Its great on the PC, (and free) however I can't get it to run on my Blackstone...
I think this is EXACTLY the game that the Blackstone was made for, it would be perfect, so can anyone out there get it to work? It seems like most of the hard work is already done... possibly

i can confirm that v2 of numpty physics is not working on touch hd.
it would be so cool...

[Updated 1/15/08] Pandora Naked 6a ROM

NOTHING IS EVER FINAL!!!
Here's my Naked 6 ROM with the following:
Windows Mobile 6 Professional CE OS 5.2.1620 Build 18128.0.4.4
Camera 4.0 build 28276
Arcsoft MMS 4.2.8.1
Internet Sharing
10 Button Black Comm Manager
Comm Manager Vibe Toggle
PreConfig launches SetHSDPA & SetAccousticParameters.
Points to note:
6.0 Does not include the scroll speed increase. See post 168 for the registry changes.
Button 5 is mapped and ready to use / PTT is disabled
The Big Storage versions use Bepe's Big Storage OS.nb/XIP v3.60 and is based on a stripped version of austinsnyc Lite ROM (with permission - thanks dude!) - which was from the original 3.62 AT&T release.
The non big storage roms use the 3.62.3 base OS.nb/XIP.
It does not launch extended ROM or storage card installations, nor does it include a radio, IPL/SPL, splash screens, extended rom, or anything else. JUST THE OS.
Memory Details:
W/Big Storage
Storage Free: 78.7
Program Free: 31.10
(Launcher and poutlook.lnk removed from /Windows/Startup - nothing installed, after reset/fully rebooted and all programs killed)
I would recommend you install the .NET Framework after flashing, as I did not include 2.0 or 3.5 in the base and some programs you install / use may require it to work. See the next post for links / downloads.
Why? I wanted a super stripped and fast base to add my cabs to with a crapload of storage. I don't have the time to keep tweaking my custom rom configuration, so this will give me the most flexibility and performance.

Using KarhU's stats, I put together this build based on performance statistics. It's clean and fast - and should run as fast (if not faster) as the best one's out there.
Here's KarhU's great thread on benchmarking. I've learned a lot from his work - it's an excellent asset for tuning
KarhU's Benchmarking Thread
Note too that I didn't include the .rgu files. Please use the kitchen if you want to use the components / build your own.
Known Issues / Fixes:
None
History
Pandora 5 to 6.0 - for big storage, removed the file OEM_FLASHDRV.DLL
Kitchen 6a to 6b - added scroll speed increase

I sure hope this is the last rev, I gotta get the laundry folded and the house vacuumed before the wife really gets pissed
As long as I didn't re-introduce the PIE issue, I'm pretty solid this is a good setup. Everyone's feedback on 4U went into it. The only outstanding question is the data auto-disconnect, but I don't think that'll warrent a rev at this point.
Minor bug/weird feature - comm manager button is vacant - without a shortcut - is it like this by design?

Time to flash again! I hold out hopes (as always) that you will release a kitchen version??? Please? Pretty please with sugar on top?
As always, great work!!
Testing with 4MB pagepool now, will post the results in new batch of benchmarks later...
you are too fast for me dude
but after cooking my prefered files to it, i really have to say that its really fast!
Just wanted to download Naked 4U and again a new ROM!
Seems to get better and better and better until perfect
Final release posted. I'm gonna go play Halo 3
On that note, anyone have any microsoft points they want to donate? I need that new map pack
Hi mattk_r
First: great job! Again!
Sec: I have a question. I was looking for solution, but I found only not 100% working.
When i try to replay to sms, new window comes a little bit scrolled down - I don's see recipient.
Disabling D-pad navigation is not working. Its making it worse.
So here is my question: Is this behaviour is normal in this Build? If not, is there some reg/hack that can fix it?
Thank You.

This is normal as i know it. It places the cursor at the top of the text field at the top of the screen. I presume it expects that you know who you replied to, and want to see the data entry area.
I imagine there may be some scroll setting that effects where the screen is displayed, but I haven't seen it before.
Sweet - thanks for the kitchen rom - let the cooking begin (que evil laughter!)
Any feedback on audio quality? I noticed that it's pretty loud, but the setacousticparameters seems to run well on initial boot.
I did notice that Audio Manager isn't fully happy with .NETFX 3.5. It runs perfectly with 2.0, and KarhU found there isn't any speed difference between the two. I'd recommend just using 2.0 for now, unless you install an application that was developed in VS2k8 with dependencies to 3.5.
I also noticed that syncing music from Windows Medial Player in XP messed up the audio - kind of like "skipping". Copying the music directly to the SD card and updating the libarary worked perfectly. Because the syncing didn't work before, this is the first time I've ever tried to use WMP. I'm curious if this is a typical behavior of WMP and the WM on the phone. I'll have to do some digging.
Also - the picture of the 3G dialpad in the first post doesn't show the up/down arrows on the smartdialer. I didn't reflash to get the pic - rather just installed the cab - which in this scenario doesn't have the arrows. The actual 3G ROM looks much better and the smartdialer is complete.
Button 3
Noticed Pre-Final 5 & Final 5 button 3 are not mapped to the Communication Manager. Under settings, I'm unable to select Comm Manager from the drop down.
Of course this could be something I've done, since flashing the phone about 10 times in the last 24hrs

