.With the original 1c684cd8_manila file the wallpaper resolution WAS not proper for the xperia x1.
However after a little mode 9 editing i fixd it.
BUT
it still is not working properly in landscape mode.
So it works perfect in potriate but the wallpaper is a bit smaller in landscape.
if anyone can help here on how to change the 1c684cd8_manila file to give landscape support it would be great.......

Ok, here it finally is. You can read in this post below why it didn't work before. It was actually a stupid problem that I should have understood from the beginning. It is not a cab. just zip with the files. I can make a cab if someone really wants it but I had a program for it where the trail period is over.

current TF3D on HD does not allow for analog clocks (not implemented). You can use analog clocks, but you will loose the calls list and upcoming appointments.

Thats one of the reasons I want an analogue clock. Ive tried various ones from the diamond forum but they all show a black bar at the bottom of the screen.
Is the implementation something that HTC have to do?

thats because the clocks that are exists, made for VGA resolution but we have WVGA.. and thats the black bottom space i think!!

well here is one thing i figured out this morning. While installing a digital Christmas clock i found on the diamond forums, i screwed up my screen as you describe. i thought it wierd because usually you don't do that with the digital ones, they pretty much just swap out not problem. I noticed that an extra manila file was added to the clock archive I downloaded. that file being "1c684cd8_manila"
I placed the one that came with the HD back (attached below in this post in a zip) in the /windows folder and had my screen back and the clock works fine. Anyone interested in trying an analog clock and copying this file back to /windows to see if this makes the current analog clocks work? I am too tired ot mess whit it right now lol.

wouldnt go for a analog clock for exactly the same reason
As for implementing its up to HTC what to implement or not, dont think anyone can push them to make a feature happen. So we've to wait and see what the release in the future.
Meanwhile we can try to patch the current manilas a bit Many details are known, and many little improvements are already done. I guess there's much more possible with the current knowledge, i'm currently working on a few tools to dig a bit deeper inside. Not a major breakthough yet, but one step beyond.

on the diamond the orange branded ROM, there was an analog clock at the TF3D Home page
Doesn't really know if its the same on the HD!
Is there a possibility to change the font of the clock?
I put a new font on the HD already, but the clock stayed the same.
Would prefer a .cab to change

the one i posted is for the HD. By that i mean, when i installed the Diamond clock i had to drop that filed i posted in the /windows folder to fix it. So, again I ask, would dropping this in after installing an analog clock make it work?

no, you simply get the digital clock you had previously. With the original (HD) version of 1c684cd8_manila you can only get digital clocks.

just try it out!! you cant damage anything!!
edit: bzut if you copy the original 1c684cd8 back, you would get the flip clock! because in this file the layout of the start page is stored! and this is the file we need from an branded Hd with an Analog clock or a modified 1c684cd8 file....

cant tell why, but i had such a feeling
no worry, youll be safe. When you replace the 1c684cd8_manila and restart TF3D, the analog clock will show up. If you dont like it, simply delete 1c684cd8_manila and restart TF3D again. Then the ROM version will be used and youre back to the original.

Thanks for the quick response mate, but its not exactly the same though, as the one from HTC 3G has both analog and digital it seem and at the same time it also shows the "Missed Calls" and "calender" ...I have search through the pages for days but can't seem to find a theme that looks like this, it could either be that it has not been done yet or I might have missed it

Could someone please replace the start menu icon in the attached tsowentaskbar5v1.7.cab with the start icon from the attached StartIconScull.cab for me. I lack the tools and knowledge to do it myself. Thankyou so much! If it could also be done with the attached homer.ico it would be awesome! But it is a QVGA icon and I am not sure if it can be made to work with the Touch HD.
BTW, all attached files were found on this forum. I take no credit for these files at all and am thankful to their creators and all the developers here.

The best i can do is replace the icon and give you the shellres.dll (don't know hot to modify a cab file!!) then just copy it over to /windows folder then soft reset (make sure you use Resco Explorer or Total Commander).
Bear with me - doing it now

Here you go, the skull as the start icon. As mentioned previously, install sdkcerts.cab, install tsowentaskbar5v1.7, soft reset, unzip and copy the attached dll to /windows folder using Resco or TC, soft reset and voila, a skull as your start icon.

Hi,
Just working on the 2nd icon (homer), but the icon needs to be 41x36. I can make the shellres.dll with your icon in it but can't guarantee it will work (as it's 21x18).
Could put 4 together to make the right size!!!!!

Will see how it behaves on my BJ II i-617, as you mentioned Dermann in your email, you never had any issues with it mis-behaving for you on Ejoya's Bogart 6.1 Roms, and your beloved BJ I- i-607...lol
As I am utilizing the black_bar scheme, (with grey colour theme), this should look great!
Oh well, I won a 'moral victory' in finally locating the file for D/L...lol
Unfortunately, it did not work on my device...no biggie as applied a 'alpha-dial cheat sheet'. cab which overrides the semi-ugly AT&T branded graphic on the top....
So I can either utilize the 'cheat sheet' or turn 'vanity dialing' option on...they both serve their purpose, and I have a slightly more 'reserved gui' here...lol

the icons are from PPC rom,i dump the rom,originaly they are png format,then i convert them to .ico,because some pixes are translucent,so when they are converted to .ico format,you will find the edge is not so good.
but if you use iphone style square icons on wm,you will find it`s very good
that`s the reason
why are they good in computer?because the some of the icons`s edge are transparent or translucent，xp/vista support 32 translucent,but wm(base on WINCE) dont support

Question: Is it possible to set the same background behind all icons...
Using some kind of mod... That would be nice...

Also is there any way to put custom backgrounds in start menu...

Ok here what i did...
1. Copy the Windows Dir in the first attachment on your Phone
(Don't copy the Start Menu folder if you want your current menu)
2. Start regedit and Import the "Install" into your registry...
3. Restart...
Note... If you like my take on the icons just replace the dll's in the
original post with the ones in my attachment.
Hope this helps man...

the wallpaper which is displayed in every tab is a kind of dummy system wallpaper...so if you would like to pull this off you would either
have to replace this wallpaper everytime you choose a new one (i dont think its a good idea to do that...)
replace the pointer for the default one everytime you choose a new one...
i didnt look into that pointer by now but i guess rota could do it in no time if he feels like it!
just my 2 cents.
there is a library component called 'home background'
we have to put it on level 01 and level 2

I have downloaded and tried each and every Themes there is on that link and it all works. The themes looks awesome as the pictures looks to be of high quality. Btw, I tried it on Agent_47 3.016 Firestorm.

It only have value in VGA screen. I tryed it in Touch IT V13 Room but it not full screen...
