i cant run dangaard upgrade French rom about Windows 2000

Hello
i have a Qtek 2020 with tmobile update Rom in english and i want update with Dangaard french Rom, i use Windows 2000 but when i run exe, nothing to do???
i have try on other Pc and i have the same problem.
can you help me
PS: i have try xd2nbftool with the line : xd2nbftool nk.nbf nk.nba HTC but i have a error message :'cyptacquirecontext

version of HimaUpgradeUt.exe
is it possible to use any version of HimaUpgradeUt.exe with any ROm ?
I obtain an error message when I try to use HimaUpgradeUt.exe Version 0.9.1.0 with French version rom dangaard (1.58) a error message "error 102 , checskum is not correct" ??

maybe it's just the file itself which is corrupt
try downloading a new version of the file

this is not working. hpruu says to me that the rom is not in hpruu list or in hpruu.ini
in .ini a've renamed the file but nothing same errors???

1. is your device in white bootloader mode(buttons 2+4+reset)?
2. after you put it in the grandle you pushed the calendar button to connect?
2. You run the sp32408 update utility sp32408 and after the checks replace the nbf file as described at the tutorial?

Have you succeed to flash any wm6 rom on your device? How you did it? I didn't flashed never under windows vista so maybe this is the problem. And I have an hx2490b not hx2490 and I think the not b series maybe need a different way. But many people did it and If you search in the forum you can find some info. Also if I remember well on 4pda.ru site topic they said that the rom can flash without to use other ruu utility.
So if you flashed the device with a wm6 rom before, use that ruu utility and try to change the nbf file on above post(maype needs to rename it or first leave to pass the check and replace with the renamed file after, use white bootloader mode...)

back to Wm5 from Wm6 Asus P525

hey, i upgraded my Asus P525 to "Latest WM 6.1 version:
by
Alex[DFR] or sp3dev"
and it works great for me.
now i want to remove it from wm6 to wm5 again and i have the Orginal Rom for Asus P525 (V.3.42 Hebrew), i just need to install the Rom and it will back angain to Wm5? (Its Because i still have guaranty and it demands the manufacturer orginal Rom).

There's no problem. The only thing - you would possibly run ASUS.UnlockLangID.exe on your device before you start to flash it - otherwise you may get Wrong Language message.

and where can i find ASUS.UnlockLangID.exe? i have p525 and my Orginal Rom is 3.43 in Hebrew.

Download, extract, copy to your device (MiniSD), run....
For the future come to http://asusmobile.net/board/index.php if interested... It was just opened...

You may need to flash the same ROM 2 times to get the extension ROM and partition configuration back.
And...if you used the official WM6 ROM, the bootloader does not accept WM5 cap files, you need to decode the nb0 file and use that instead.

Hi guys
have a P525, originally purchased in UAE(English).
have sucessfully flashed to various WM6 Mobiz roms, v10, 18, 19 etc
now want to revert back to WM5, as PIM does not transfer, etc and many other programs (from WM5 ) do not work in WM6 environement.
Baut cannot revert back to WM5.
- downloaded various ASUS WM5 ROM, WWE, WWE ARA all versions 3.43 etc
- have tried using both bootloaders 06xxxxx and 07xxxxx
- with any official ASUS ROM, always get the following error
ROM image found :\MiniSD Card \Galaxy.cap
Language(English), is compatable with the device language(Unassigned).
then click System- Rom update , and imiditaely get the error:
ROM update cannot be applied to this regions version!
- i have also tried the ASUS.UnlockLangID ( runing this before attempting above update), but no difference, same error.
- i have also tried changing the local in system properties, to English, Arabic, Thai and reatempt falshing with ASUS WM5 roms but always get same error message as above.
PLEASE HELP

how to manage the official ROM (galaxy.cap) to .nb0 ROM?
i have p525 original rom in english v.3.43 and i downgraded the radio virsion to v.6.
i want to install the original rom in Hebrew but i get this error message "Extended ROM update cannot be applied to this region's virsion!"
i understood that i need to manage the official ROM to .nb0 ROM,
i did it and installed the ROM but it didnt ask me about installing hebrew support as it asked in the past when i updated the rom virsion.
can any1 help me?

in the REGIONAL SETTING i didnt see ISRAEL so i installed the VIVI's cab and now i have it and its on ISRAEL but again when i want to install the original rom from asus (v3.43 in HEBREW) i get again this error message:
"Extended ROM update cannot be applied to this region's virsion!"

Do you get this error message after you flashed (3.43) successfully and restarted? Or is that the message the bootloader spills out?
Before you downgraded to 3.43 again, did you run the ASUS.UnlockLangId.exe? If you didn't do that you may still have the wrong language ID set.
To convert the cap-file to nb0, run P525RomTool -d Galaxy.cap. But I guess you've already done that.

Problem with upgrade with official updater(i780_PDXHLA2)

hi, I have Upgraded my i780 with i780_PBVHK1 rom (all PDA and Phone).
Now I am trying to upgrade with official updater(i780_PDXHLA2), it always give error >> incorrect version....
Anyone can help me so I can update my i780 to official updater?
Or can provide me i780_PDXHLA2 bin files (eboot, phone, pda) for mirage updater?

Hi,
First you should replace the pda part with a previous DX rom file, then the official upgrade will do its work. You can find one for example here:http://www.mediafire.com/xanadu