"Pre-Final" did have that problem, but the final should not - as it's what's on my phone now. If you can, try a fresh download and see if the solution is fixed.

Custom ROM for HTC MOGUL W/ M2D included?

Hey buys, i have just got an HTC Mogul, and have spent more time messing around with it then my computer (which in itself is a miracle!!!), and have updated to 6.1 TiTan from 6.0, and tried SO many programs, iClone, iPhonz, M2D, M3D beta, home replacement (forgot the name already.) And about 100 other programs and narrowed down now the following programs that i like and am satisfied to using below. Problem is, M2D CONSTANTLY has the 'Restart TouchFLO' with almost every program i run after exiting, even when using phone sometime's, and read a bunch on the alternate ROM, and also about the Kitchen ROM, but don't know enough yet to FULLY understand, and need some users that have some experience with this under their belt.
I basically am just using some basic stuff, and would LOVE to replace my ROM with one that already had M2D build in. I am ASSUMING that by doing this i gain the following most important functions.
1) Free up a bit more memory. Currently i am at around 11-12MB Free, and when using the replacement ROM or Kitchen it's reported at about 25-28MB Free.
2) Since M2D would be part of the ROM, it would RID the problem of M2D constantly having to reload since it would be part of the background ROM itself, and also since A LOT more free space is available to not have to auto-close everything when you are loading any programs.
Programs i narrowed down to using now After trial and error and removed everything now but these-

6 FSP, DShow, WMP, YouTube, Video Fixes
7 my manila fix (M2D most recent build supposedly)
8 blacksoft (Not quite sure what this does)
9 WindowsLive_NoIM_0409_1_ (Don't really use/need this actually for myself)
10 Weather Cities fix (Not TOO important)
11 Opera_v9.5_build_15233_QVGA (FREAKIN LOVE THIS VERSION!!!)
12 Task_Manager_2.1_34837.5 (Use this mostly.)
13 CommManager 2.7.1.8

23 FinalBurn and Genesis

25 PocketCM_Keyboard

Based on using the above programs (granted taking out the non-rom related ones like emu's and workout stuff.), what would be my best option of ROM to grab and install/replace that would give me best available free space and most stable M2D that won't restart every time i load up contact's OR Opera????
And thanks for helping me out with this.
Hi djdafreund
Currently my mogul using ROM cooked by RyanMogul, you can find out in Titan Thread. Overall i'm satisfeid with it.
Hopefully u can collaborate with him, who knows maybe you can customize ur own ROM and share to us

I'm looking for some free games to run on my TP2!

Any suggestions?
Edit: if you're going to suggest something, then please include a link for downloading it. Thank you.
Games that take advantage of the accelerometer would be nice, like what Ageye has available for free on www.ageye.com but others are more than welcome!
This one appears to be free for a limited time, don't know if it's still valid but let's hope so
http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=6888
I also don't know how it plays on the TP2, but it's worth checking I guess especially as you can't really go wrong with Free

Based on a thirty second experiment, it seems to work okay. You need to have Opera in mobile view to read the instructions properly, and the game is designed for phones that have a D-pad - the on-screen, virtual D-pad doesn't work so well; the keyboard cursor keys work, but the screen doesn't rotate when you slide the keyboard out.
I shall list the games I installed on my Touch Pro 2 here: (Please install .Net CF 3.5 & copy HTCAPI.dll to the Windows folder first)

[APP] [WIP] SGA Lifesigndetector

Hey guys.
I am currently coding a small tool for some mobile platforms including windows mobile, windows phone 7 and the iOS plattform.
Its basically a small simulator for Stargate geeks like me - it searches for bluetooth enabled devices, trys to locate them and displays them as small blinking dot on your screen - just as the SGA life sign detector does
you can see a image of the real thing here:
http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/Life_signs_detector
Technical info:
"Lifesigns" are beeing found via enabled bluetooth
you can be positionated via WIFI or GPS
the map is beeing loaded from google maps to get an as close as possible feeling
*will be completed as soon as I go further with coding*

Looks nice! : )
