How can i install the ".nbh" file !?
I've extracted the rom and he has only one file, named : diamimg.nbh !
please help me and forgot my english !

Copy diamimg.nbh to the root of your sd card/internal storage and put your diamond into bootloader by pressing vol down, back button end reset at the same time and hold them until bootloader screen appears and simply follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure your battery isn't low. Good Luck!

i've installed Hard-SPL 1.30 succesfully !
and now ... how can i install wm 6.5 on my htc ?
i've copy diamimg.nbh on my internal storage, and then i soft reset with wolume down and back key ... an nothing... appears : "Loading ... " and nothing !

Don't simply reset it with your stylus! You have to press back button, vol down and reset with your stylu s at the same time and hold until a new screen comes up saying it has found a new rom to flash and then just simply follopw the instructions on the screen. It's easy Good luck

Hi, all, i have problem with my SPV 700 (HTC 3600) - Trinity.. When I turn on it, I see only start screen eith HTC logo, (you'll see it in attachments) there is only M 05 B05, R 1.50.08.11, g 32.83.7020.20h, D 3.00, i can do nothing... I cant reflash ROM because my computer cannot find it, and instalation write updater is old, you must find newer updater.. When i install acivesync, it cannot find too, but my installers (5 downloaded) will start, but write Cannot find hardware. (or mobile phone). Is any program, to connect my htc, or reflash ROM?
I found Schaps_WM6Pro_Trinity_4.30.2008_WWE_Full(p3600I) or some next, but every write cannot connect. Thank you very much.

You can try loading your ROM from mini SD card !
You need to format sd card to FAT32 with Card Reader first!

Have you tried to hard reset, leave the device on tricolor screen and retry loading ROM?
Use the proper SPL to load!
If you are a Windows Vista user - the driver from this site it will be the sollution - search for it!

Man please read from instruction from the passage named HARD RESET, the button you are talking about its for software reset only!
Use the seq. Power+Camera+reset!Keep each button pushed and then use stillus for reset and you will get the Tricolor screen - but first format your SD like i describe in the post #2 and then copy your ROM on it!
exactly the same problem here. i tried to re install gelly_01 greek rom. The only requirement i did not follow was the connection with active sync. I am using Vista and the connection with the pc invokes the windows mobile device center. I tried to reinstall through a xp vmware with activesync but i get an error 270.
Any thoughts?

Hard reset your phone first, then use the bootloader method(Camera+Power+Reset then in the bootloader connect the usb cable)!

Anyway, also try to change the Rom image that you have used when you bricked your device!Try a new ROM by the date of release!
Thnx for the advice! I got it working. Before reading your reply I had started installing the original rom provided by htc (WM5). It installed correctly and at least i have my phone back. I will check your links about hard SPL (thanx ) but i had installed the gelly_01 rom before , not through vista though.
I will try to reinstall it.
It's getting late here so i will check it tommorow and infirm you.

problem solved Its working now, but I dont know how i repair it
for unlock CID HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a.zip (Its not compatibile, but my opinion is it unlock but dont repair rom) then i give there [P3600i] HardSPL v1.1.rar and end is Trinity_WM_6.1_NEW.OS_19965_Diamond_edition_by_Akeo_V3.1.rar all files are in attachments.
I give there HTC_Trinity_SIM_CID_Unlock_v1.zip too, before Akeo Diamond edition.

I think i have done a silly thing. i copied a .nbh file for a rom on to my memory, however once o did this i hard rest my blanking all the memory. now my HTC diamond doesnt boot up as there is no rom file from which it can boot from.
can somebody help me in restoring my device. I have tried to put the device into boot loader mode however my laptop does not recogise the usb.
i'm running windows vista.
do u have WINDOWS MOBILE CENTER?
if not, download it from Microsoft, install, and reconnect ur Diamond in Boot loader mode (colored display), u should see on ur Diamond screen on the bottom "usb"

If the .nbh file is named DIAMIMG.nbh then you can directly flash from internal storage without connecting to a pc.
If all you did was a hard rest it then it should boot...
Have you followed the MTTY tutorial? I Advise you do this as a last resort to flash from your vista machine if you cannot get it working using the posts above mine.
Whats the error when you turn on the phone?
How did you perform a hard reset? (what buttons did you press..)

you probably bricked device..
take sd card out, if device goes to bootloader - red,blue,green..
there is a chance to bring it back to life.
to do this you need the official rom that was on the phone, so first things first, download that!
secondly, download ''uspl cmon'' this will let you flash more roms to your device, - with old uspl it sometimes stops at 3% because of size.. but with cmon, it doesnt!
so flash with official rom, uspl cmon, then flash a new 6.1 or 6.5 rom!

How long do I wait here, before I am able to do anything? I can safely reboot however ^_^ and it goes back to WM5, like nothing happened
my device is an old Dopod P800W, never flashed before and running old ROM from 2006

Connect your diamond to PC as a disk drive (mass storage) and copy your ROM to Internal Storage. Make sure it`s name is "DIAMIMG.nbh" (*.nbh is the extension, make sure it is only once, not like this: "DIAMIMG.nbh.nbh" ) and than hit the reset button and hold vol down + back key. After update make a hard reset, hit the reset button and hold vol down + center key and follow the instructions on the screen (vol up to format only phone memory).

Just going by my Diamond and what you said in a previous post, it should say (quoting my diamond) "SPL-1.24. Hard"
You can't flash custom ROMs with a stock SPL.
Link for HSPL is in here, read along with it.

If you can connect to activesync (should be possible, since you are back to original),
use the customRUU method. At least that should give an idea of where the process is getting wrong, plus will allow recovery.

I was flashing my jasjam using sspl-herm and a 6.1 rom ,
While upgrading the progress bar reached the end but it stayed saying upgrade in progress , it took too longer than normal and i knew it wouldnt continue so i soft resetted the phone ,
now it's stuck in the splash screen before even the windows loading.
Plz plz plz help....
try doing a hard reset not just a soft reset that might help

if u have loaded hardspl then hold power button + OK button on sides of phone and then stick stylus into reset button an dthis should get u 2 red, green, white, blue colour screen and then plug usb in and re-flash

1st I tried hard resetting and it didnt work
2nd I DONT have hard spl
3rd I get into bootloader , i plug the usb cable but i cant flash , the ruuwrapper program says error during upgrade , i think it cant access the phone first coz the mobile device icon in my computer is emtpy , second activesync says not connected(although it tries to) and device manager reads an " htc usb sync " drive but no letter or something

After "set 14" give "task 8"
Try flashing from SD card, first the HardSpl ant then the Original Stripped ROM.

Try downloading HARDSpl7 from here:

Unzip it and rename the file "RUU_signed.nbh" in "HERMIMG.nbh"; put it on SD and so you will flash the HARDSpl.
Then, make the same thing with the file "RUU_signed.nbh" extracted from an original shipped ROM.

Yes, you need an SD-Reader for your PC
Okay , now i have a cooked rom on my sd card (fat32 formatted) named HERMIMG.nbh when i get into bootloader it says loading for a few second then a red number "00068002" appears at the top of the screen and it continues to the tri-colour bootloader
any help ??

Try downloading HARDSpl7 from here:

No no no no..... HSPL cant be upgraded now via SD card cause th SSPL was unsuccesfull!!!!!.....
Get a XP PC... your batt must be 50% charged or more "better", a working USB cable
NO SD CARD inserted... your XP pc must have NET frameworks 3.5
put your device in bootloader mode.... and upgrade any stock rom to rewrite a valid SPL cause your is corrupted now
then when you get a stock rom working via SSPL you will be able to redo the steps to flash HSPL V7
