Touch Flo enable = Simple do a slide from top toolbar on the bar down to the buttom toolbar

I found only two little things:
1- the clock on the top bar is not sinchronized with the htc home clock (when this switch, the first switch about 10 seconds after)
2- every time I make a call the receiver volume is always set at min. also if I set to max.
Anyway, they are not important and Tom is great.

More Findings
1. Touchflo works well without the hardware button...when you finally find it
2. No obvious signs of the auto vibrate sound profile issue, either when adding an appointment or when an appointment come around. Haven't tested the auto profile yet though - just enjoying not having to turn my system sound back on every five minutes
3. The camera seems to work quickly and properly - nothing new or sexy to it, but working is sexy enough for me
4. The touchflo cube config module is better and slicker
5. It feels more stable and a bit faster - highly subjective, I know
6. I thought I had a few issues with ActiveSync at first - dropping connections, USb device not recognised -but that seems to have settled down
7. I haven't yet found anything I could describe as a bug but I'm still looking
Tom's done a very good job here - good work fella! He copped a little unfair flak around 4.0, as did the testers. This is not a commercial release - it's what you want to make of it. If you don't like it, or it doesn't work it's no-one's fault, just your tough luck. That's the risk you embrace when you move off of the OEM ROM. If it doesn't work don't donate - it IS optional - and use a different ROM.
This will do nicely for me in the meantime.

just a suggestion
Hi tom... everything goes well and works ok except that phonepad input problem.. bythe way i have a suggestion to the cube enabling process.. as far as i know in the actual HTC touch the cube is enebled when your slide the finger from top to bottom.. I think you have reversed it .. in this rom and the previous one exit is by this method.. If you can modify this setting easily can u update in the final version... If u cant also no problem as this rom is great.. Keep up the good work....

AFter install tomtom software whit tomtom Home the button 1 is set whit tomtom.I have copy touchflo.lnk from /windows/applauncher to /windows/startmenu/programs (this file is hidden) and set button 1 for start touchflow now

definately cant confirm this! running smoothly here!

One issue,
not Rom related (i think)
installed TCMP 0.72 RC1 and FlashVideoBundle.
When going to www.youtube.com.
Explores hangs.
But it is the only issue i could find

Just flashed to it, seems very nice, but there is multiple copies of apps, for example there is two file explorers, three calculators which one of them is total commander.

Thanks dude I had to miss something will correct the shortcuts and post a fix cab,for now! till sunday when i will up load a fixed ROM and with the dialer skins finnished

Found another thing. In the ringtone and etc, settings both background and text is white.
Can u fix so we can have same background on every page, as the homepage?

This is definatly the fastest ROM I have used in a while, and apart from the doubling up of some programs in the all programs section (which isn't a problem really) is pretty much perfect!

Hi there
I put file explorer and calculator into the start menu as I use them alot, It's just some shortcuts it's seeing, IE: "All programs" checks the start_menu and all sub folders for "shortcuts" There's only 1 program installed, If you would like to do a test copy a shortcut to some other folder in start menu and open all programs and there will be 1 extra in all programs
I'll have a look and see if i can do it in the reg using "menu options"

Extra programs
Guys I had a look at this minor proble of multiple files in "All Programs" If I use The menu option in settings to put these shortcuts into the menu then NO Multiple copys are found, But a BIG "BUT" If you replace them using "setting menu options" IT dumps them in "Programs folder" - "THIS I LIKE to KEEP CLEAN" So Tough
If you wan't to get rid of the duplicate shortcuts then use total CMD and delete the following
Windows\start menu\Programs\Accessories\Calculator.lnk + Contacts.lnk + File Explorer.lnk
Windows\start menu\Programs\Connections\Comm Manager.lnk
Now if you should change the shortcuts in start_menu!, using settings\Menu the old shortcut will be found in Windows\start Menu\Programs\*.lnk
P.S. Guys if you use the dot fred task manager Supplyed with this ROM you can copy your Launcher settings to a *.reg file and restore them in seconds and not see the all programs page "So" that's y I didn't spot the duplicates

Its the fastest .rom and manilla tf3d i've ever flashed on me diamond!
But. I have a question: I dont have problems with WWE, but before I always had a Dutch .rom
Is it possible to have this rom in Dutch? (NLD) ?
btw: found out that you can slide the email messages like in the touchflo3d with this rom..
if you click on a envelope in tf3d it opens the email,then you can slide to the following email by sliding to the left or right, never noticed this before? is it new in 2.00 rom ?

