Seriously need help with my SPV M5000 upgrading issue. Massive Problem!! Please Help!

Hello, i upgraded my spv m5000 via orange site. during the upgrade the setup gave me an error and went off. and now my screen of the spv m5000 is stuck on the installation screen. i.e. saying Serial on top of the screen and V1.00 at the buttom. ive tryed resetting the phone but nothing happens.
and now my battery is dead and it only charges a bit and the same screen comes up
Ive contacted orange about a month ago now and they dont know what to do as they dont understand the issue also took to the shop no help recieved.
please tell me what i have to do to get my phone up and running.

try racharge you batery using external charger... than put your device to boot loader mode (serial on top & bootloader version bottom) than try to flash again

yes its already on boot loader mode and i am unable to go off it. also i am unable to charge the battery with the external adapter.
Is there any software that can be used to flash without using active sync cause it has developed its own usb connection.
its always saying serial on top and V1.00 at the buttom

as I say ... just flashing again on bootloader mode ...

i have retryed my upgrade software but as i do not have active sync connection i am unable to install via software. please let me know which software you are taking about.

You dont need active sync for upgrading your ROM. When the device is in bootloader (and yours obviously is ;-), connect it to a pc through the usb cable and run the upgrade utility from the orange site again. Sometimes it takes two or three times.

Help with qtek 9100 rom upgrade crash

Hello, while I was upgrading my qtek to wm6 there was a power failure, now I`m stuck at the first splash screen. The info I can read is:
IPL 2.21.001
SPL 2.21.olip
GSM 02.47.11
OS 11.11.11.11
The phone was working fine, I regret doing this upgrade, now I have a beautiful brick.
On the other hand, I can get it to start in bootloader mode with the red, green and blue screen, I can get it to show USB connection at the bottom left corner of the screen, I CANT get it to connect with active sync.
I am new at this, as a matter of fact this is my first time writing in this forum, could somebody walk me to the process of reviving my phone?

HELP ME!!

i have a rogers phone and i did the upgrade to WM^ bit got a 270 error and i got stuck on bootloader and my phone wouldnt work except go to the bootloader so then i tired the WM6.1 080408 Final For Excalibur WWE with English - By Kavana soon as it press updated my phone blink to a black screen and turned off and now when i turn it on its just a BLACK SCREEN and my computer wont regconize it anymore ! plz help can it be fixed?

Troubles after installing ROM

Hey guys i need some help. After i installed the newest version of cyanongem night my phone doesn't pass by the motorola icon. There is a looping of the led lights color, first green, then blue and when it's plugged into the usb there's white too. Please, if someone had this problem and fixed please help me, i'm getting a little scared. Just don't give me the notice that "your phone is dead".
Sorry if i posted in the wrong area or my +/- english.

If its flashing green then it means you can get into custom recovery, which as far as I know, means that your phone isn't dead(bricked).

Flash Official Froyo & see if it still works, if YES
Follow the instructions properly again & hopefully you'll get your defy back in Action.
@ Confusedfella, u r right, as far as your phone is turning ON OR it got locked bootloader u can't kill your defy

Hi All,
I tried downgrading the G3221 to Nougat as the Oreo update was slow as ****...
I used flashtool and then it came up with an error, I unplugged my device and tried restarting it like it said and BAM!
It didn't boot.
It doesn't boot into fastboot and flashmode either.
Can someone help me please? It's urgent, my mum's quite angry and I can't buy a new phone, plus this was a birthday present and the first decent phone I ever got.

P.S. the charging LED still shows when plugged in so I guess there is some form of life in this?

check my threat under urs, same problem. u cant fix it urself and its not green charcing led.
