Can't wait for HTC to offer a free Windows Mobile upgrade for your PDA? Visual Windows Mobile 6 is an application designed to make your Windows Mobile 5.0 PDA or phone look and act a bit more like a WM6 device.
It seems like this happens every time a new operating system is announced. There are programs to make Windows XP look like Vista or Mac OS X. There are programs designed to make Windows Mobile phones look like Apple's upcoming iPhone.
Really, what this shows is that independent developers are just about as capable as large businesses at developing ways to spruce up a computer interface. But people are more likely to notice their designs when they pick up on innovations that are already getting a lot of attention like the Aero interface in Windows Vista, the touch-screen iPhone, or in this case, Windows Mobile 6.
Visual Windows Mobile 6 also comes with a couple of extra programs that add functions like a fake cursor, battery monitor, and program launcher.

i was looking at the apps you can get for the iphone, i was just wondering, is there anyway you could convert the iphone apps to run on windows mobile 6. Just thought it would be good.
No.
But there are a lot more apps for Windows Mobile than for the iPhone. You'll probably find everything you need.
yea there probably is but i like the accelerometer apps, they seem really cool i think
I like the GALCON iphone game... no wm version
Now I'm currently with Verizon Wireless. The service is exceptionally well. Now I know the HD2, or HTC Leo is rumored to debut on T-Mobile. I know there's an HTC Passion or HTC Dragon coming to Verizon Wireless, with the exact same stats of The HTC HD2 or HTC Leo. I've been a fan of Windows Mobile especially as of lately with the Windows Mobile 6.5. Android doesn't have the eye candy I'm looking for and it really turns me off they only allow you 256MB for applications on your phone. Windows Mobile allows you to install apps to your SD card, which is a major plus for me. Plus there are rumors that Windows Mobile may get access to the Android Marketplace.
With that being said, I want to get the HTC Passion, but I'd like to have Windows Mobile 6.5 installed on it, instead of the Androids 2.0. Is that possible? I know it can work the other way around, but can it work this way? Please let me know ASAP....if so, can anyone tell me how?

I would like to know this as well...
I am pretty sure I am going to convert to Android soon, but I would feel a lot more comfortable with the transition knowing that I could go back to WM if I change my mind... or at least that the possibility exists and is being worked on.
I figure I'm going to rile up quite a few people but I'm wondering if anyone has ever successfully used Windows Mobile on this device?
I'm asking because, believe it or nor-I actually like Windows Mobile and would like to use it if possible.
It's not possible.
As a user you can't get Windows Mobile on Android device.
And Samsung will never make WinMo for it.
you have now to keep gmail account forewer to login into andriod phone
ps: now is time that any search engine can make own OS (why not altavista crack os?=).
But just hold on for real OS . WM7 comes closer.
Well, that's too bad I spose....

Zune UI is basically like Windows Phone 7. Most apos are coded in C# or .NETCF.
Many themes are available with this 'Zune UI'

You may want to try WAD.
Skip netcf apps, and spb or htc soft they will propose to you(soon).
These are just typical bad written bs.
hs++ is also good, it takes time to get effects, though.
