a want to flash an hardspl into my phone to flash any rom possible
now i have:
isp 2.21.0002
spl 2.21.0000 /G3
i.e Hard-SPL-V7.zip but it does not work on my phone i try several times also with other hardspl
the only one that i can flash is the ELF_USPL-v1 then my spl change to 1.11.0000 and ipl remain the same 2.21.0002 after flashing i.e Artemis Touch 3.01 full my phone stuck in splash screen with OS:3.7.0.0 and i have to reflash the riginal rom
how can i change my isp and spl to 2.10 ? please help...thanks
When I started to play with unsigned roms, I flashed Olinex 1.40 HSPL. My device ROM's from factory was 1.37.
I am encountering some problem with blurry screens and that's the reason for which I want to flash Olinex 1.37 HSPL. I tried to flash 1.37 HSPL over 1.40HSPL with no success, because the version indicated at soft-reset is still 1.40. What is the right procedure?

I have currently sorted out my DHD so its Rooted And Radio S-Off so I have no problems flashing custom roms but whats throwing me a little is the need for Eng S-Off so I can flash a newer radio. Im just wondering the simplest way to achieve Eng S-Off plus also I take it there is no problems in doing Eng S-Off whilst the phone is Radio S-Off.
I have trawled through the forum but cant seem to come to any conclusion so any help would be appreciated.

You can use this tool to achieve ENG S-OFF.
It is safe to apply if you already have Radio S-OFF, tried out myself.

I would to ask if do I still need to install RADIO S-OFF even I do have ACE PUT ENG S-OFF? and is there any issue when I installed RADIO S-OFF with existing ENG S-OFF?
If you want to flash radios, it is highly recommended to have radio s-off. Otherwise it is not necessary. You can safely apply radio s-off on top of eng s-off. Just remember that you have to have the radio from 1.32 (or lower than 1.7x RUU), and preferably 1.32.405.6 ROM. You can flash raidroid stockify ROM if you are using some custom ROM right now.