dont have experience in cooking, all i know is that you need dutch packages to create a other language .rom so, maybe it's not yet possible.. but i can wait till dutch versions based on 2.0 rom comes out..
and as the rom is so fast and stable I leave it like it is now

Hi can you post a screen shot please
I Know that some text is black in the dialer on black background and some white on white in the settings pages I am looking at this but it's slow
I found this Black Dialer skin It's what I Was trying to do Install this for now and i'll cook it in "v3"

Just compare the 2 descriptions and you'll be able to spot the differences. Nothing major, just added mods and tweaks and since its in its own thread, hopefully we can expect continual updates

Am I in the minority in using the transcriber? I seem to see quite a few custom roms without them..
Is it possible to install it seperately?

Hi, brothers! Today i make new ROM from 'Snap' build 21040. I'm will be test it 2 days and if all be ok i'll upload it at wednesday (I have no an opportunity to upload it earlier). Now don't worked bt, i'm will be make it. Maybe i find some bugs else. Also i will be added some progs. This version of ROM inc english only. Maybe later i'm inc over langs.

HTC Album, BTFtp, HTC ConnectionSetup, USBtoPC, Resco with plugins (as default File Explorer), Reboot (in qwick list), CeleTask with plugins (IE button press), qwerty by me (included RUS & ENG langs), ChomeConfig (in HomeScreen).

Added registry tweaks:
1. ROM is application unlocked;
2. Don't ask before installing unknown apps;
3. Added few advansed modes to Camera;

Currently bt working fine, added HTC Album, BTFtp, HTC ConnectionSetup, USBtoPC, Resco with plugins (as default File Explorer), Reboot (in qwick list), CeleTask with plugins (IE button press), qwerty by me (included RUS & ENG langs), ChomeConfig (in HomeScreen).
Removed Welcome Center.
I think, i will be make some registry tweaks. All bugs then i find fixed.

About 25 mb free memory.

i'm up for testing it as well...sounds just like my kinda rom from what you've described.

i`ve upload new zip.
1.install
before you install it ,you`d better delete /windows/start menu/ folder,but it`s not necessary
put the /windows/ fold in your phone,the import install.reg
2.uninstall:
the icons may not work,please import unist.reg file,then.reboot your phone

Update: It's actually working but the icons are not good at all (technically)
Update2: Important... The icons in the dll look fine... I don't know why there is a problem displaying them...
(i had this same problem on another platform... there was something wrong with the editor used...

Perhaps there is some kind of conflict with the icons used 45x45 32bit... maybe we need smaller or bigger or with other bit rate?

Dude.. not to be a ****.. but the icons look like crap. Trim those edges around them at least...

Hi, I don't think that the problem lies in the quality of the icons used...

the icons are from PPC rom,i dump the rom,originaly they are png format,then i convert them to .ico,because　some pixes are translucent,so when they are converted to .ico format,you will find the edge is not so good.
but if you use iphone style square icons on wm,you will find it`s very good
that`s the reason
why are they good in computer?because the some of the icons`s edge are transparent　or translucent，xp/vista support 32 translucent,but wm(base on WINCE) dont support

That is why all the icons suck...

Ok i remade the dlls...
I put background on all of the icons used in the dlls if somebody like to use it...
Question: Is it possible to set the same background behind all icons...
Using some kind of mod... That would be nice...
Also lovebabyjing could you explain how to create these dlls with icons...
And how to create the reg files... So we could get into some icon customizing...
Also is there any way to put custom backgrounds in start menu...
That would be AWESOME!

I do not understand how to install icons, someone helps me, "I give in and shows me ERROR install Resco Registry module not found

Ok here what i did...
1. Copy the Windows Dir in the first attachment on your Phone
(Don't copy the Start Menu folder if you want your current menu)
2. Start regedit and Import the "Install" into your registry...
3. Restart...
Note... If you like my take on the icons just replace the dll's in the
original post with the ones in my attachment.
Hope this helps man...
btw I am still waiting for someone to help me with my questions

disabled this option to import my regedit, I use the 3evolution rom wm 6.5, there is some. cab to install new icons?
