you are in the wrong forum for your device! Go to Diamond if you have questions about the diamond.
BTW, you must use Roms which were designed for your device!
I would like to try a differet ROM for my HTC Diamond.
I use the newest ROM from HTC suport 1.93.409.1 NOR.
Has someone tryed a better ROM?

hi, welcome to the forums, you need to check the diamond forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=428, before you do any flashing, you should flash HardSPL to your phone. I've upgraded my Diamond to rev 2 (official rom downloaded from HTC site) and want to upgrade to the cooked rom but cant hardspl anymore.
I will be really appreciated if you kindly specify a proper ungigned hardspl.

Hello,
I received my HTC already with a cooked room and after having played with a other more recent cooked roms (mainly energyrom ones) I decided to revert to the latest HTC WME 6.1 official ROM for my HTC Diamond. Before doing so, I've 3 questions (I could not find explicit answers searching in existing topics):
1- Can I update my diamond with an official HTC rom even if an hardspl, cooked room, etc are already installed?
2- My serial indicates that my HTC diamond is a Dutch version. Can I install an official English (Europe or WWE) on it?
3- Which is the latest version for the English (europe or WWE) ROM?

2) Yes, but to this, you need to have your device CID unlocked..<<HERE>>.
